They are some sorry people. I called back to tell them they shorted me 1 cheese bread and the worthless mgr was so gutless he did not answer the phone. I ordered 2 Italian meat pastas and rec'd 2 chicken alfredo and The pasta was undercooked. The cinnabons were all stuck together like bread. Apparently this stupid mgr doesn't know how many tops to order for the pasta bowls bc he sent the bread (1) and 2 pasta bowls in a pizza box, both without tops. I'm never gonna be hungry enough to order anything from this ghetto Pizza Hut. The mgr. needs to be fired. He clearly doesn't need a job. read more

these dumb ass wasted sperms had the AUDACITY ( we tried calling multiple times to request a refund and NO ONE picked up because they know they are in the wrong) to not only not bring our food on time, they took an HOUR to bring our food, and ATE A SLICE in the process. DO NOT GO HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HARD EARN MONEY IN THE STOMACH OF THESE BUMS. read more

love the Tomball location. Always nice and friendly. Always fast and hot food. Great location.

The food was great and the overall service was nice, the staff here are very welcoming and always get our orders right. The ambience is very quiet during the day which is nice for anyone looking to have some pizza and work or just to hangout in general! would recommend this to anyone looking for a good meal, a nice ambience, and friendly staff !! read more

We order from this location maybe once every two to three weeks, but usually go pick it up. Today we decided to have it delivered, we know better. It's now been over 1.5 hours and still no food. This will be our last time ordering from y'all. read more

The only reason they get one star is because you have to give something to post a review. It's been 30+ years since I've eaten at Pizza Hut and it will be 30+ more before I eat here again!!! I ordered a $12.99 pizza, was charged $20.89 for it but didn't notice until I got home. I called them and all the woman did was offer me coupons. Now why would I want coupons for such food? What little cheese and sauce they put on the pizza was all on the center. Now let's talk about toppings. Or I should say lack of toppings! It was pitiful how sorry my pizza looked! For half that price I could have gone to any grocery store and bought a Screaming Sicilian frozen pizza which are loaded with toppings and delicious!!! NEVER, never again will I go to that hole! I would rather eat a bologna sandwich!!! read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! You will be waiting forever for them to answer, they will screw up your order and take OVER an hour PAST the delivery time window. After all this and receiving cold pizza, I had to call the store and wait again and instead of refunding my money they would ONLY give me store credit or redeliver it. Not wanting to wait another 2 hours for another delivery I take the store credit. The manager told me it was applied to my phone number and had to call in the order, not use the app. Well, 4 days later I decide to use my credit. After being redirected from an out of country call center, to an in country call center they tell me the credit wasn't on my account and they had to call the store. 16 minutes on hold and my wife calls the store directly while I'm still on hold. Well we give all our information again and told the order was already placed and they tell us we need to pay for it and find out there is no credit. We get transferred to a manager(while still on hold with the call center) to get the credit applied. Hands down worst experience with a corporate company in my life. read more

Just ordered a large Pep Lovers with delivery. Excellent on all fronts easy app, fast delivery, nice delivery guy, and perfectly cooked pizza with tender crust and generous toppings. Definitely order again from them!! read more

Prices on the menus were wrong! We ordered using the menu and were told after we paid that the menus are out of date! Had I known, I would have just ordered pizza from dominos. For what we paid for three medium pizzas, we could have gotten a better deal at Dominos. And it would have been delivered to my house! read more

We had been looking for a sit down Pizza Hut for the nostalgic vibes of back in the day and that is exactly what we got here! We came in and we're greeted immediately by the gentleman working the front. He was very attentive even if he was covering the tables and the people coming in for pickup. Food came out quickly and perfectly cooked! Y'all, it was perfect! Wings were hot, pizza was cheesy and breadsticks were top notch! My family and I will be back! read more

Very bad customer service !!! Very disappointed I waited 1 hour for my order . They changed the order from steak to chicken and than when I called to check they said it s put to pick up and they don t deliver to my area . They said u picked to wrong store ! Worst experience ever! I ordered one pizza online and went to pick it up after 30mins. The website says it takes 15-20min once you ordered. But they had not started making my pizza when I got there, after15mins waiting inside the restaurant, I asked the cashier again. She had poor attitude. No apology given! The pizza tasted so bad. The thin crust is hard like rock! Do not go to this location if you really want Pizza Hut! Or go to Dominos or Marcos Pizza! read more

I was craving a thin crusted pizza. So I stopped by Pizza Hut in Tomball Tx. I ordered a med thin crust with hamburger, pepperoni, and tomatoes a long with iced tea. At the time I was to only one there. When my pizza was delivered to my table it was over cooked. The hamburger was burnt and after getting some of the pizza down I needed a refill on my tea. However, the waiter ignored me. Now a week earlier I ordered the same thing from another Pizzs Hut and it cost me $16.00. The Pizza Hut in Tomball charged me $20.00 for the same pizza as ordered at the other place. My recommendations are avoid this restaurant. There are far better pizza restaurant around. This us why in giving them 1 star. read more

We need to outpizza the hut. Just to make this review useful I have to say one thing. Their wings are the best things ever and they're worth it. Now we need to outpizza the hut. The plan is on January 3rd we need to raid pizza hut and OUTPIZZA THE HUT! Each of us will make our own pizza stands like lemonade stands in front of pizza hut. They each will be called Outpizza The Hut Raid. If they say we can't sell pizza here then say "well you're selling pizza here." WE NEED TO GO AND OUTPIZZA THE HUT! read more

I ordered a pizza and it never arrived. Manager said they would cancel the order and I would not be charged but I was charged anyways and cannot get a refund!! 32.57 which for one pizza is ridiculous anyways make this right and issue a refund! read more

Beware, this location steals tips meant for drivers. If you order via their website instead of a third-party delivery app, you will be charged a "delivery fee." That delivery fee does not go to the driver who actually delivers your order. It is kept by the people who work inside the restaurant. Shady and greedy. Customers and delivery drivers, beware! read more

I'm sorry to say this was sadly the worst pizza I have ever tried to eat. Was delivered on time. Horribly dry and Canadian bacon was too tough to chew. I hate to give anyone a bad rating but this one deserved it. Go somewhere else. read more

Call center is not in communication with what the stores sell and what they will try to sell you on the phone. Call center does not forward orders made through them to the store. Online ordering has been disabled. Phones and internet are also no working. Made an order through the call center (even though I called the stores number). The man at the center said that my order was placed and would be ready for pickup. When I arrived they had never even heard of my order and had nothing in their system. I began ordering what I had already ordered through the call center to find they weren't even selling those products anymore despite current advertisements and the man at the call center saying that they had them. When I asked for the manager's name, she refused to give it to me and said that it was because she didn't want me getting her in trouble for something she couldn't control. This location has gone downhill. Will not be back. read more

My favorite Pizza Hut location in my area. Pizza order always right and hot. Honors meal deals from the app.

Good pizza (2 stars) + Good soda (1 star) = 4 stars Good service (1 star) - Average price (-1 star) = 0 stars Average atmoshpere = (-1 Star) Total rating = 3 stars read more

Have been once and it will be only once for their "lunch buffet." I am being generous repeating that title. There were 4 varieties sitting under the heat lamps and it did not seem as though they planned to have any more come out and I was there not long after they opened for lunch. I spent almost $20 for myself and my 6 year old son. Absolutely outrageous with a Ci Ci's and Double Dave's so near by. I went in only because it was sane walking distance from the car place I was getting an oil change at. read more

My wife ordered from the app. After over an hour we called and the driver said he couldn't find the house and he was back at the store. He then says sorry for the delay ill bring it right back. He then shows up with cold stale crap. Apologizes and says I thought this was the house but wasn't sure. Don't order from this store. read more

Pizza Hut in Houston as a whole is pretty disgusting, but this location is exceptionally bad. I ordered a pan pepperoni with double pepperoni (what happened to pepperoni lover)and got a soggy mess with barely any cheese. Pizza Hut was great when I was growing up. It's cafeteria slop now. Just sad. read more

The "manager" on duty this morning needs retraining. Order food for curbside. Checked in when got there. Sat 7 min waiting. Called store. No one answered. Went inside. Worker apologized said it just finished he would have brought out. At my car I checked my order got brownie instead of cookie. Go back inside. Person who I later find is "manager" Noah is visible say "excuse me" he makes eye contact and walks to back and ignores me. Other worker in back finally sees me comes back to counter. Explain order was wrong. He asks person who saw he says "yeah I know we are out of it."" Worker Offers me $20 off next order no thank you refund please...he has to get manager. Out comes guy who knew my order was wrong ignored me when he saw me standing at corner didn't tell the other worker I was even waiting at counter and then when I ask how you are the manager and you did that he says he says he has a truck and stuff to do. I say yeah stuff so that you have customers. Never apologized could not give a shit. read more

I ordered a large one topping pizza delivered. First of all my quote time was a little over an hour. Of course you're not told this until after they have your order. Then it's late. $3.00 delivery fee and it's late. Finally the pizza was cold, and the driver didn't leave a receipt. Now they won't pick up the phone as I call to speak with the manager. I won't be coming back. read more

I'm here now and this is the cleanest pizza hut I've ever been in. The girls working are super nice. We just cashed in my daughters coupon for a free pizza. A reward for reading. Terrible service. The first time they messed up my order and, the second time I went in person and, the worker's still managed to mess up my order plus they hung up on me twice! Terrible service - never received delivery. I'd give no stars if it was allowed. 2.5 hours after I ordered pizza it still wasn't delivered, I could not get through to talk to a real employee. Will never go here again... The host was nice when we walked in, and our server did his best. But that was it. The menus were VERY out of date. I asked for a glass of wine, (on the menu) not served any more. Asked for a sweet tea instead, it was warm with about three ice cubes. Asked where the salad bar is located, not in service anymore. The menus themselves were dirty, both myself and my friend commented that we thought there was something on our hands, nope, the menus. My friend ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad. They forgot to toss the chicken in the buffalo sauce, instead brought the sauce to her in a side cup. As she ate her salad, she mentioned that the tomatoes were bad, she had to spit one out. Her son and I waited for our dishes to be delivered, and waited and waited. Finally, after about 20-25 minutes, we got the waiter to come over and asked where the other two entree were, his response was, their online delivery pizzas were taking over the ovens, they were really backed up. Another 10 or so minutes, our dishes came. One small pepperoni personal pan pizza and one pasta dish. The pizza was cute in its little serving dish, but my pasta was presented in a rectangle aluminum TV dinner style 3/4" pan, leaning into a large salad bowl. These two dishes should have taken ten minutes to complete at most. We waited for 45 minutes. To top it off, as I'm paying for the dinner, I asked the waited how long he worked there, he said four months till tonight... they fired him because he was wearing a braided string around his wrist. He wasn't preparing food, just waiting tables and cashing people out. He was still working because he didn't want to bail on his friends.... Should've bought a TV dinner, would have been better... read more
