This BLT sandwich also has a mozzarella cheese blend in it, which sounds super weird for a BLT, but just go with it. I suppose you could ask for a different cheese, or no cheese at all, but you should just trust that the fine people at Mancino's know what they're doing. Their customer service has improved significantly. In fact, the changes I've experienced since then have made it probably one of my favorite places to visit. They keep their beer rotating with new brews and I just had a delicious lunch... the onion gravy was on point and the sausages have a really good crunch.
