I really did want their pizza. It said they deliver. I was 2.5 miles from their place and it apparently was not in their delivery zone. Their auto phone service then asked me if I wanted to be directed to a live person I said yes, and I waited for about 35 seconds and hung up because I was in a hurry and the people visiting me had just flown in and we're all hungry. That caused me to call oregano's and I spent about 70 bucks on two pizzas and picked them up because they have a live person that picks the phone up and they don't mess around with Auto answering programs that people of my generation are just very sick of. At some point in the future I will maybe stop in and order a pizza because as I said, it's probably really good, but I expect to be waited on immediately when I call a place. Keep in mind. I only gave it four stars out of five because of the auto phone system. read more

I ordered for pick-up. I was so grateful for it to be ready in 10 minute!. The customer service was great! They were friendly and attentive. I didn't pay too much attention to the inside, but it was small and quaint. The pizza was great! I considered a mix between Barro's & Papa John's pizza made into one. It was so good!!! We were looking for a sit down place to eat but it was late and they were the only thing open that sounded good. They were not a sit down location but were amazed at the great taste of the pizza when we got back to our hotel. We actually ate the entire thing. This place is newish to my area, tucked in a small elbow of a local strip mall. I noted upon entering that this was a carry out - delivery only establishment. First of this place is super clean with polished tiles lining the long entrance corridor. I had called my order in and walked up to the counter where I was received a welcome greeting from the cashier. Turns out my pizza and chicken wings were right on time. I scooted home where I found the food to be piping hot. The three ingredient, thin crust pizza was excellent. The best thing was that the crust was still crispy. First time trying this place. Glad I did Easy to use website unless you do wing which is confusing. Wish the square option had more size info. Got a pie smaller than I wanted but am still not disappointed. It's outstanding. Delivery time was quick. I haven't had a pizza delivered in forever that had a crunch, and still stretchy cheese, and I'm thankful this ended my wait. Plentiful toppings, crispy, hot, amazing. I was in the plaza and needed something quick to eat. Stopped in and it was brand spanking new with no tables, but that new place smell. Because there is no seating, you're kinda walking in this long hallway to get to the cashier (it isn't a far walk, but it feels like it cuz nothing is there). Was greeted by a very friendly cashier. Ordered a slice of pepperoni for under $3. Was told it would take 20 minutes, but was actually ready in like 5 minutes. He asked if I wanted any Parmesan or red pepper and I asked for two packets of red pepper. He tucked it inside the to go box, but when I got to the car, I saw he actually gave me two Parmesan packets. Oh well. Still yummy fresh cheap food to go and can't beat the price:) read more

I am a Michigander originally, and although I have lived in NYC, there is really one pizza that always reigns supreme (I fully love NYC pizza for the record, it is just a different thing!)!!! Detroit style Pizza has this cheesy crusty edge and wonderful focaccia like texture with toppings and a unique sauce cheese ratio that just hits different than any other pizza! That is why I am soooO excited to have a Jet's--a classic OG Detroit pizza delivery joint right by my house! I eat all pizza and I generally appreciate all of it but Jet's is something different. They pile on the toppings, unlike the chains like dominos and the hut. You get what you pay for! The flavors are on point every time! AND....have you ever had flavored crust??? Well if u have not, I HIGHLY recommend Cajun, Butter-Cheese crust! IT IS BOMB! If u just want butter cheese, I think they call it "Turbo." Just go with it! You will not be disappointed! It also freezes and heats up great! The salads are also super delicious! I ordered the Greek and it was exactly what I hoped it would be! Great job Jet's I can't wait for more! read more
