I've only had Jets Pizza four times in the last two months, but so far, so good. The Detroit Style and 8 corner style remind me of Barry's Pizza (was on Richmond for 30+ years, shut down this year). We got a large Detroit-Style Deep Dish pizza with pepperoni today. We got the Turbo Crust, which is a sprinkling of a mix of butter, garlic, & Romano around the outside edge of the pizza). It was our first pizza from Jet's, but it certainly won't be our last! We ordered the pizza over the phone, which was easy, and the person who took our call was excellent, going through the options and explaining any items we had questions on. Why would I wait 93 minutes for a pizza delivery? There is apparently a management problem. We've been ordering from this Jet's location for several years but it's become ridiculous. We enjoy the the food if we get it. Obviously the owner is not involved. I expect this location to be closed in the next year. read more

If we're just talking about the food, I'd give it 5 stars for sure. The 4 and 8 corner pizzas are phenomenal, my favorite for sure. Tons of cheese and the ingredients are super fresh. Pizza is very consistent and is always good. My only issue with this place is that they always take longer than they say they're going to. Over the phone for pick up they usually say 15-20 minutes and it always takes like 35-40 minutes. Kind of annoying but not a huge deal. Can't give 5 stars though. read more

Ordered a pizza and boat. Delivery. Was brought quickly and hot. Meat lovers pizza and pepperoni and sausage boat. Did not receive correct boat, called in and manager stated an hour to re deliver or store credit. Wouldn't have cared but am allergic to olives(which was in the boat) pizza was delicious. Would've been 5 stars if it was based only on pizza but the boat killed it for me. Hopefully I use up the credit. read more

This is some of the best pizza in the area. Never any bald spots. The cheese sets this one apart. I don't know what other places are using for cheese, but you can tell the difference immediately. It's just better. Don't forget to ask for the crust topping. We like the "Turbo". I always ask that they cook it a little extra to get the crust really crispy on the bottom. The only issue I've ever had was the young lady that manages. She refused to honor a valid coupon. She got a little rude. Hopefully she will get a little more training. Everyone else has always been polite. I think their prices are a little higher but it's understandable because of the high quality ingredients they use. I recommend. read more

We tried Jet's for the first time the other night. I placed the order through their online system and picked it up at this location. We had three different pizzas--a Jet 10 on hand tossed, Alfredo on thin crust and cheese on deep dish. Also had some 3 cheese bread. I got to the shop a bit early and had to wait, but the pizzas were ready when they said they would be. The Jet 10 had a generous amount of toppings. All three pizzas were very good, and we would definitely be willing to order from them again. I misplaced the coupons and the online deals were not great, so the meal turned out to be more expensive than I would wish. The only critique I would have on the pizza is that the thin and hand tossed crusts are just a little chewier than my favorite (which is Pizza Hut, but the service is so bad we don't get it much). The service was mostly fine but they did have an issue with calling my name when my pizzas were ready, so I waited a bit longer than I had to. Overall it's good pizza and I would eat it again, and recommend it. Not sure it will displace our favorites that are closer to our house, but if we saw a good coupon deal we would for sure consider it. read more

This is hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten. I am not exaggerating. My husband is from Detroit, so I decided to try their Detroit-style deep dish pizza. It was the freshest, tastiest, cheesiest pizza I have ever took a bite of. Their wings were fresh, spicy, and flavorful. They didn't taste like artificial, frozen wings. This is the taste I have been looking for! Their ranch isn't that thick, pasty crap you get from other pizza parlors. Their ranch had a homemade consistency. Actually a 3.5 star. But since prices are fair and I got full off less than $5 I like them a lot. If Little Caesars is a 1 and Pizza Patron, Cici's is maybe a 2. Then Pizza Hut, Pappa Johns, Dominos are a 3, I guess. So Just for comparison reasons. Grimaldis, Candelarie's or others similar are likely a 5. They remind me of a typical pizza joint in a college town. Every college town has a one like this. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. They are strictly pu/delivery only establishment. There are no tables nor dining in. Again, for this area, taste, and value they deserve a 4. The pizza slices are about 4x4 inches and pretty good. The cheese, toppings, and sauce are all good. Deep dish crust is their specialty. I look forward to trying again. read more

I wanted to say this pizza is delicious, we ordered the eight slice deep dish with premium pepperoni, wings and brownie. Everything was delicious, the wing sauce was ordered "hot" and it's the perfect amount of heat and great flavor. I called in to confirm my order was processed correctly online and the guy was so polite over the phone. Food arrived on time too! We are pizza snobs and I already told someone at work about this pizza and get the crust well done and butter flavor...OMG YUM read more

Horrible experience in Tomball on Kuykendahl. We order pizza at 8 only to go pick it up at 850 to find out the order was cancelled and no one can explain why that happened. To be told We can credit your account. Great. That doesn't help when I'm trying to feed my family. How do you let this happen. Horrible. Wanted to try Detroit Style Pizza and saw this was close. Wow. They have different styles, which I will try, but the 8 Corner Pizza was great. Ingredients were too quality. Sauce was spicy but not overbearing. Just a great pizza. Worth the 25 min drive. read more
