Amazing Service, Damo! Pizza was hot, fresh and delicious! Thank you so much! Will definitely be back

it sucks because Papa Johns used to be one of the better pizzas in the area, but I just can't justify spending $20 and for the pizza to arrive to my front door looking in the way that he does. This is very unacceptable calling corporate calling the office it does no good cause looking at the pictures. It seemed like this may be the type of service you get from this particular location. I will probably never in my life order another Papa John's pizza and I can guarantee it would never come from this location thanks for read more

It has been a while since I ate Papa John's Pizza. Picked up an order last night. I found the pizza to be absolutely lousy. Garlic Butter couldn't help this pizza. Toppings were skimpy and didn't taste right. Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Papa Murphy's (people have to get over the fact you cook the pizza at home- I rate it the BEST franchised pizza) are all better. What happened? read more

Worst of the PJ franchises HANDS DOWN! Untrained staff and infantile, incompetent MANAGEMENT! Management is unable to have an adult conversation and became very evasive and shady when I asked about PJ'S particular business practices and training procedures. And the pizza just isn't that good to warrant tolerating shady business practices. I think this owner/management operates other local locations as well. I'm done with all of them. Dijourno makes a better pizza! read more

Pizza was so dry and hard. No sauce, overcooked, no taste. But when I asked for the wings to be well done, they were NOT!!

Pizza order was dried out and pepperonis was hard sausage too hard and the anchovies was the only thing that was ok

Do not order from here. You are not speaking to the actual Papa Johns restaurant. You are calling a call center that takes your order. I was transferred to an automated system to enter the credit card information then transferred back only to have to give my credit card again twice. My card was charged twice. When I called the number back to tell them I was charged twice the person I was speaking to said there is nothing he could do to refund me and it had to be Papa Johns to refund the money. The manager named Damo at Papa Johns said he only showed one order and the call center has to be the one to refund my money. Just seems like a scam! read more

This place is absolute bullshit. They made us wait over an hour and a half. Then, after I finally called to inquire on the order, they tried to blame it on me telling me I didn't answer the phone even though I had no missed calls. The manager would not rectify the situation. I suggest everyone to go to Marco's or Pizza Hut. Poor employment reflects poor management Do better read more

Papa Johns Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Tomball, Texas

I haven't had Papa John's pizza in many years. I really forgot what it was supposed to taste like. I ordered a special pepperoni and I must admit, it was way too much pepperoni in the crust for me, but it's what I ordered. I do want to commend them on their online ordering process. It has to be the most efficient I have experienced in the world of pizza. I placed the order and got a confirmation text moments later. Then another saying my order was being prepared. And another a few moments later saying it was ready! I was notified at nearly every step in the process and it was a QUICK and fresh order. I appreciate this level of consciousness from Papa John's in regards to my time. read more

I definitely understand when you order from a fast food, pizza establishment and you do get a delivered. You will suffer some kind of loss of your food. I've been craving pizza for two weeks finally decided to order pizza just so I can enjoy that Melty greasy cheese with a hint of sauce and bread, but instead I got hard beef jerky pepperoni. It feels like I had pizza that sat on the stove overnight and I decided to have some in the morning. Also the garlic Parmesan breadsticks. Well I won't say much about that. Just look at the picture. read more

They need to shut this place down. The pizza tastes horrible the service is very poor. They took forever to deliver it then they want to charge for peppers packs. I would never order from them again. Waste of money and time. read more

Pizza was terrible! It had no flavor plus it was cold. I would definitely not recommend this place go anyone

I ordered my pizza and was given an estimated time of 50 minutes and got my pizza about and hour and half later. So it took 40 additional minutes. Their tracker system is horrible it never showed me any updates you can text or anything. read more

Order carry out on 7/8/2024. After waiting 20 minutes on my order, they tell me they accidentally gave it to the wrong person, who evidentially had ordered 4 less pizzas than I had. Then after waiting another 45 minutes my order finally comes out & is still wrong. So after wasting over an hour of my time, this location also didn't even attempt to fix the situation or refund my order. By far the worst papa john's i've been to. read more

Every time we order (the basics) cheese pizza and pepperoni, there is hardly any cheese and an overload of sauce. I always pay for extra cheese yet never receive. I called the store and spoke to a rep and manager, neither could give a solution. I didn't want any refund or anything free, just thought maybe they could speak to their team for improvement. I later tried another order but it was even more sparse and sad. Basically, there are WAY better options out there now than Papa John's. Sadly, this used to be my favorite. read more

As a critical care nurse who is working 50+ hours a week to care for the greater community during a time like this, I am beyond ashamed of how Papa Johns handled this "delivery." If I could have given this Papa John's ZERO stars, I would have. However, it wouldn't have let me even write a review. I am a critical care nurse at HCA Tomball (maybe 4 minutes from the pizza store) and my dad had so gratefully TRIED to surprise us with pizza for lunch and had paid for it to be delivered. We were extremely thankful, considering our cafeteria is not serving prepared meals due to the Coronavirus and the safety precautions we have to consider. Plus, we have all been working incredibly exhausting hours. There was some type of miscommunication, and a call was made to our nursing unit multiple times (my dad asked it to be delivered to ICU) and for some reason, the delivery guy refused to send it up because they had the wrong name on the delivery - although my dad had told them exactly where to send it - to the ICU. With that being said, my dad contacted Papa Johns to clear up the miscommunication and they REFUSED to bring the delivery back to the hospital - again, 3-4 minutes away from the store. In addition, they also tried to blame security for the disallowance of the pizza being delivered to the unit. However, I can assure you this is not the case as we confirmed this with security and they happily bring us food delivered by good samaritans ALL THE TIME. And on top of it, they informed my dad that his card would still be charged after refusing to bring the pizza back to the unit he told them it was being delivered to the first time. Not only is this extremely inconsiderate, it represents nothing but bad business. Papa Johns, keep in mind who takes care of you/saves lives next time you or your family is admitted to the hospital. read more

This Papa Johns should be ashamed of themselves! My Dad tried to order pizza to all of the Doctor's and Nurses that are putting themselves on the front line, taking care of the COVID-19 patients, in the intensive care unit, at Tomball Regional Hospital. He didn't have the exact delivery address when he called and got hung up on almost immediately. Then, after ordering, he was told that the driver couldn't get past the security guard. We proceeded to call the Papa Johns Manager, after calling the hospital and being told that was not the case and that the pizzas could absolutely be delivered. The Manager chuckled on the phone, would not provide her full name, and was extremely rude. She would not refund for the pizzas that were not able to be delivered either. Absolutely disgraceful! read more

Well they average 3 stars for a reason. They care nothing about quality. The new Papdita. OMG. Terrible. Please do not punish yourself and order this. It's a mess thrown in box and steal 7 bucks from ya. I'd pass if I were you. Yes I was a dumb ass. read more

Ordered 2 medium pizzas this evening for delivery. The pizzas arrived Luke warm, very few ingredients, ingredients mostly scattered in the the center of the pizza. I also paid for extra cheese, you couldn't tell it if it was added or not. Needless to say, this was probably the worst pizza I have eaten. Majority was thrown in the trash. The old Friday excuse doesn't work here. Will never order from Papa Johns again. Yuck read more

I called to ask a question and a young girl immediately put me on hold, which is fine, whatever. A minute passes and I hear the phone click, two girls laughing, one say she's not answering it, and then they hung up on me. Absolutely disgraceful. Just had an awful experience regarding this papa Johns pizza! 1) The delivery driver got lost went back to papa Johns. I had to call..... 2) He said he was leaving to redeliver pizza...an hour had gone by. 3) I called store to speak to manager. Josh said he was the shift manager and couldn't and wouldn't do anything!!!! He assured me the pizza would still be hot....It was NOT, it was barely warm after an hour and the toppings were scarce to say the least. The pizza was the worst I've ever had from a papa Johns. Awful crust too. They are normally quite good. Not to mention the fact the manager did not apologize and it still cost $16.....The worst was when the driver stuck my $20 in his pocket, expecting the change as a tip. I made him give me the change! I will never order from this pizza place again! read more

A good Papa Johns. I can order online and pick it up 10 minutes later, or do delivery and they're at my house within an hour. Friendly staff, accurate orders, no problems. But it's still just Papa Johns pizza. Decent pizza, especially for a chain, but nothing mind blowing. Their Papa points are pretty cool though. I maybe only order from here every couple months, but somehow I'm always getting free pizzas. read more

OMG! How do you mess up a simple pepperoni pizza! This is my local Papa John's just down the street. Ordering on the app is easy and the pizza arrived at my house really fast! I was surprised at how quick they were. Not really use to that level of speed, but lordy! When I opened the box, it was like nobody there really cared when they made it. The cheese was piled into the middle of the pie. All the pepperoni slide to one side of the pie. It looked like someone carried it sideways. Seriously, I tip well and never have had complaints before, but this was ridiculous. They offered to remake it, but I declined. How am I to trust the next pizza that comes to my door. Luckily I ordered wings as well. Those were edible. Come on man, you are better than this, aren't you? With product like this, you may wonder why folks just stop ordering from you. It's possible you need to train employees better or perhaps change management to people who care about the product... remember the slogan "Better ingredients, better pizza"? I think you totally forgot. read more

Horrible!! If you order for delivery expect over AN HOUR WAIT ... EVERY TIME!!!! RIDICULOUS!! I'm not that far from them. It should not take this long !! Called to check on the order just for them to say "it should be there in a few minutes" Or "the driver has your order with them.... they had 1 delivery before yours" still shouldn't take over an hour. I lost my damn appetite! Hope it is still hot when it arrives! They need to hire more drivers or something!! This is ridiculous! read more

This is probably my favorite place to get pizza nowadays. But I only seem to like it when the young woman named sam makes it. She seems to put the most effort into it and it truly made me feel like my pizza was made with love. Every other worker has a nasty attitude and throws my pizza together. Sadly she doesn't work that often so it's hard for me to catch her to make my pizza. She gives a whole other meaning to better ingredients better pizza. read more

Called in an order and was told it would be 45 mins for delivery. An hour and a half later, still no pizza. Called the store to check the status and they can't find my order. The guy on the phone was the one who placed my order for me and when I told him that he says, "the pizza is in the bag now and should be delivered shortly" I asked how long and he says 20 more mins. 2 hours for one large pizza and a 20oz soda is a bit much. Especially when the delivery is less than a mile away. If I wasn't at worked I would've picked it up myself and been done with it, but unfortunately that is not an option. Poor customer service. I definitely will not be ordering from here again. read more

The brown haired girl with that cute ass visor is by far the most talented pizza maker in all the land(:

I recently placed an order for a pizza from this location and was given the wrong order. As a result I called the location back to let them know that they had made a mistake and gave me the incorrect pizza. They said that they could either deliver the correct pizza or I could called them next time and get a replacement pizza. I opted for the later since I actually live very far from the location and felt bad if they had to drive close to 15 miles out to my home. Fast forward one week later, I call in and remind them of their promise to me and was, to my surprise, told that they had no accounting that such an incident had occurred and was told they couldn't do anything for me. When I asked to speak to the manager, the person on the phone refused me access to the manager on duty. When I asked for the name of the manager, I was told that Papa John's has a policy of not giving out names of managers. So after having promised me a replacement for the order this location had mishandled, they were not willing to see that promise through nor would they even allow me to speak with the manager on duty. Completely dissatisfied with level of service at this location. read more
