The crust is good--just the right balance of crusty outside, soft inside, sturdy and chewy. Holds up strong under the weight of the toppings. I personally prefer the thin and floppy foldable NY pizza crust, but good is good. I couldn't decide between the Ange's Combo and the Spicy Italian since one has pepperoni and the other has ham and I love BOTH. But lucky for me Ange makes an Xtra small so I got one of each! And I got an Antipasto salad to round it out. The salad was bountiful' served with a.mond of mozzarella on top. Not bad at all, Ange!

Their pizza has a sweetness about it that I love. I personally do not typically like pizza sauce, but theirs is good! We also love their Italian subs. They are a good size for the price, good toppings, but most importantly it's not super greasy and soggy like some toasted subs tend to be, and these subs still taste good even the next day. The buffalo chips with ranch are great, and we usually split an order of those when we order subs. But my all time favorite item from here is the calzone. WHY IS IT SO GOOD? Its 8am as I write this and I'm currently salivating thinking of it, lol! Another great thing I wanted to mention about Crenos is that they have a little "junior" pizza that's like $4.50. It's so so nice having a small pizza option for the kids, or for my mom who doesn't typically have any other people that she's sharing a pizza with. The prices are very fair for the price, and all of the food is delicious. I definitely recommend trying it out! It's way better than the typical big name pizza places around here, and the employees are all nice and fast and hardworking. We love Crenos!

The sauce seems like home made, I never asked, but it has a touch of sweetness and acid to it. Not over powering with spices and seasoning. I suggest going there and order. Go next door for a beer or 2 and your pizza will be piping hot and ready to go. I put my pizza in the trunk so I don't eat it all before getting home. Each bite is better than the last but not as good as the next. I just finished eating, and let me tell ya, it was just a blur of sauce dipping and preparing bites. At one point I think I actually started sweating, but not 100% sure. I went with the boneless buffalo wings, that were LOADED with sauce, a pizza with pepp on the whole thing and japs on half for me, since munchie isn't big on the spicy. Which is surprising because she's with me. Anyway. We got a side of blue cheese, ranch, extra pizza sauce, and they threw in a buffalo for the wings (which was not used nor needed). The two guys running the joint resembled the typical "hang loose and eat pizza" vibe, and we were immediately blasted with old school rock when walking in to pick it up. All around, solid experience. Visited: Aug 2025 Heritage Honey pizza sounded like a win -- hot honey, basil, ricotta -- but only the basil came to play. Hot honey was too syrupy, crust was super doughy, and I couldn't taste the red sauce or garlic butter base I asked for. (I saw it. My taste buds didn't.) Loaded Pep & Cheese had more flavor, but still not craveable. We debated the wings... then got the Hot Buffalo BBQ. Ordered them extra saucy after seeing those dry pics online. And yeah -- still a letdown. Even cook, no crisp, no seasoning soaked in. Just chicken being chicken with sauce sitting on top. The vibe? Clean, modern, great staff. The flavor? Flat. Good if you're already nearby. Not worth a trip. That basil, though? Still thinking about it.
