I know the place has been understaffed and running slow, so I wasn't exactly surprised that I waited 1.5 hours for my delivery order, but it still kind of sucked since the Slice app estimated the order available 40 minutes earlier. The unforgivable problem is that when the order arrived it only contained one pizza and the one they delivered was 1/2 burnt and inedible. No self respecting person should have ever served that pizza and definitely shouldn't have shipped out just one pie. I called Slice and they took care of the issue, but ended up refunding only the food cost and none of the service or delivery fees. I understand somewhat that Slice isn't at fault but I ended up paying $13 for a 1/2 burnt pizza and that is unacceptable.
