The dough has perfect texture, thee proper balance of chewy/doughy and thin...legit so good! We opted for a large 2 topping: pepperoni and mushroom, New York style pie. We could have used just a tad more toppings but overall the pizza was well balanced. The pepperoni is old world style, small in circumference but full of flavor. The mushrooms were fresh, none of that rubbery fungus among us! Unfortunately, HobNob didn't deliver to our home but pick up was a breeze. Parking was available behind the store front but I can see how during peak times it could get congested. The team member that greeted and helped us was welcoming and friendly. Worth the drive and I look forward to trying HobNob again and again and again!

Good pizza dough should be light and chewy, with or without a crunch. Also, don't get their "trust us." The olive burger and smoked meatball hoagie at Ozone are excellent. This cheesy olive burger had sliced olives in a very yummy red mayo-based sauce. It was cooked nicely, but the bun-to-meat ratio skewed a bit too bready for me. The smoked meatballs were tasty and weren't overpowered by either smoke or garlic, instead meshing quite nicely especially with the house red pasta sauce, Bellissima. We all decided on pizza and ordered two pizzas. One for the adults and a smaller one for the kids. While we were waiting the room air filled up with the aroma of a seafood restaurant restaurant. The pizza took a little longer than expected, but they do let you know upfront that there may be a wait, which I appreciated. The flavor was good overall, and the ingredients seemed fresh. Not bad, but not a standout for me either.
