Been getting Jets for years. Consistent, reliable, and most importantly delicious. I recommend getting detroit style, can't be beat!

i don't post to-go reviews tooooo often, but Jet's is worth the drive!! the pizza was so tasty even after the 15 min drive home and it was ready exactly at the pick up time. everything was so good, my only note would be that the garlic was a little overpowering, but not bad. read more

Ordered take out last night. Got a small Greek salad, deep dish pepperoni and mushroom and jets cheese bread. Everything was great, the only thing is I wish they used fresh mushrooms or at least put it online so I knew when I ordered. read more

First time we've ever had an issue with Jets Pizza, but I post this so they'll do better. We ordered carryout, and it was safe to say, we should have looked at the pizza before we went the nearly 20 minutes home. The family was starving, so we grabbed our pieces, thinking they looked a little cooked, we didn't realize just how bad. We immediately called them back, they said they'd credit us, or swap. Again, I don't think they realized the huge inconvenience for the drive there and back, but we were all hungry. What was even more unbelievable, was asking us to bring back the pizza??!? Either way, we did, and got the swap, but wow! We'll be hitting the snooze button on Jets for awhile. read more

I was sent a gift certificate for a free large one topping pizza. I called the Olio Road location to ask about using the certificate with a Jet 10. I asked what the cost would be. The guy who answered the phone said he could not figure out how much extra it would cost. I was told just come and pick up the pizza and they would "figure it out" . I trusted they would handle things accordingly. The manager on duty informed me even with my certificate, it would be $25.00! The certificate held a value of $15.99. I questioned him charging me the same price as a regular Jet 10. I was told very rudely, the certificate was for a one topping pizza. I understood that, and certainly did not expect to add more toppings for free, but was not expecting to pay the same price as a Jet 10 using the certificate. I asked for the certificate back, and was met with more pushback. I told him keep the certificate, paid full price for the pizza minus $2.00, and left. I called another location in Fishers and was told they should'nt have charged me full price and told me to come to their location and they would give me another certificate. I arrived at the second location, and was then told by the manager, he has no idea how to fix the issue, and to call the original location back and talk with the manager. When I called the location back, a girl got on the phone( just an employee) and said the manager was confused about all of it because he was new . She offered me a $5.00 credit. I told here that is not even close to the certificate value. She said nobody ever orders that many extra toppings. After trying to get a fair resolution, she said she would put a $10.00 credit under my number.Terrible customer service from BOTH locations and still no real resolution. Come on Jet's, surely you can do better and train your employees on how to handle a very common situation like people wanting more toppings and still be able to use a gift certificate. First time ordering from Jet's and what a circus. read more

4 stars. Solid spot for carry-out Detroit style pizza with a buttery crust akin to old skool Pizza Hut deep dish. I appreciate the text-to-order feature. I can text my order and pay online. And the bonus: 15% off the regular menu prices. Coupons are readily available via mail and flyers, but I can't seem to keep up with them. The text discount works better for me. Last night, there was a sight issue with my order. They resolved it by making a new pizza and it was ready faster than they quoted. My kinda service! And don't sleep on their lunch combo. Two slices and a drink... perfect!! Sometimes it's a small wait, but never long. Thanks Jets! read more

Always high quality pizza and rapid service. Order by phone & pick up in 20 minutes. We change up crust orders from , Detroit style, traditional round or thin. In each case, the texture of soft dough & crisp edges provides a beautiful tango in the mouth. Our regular toppings of extra cheese, tomatoes and double 'shrooms makes our evening ideal. read more

The BBQ Chicken was absolutely delicious. If you need a good deep dish pizza with a nice crunch, I recommend. My food took no longer than 15 minutes for my food. The delicious smell that lingered in the air was very comforting. If Ben is present, the pizza will be even better. read more

In our experience (June 2025) the pizza tastes amazing. We ordered using door dash and it worked well.

Paid $40 for a pizza, sticks, and a salad and the salad was the best part. Not because it was amazing but because it was the only thing that had any flavor. There was cheese, there was sauce, there was crust - they forgot our only topping - but it tasted like a plain piece of bread that once spent time next to a pizza. This was clearly a pizza made by AI, it looked right but it had no taste. I also checked to make sure I wasn't ill, the family was unanimous. read more

Good pizza! Fast, easy, friendly service. Will order from them again. Will try the thin crust next time.

Great Detroit style deep dish pizza, and slices ready at lunch time. Favorite local pizza spot.

A gentleman named Ben served me. His service was impeccable. He welcomed my family with a genuine smile, and got our order out incredibly fast. Pizza was great. That young man deserves a raise. read more

Jet's has become one of my go to take out pizza places. It is known for its Detroit style crust that is thicker and more bread-style but have multiple crust options including hand-tossed, thin, NY, cauliflower, and gluten free. Every time I've ordered it's been cooked perfectly. Since my family member has an egg allergy, I called to confirm that the crust does not have egg and I appreciated that they were diligent in researching/confirming the ingredients and did not seem inconvenienced before I ordered. The cheesy bread was also a hit. It's tasty, consistent, and also great leftover. Perfect for takeout pizza night! I'll be back! read more

It's truly a joy when you're so pleasantly surprised and blown away by a pizza place! That was the case with Jet's Pizza. My family was passing through the area on our way to the Ft. Wayne area and got a triple cheese 8-square pizza. Phenomenal! We came again on our way back, that's how good it was. It wasn't easy to pay close to $20 for a single box, but you get what you pay for. Quality pizza that's delicious, super cheesy, and full of flavor! read more

First order. I loved the pizza and the breadsticks are right up my alley. Took 90 minutes for delivery, but it was the first snowfall and I'm sure everyone had the same idea to order in pizza. I will definitely reorder. read more

This is a great and unique pizza place. It's traditional deep dish pizza and is always soft, thick, with crispy edges. It is a bit greasy at times. It's always good and it taste good left over. Tried the cheese bread it was delicious. Tried their chicken salad for the first time and it was very good, will definitely get the salad again. Jets pizza is great and if you haven't tried it yet, you need to. There seems to be coupons everywhere you look esp behind Kroger receipts ;) read more

Best pizza! Best prices for finished product and quality of taste and ingredients! Friendly staff and delivery drivers! Ease of use ordering through text too! I can order the family pizza even while I'm on a phone conference, just text the order in and confirm through following message. Now I don't even type it all out, I just copy and paste my last order and I usually have the best tasting pizza in an hour. We always get deep dish. Flavor is great, not too greasy like a lot of others ! read more

We ordered from Jet's the other night because our kids wanted it. We placed our order online around 9 AM and requested delivery for 5:45 PM. Around 6 PM, we called because the delivery had not been made and we hadn't heard anything. The person on the phone seemed to have trouble locating our order (although I gave him the order number from my receipt). Eventually, he told us that our order "just went out the door". The delivery driver did not show up until almost 6:30 PM, 45 minutes late. This is unacceptable when we placed the order 9 hours earlier! Quality of the pizza was okay but we've had better. Price is high...we paid over $50 for 2 pizzas (1 large, 1 small) and some cinnamon sticks. I don't think we will be ordering from Jet's again. Our favorite pizza delivery place usually shows up 10-15 early with their deliveries. read more

So I had never heard of this place before until I was at work one day. I have to say I'm a slight pizza snob and only like certain kinds of pizza. I will say I was delighted by this pizza. I will say that it is slightly expensive for pizza but you won't be disappointed. For sure this is not your every Friday night pizza spot but you could definitely add it into your rotation if you're looking to mix things up. I've tried their regular toppings as well as their specialty pizzas and all are fantastic. The only bad thing is that sauces do cost extra and they do not deliver. However, I did order it on a Friday night and they were very efficient with my order. Again, I'm so glad I was introduced to this pizza place and will definitely keep it in the rotation. read more

Absolutely amazing!! We have ordered here a couple times for delivery and both times it's been so good. No matter what time you order food here you can always count on them to do a good job. Their honey BBQ wings are so good, also if you see the prices of their sauces you will have some questions but trust me they are amazing and they give you a FULL cup of sauce. Whoever is working there and running this spot is doing amazing. Go jets! (Ps try their deep dish it's the best) read more

Yes, the mascot looks like the man on the Bullwinkle show...a bit creepy. But we got a good deal and the pizza was surprisingly yummy!! We normally stick with a couple particular pizza favs, but decided to do something different and try Jet's. The gluten free pizza was chewy and good. Only complaint was that the GF pizza was a bit on the smaller side for the price! I wanted more! :) My husband got the Aloha bbq chicken pizza and a sausage one. He loved both!!Apparently, the hand-tossed crust is airy rather than heavy!! read more

This was my first time visiting this pizza chain and I must say I am quite impressed! I called to place my order and Ben helped me out. He was amazing! When I arrived he immediately greeted me and informed me that my pizza would be right up. The pizza is scrumptious! Crispy and crunchy crust and the sauce was so yummy! While visiting a friend in Fishers, we discussed ordering pizza, but from where? This is where friendships begin and end. Jet's Pizza was the decision, and thank goodness it was. The ordering process was easy, ordered pickup. The Fishers location has an easy access parking lot, and the pizza was ready before they said it would be, even on a busy Saturday summer evening. The staff was polite and very friendly. The pizza was outstanding. The deep dish meat lovers was better than advertised. The crust was buttery, crunchy, and was perfectly cooked. While we ordered a large, I expected us to eat the entire pizza but because the more were so many toppings, I was able to only eat three pieces. We almost had half a pizza leftover!! As a pizza lover, and someone who doesn't get Jet's pizza regularly, or at all, this was a welcome surprise as the last bite was a great as the first. Great job Jet's Pizza in Fishers. read more

The best pizzas around! The service is always great. I recommend the deep dish as that is the best type of pizza around.

I want to personally thank the two gentlemen working this evening at this establishment! We had been driving all day and actually had gotten into a pretty bad accident with a drunk driver. Thank goodness we were OK not so good for the other person. The weather is really bad in Indianapolis right now and they were the only pizza place we could find, as well as any other restaurants in the area, that were still serving. God is good and the pizza was delicious and much needed. Their Greek salad was also fabulous! I would've taken pictures but we were too exhausted... And starved! read more

Worst Jet's Pizza branch ever! Staff is very rude. No chairs or restrooms for customers. Will never come back.

My wife placed an online order for delivery. The first problem was that their order system changed it to a pick up order. No problem, my wife caught it and called to ask if it could be changed to delivery. The second problem was they then delivered it to the wrong location. The driver called and again my wife corrected the issue. Again, things happen. No problem. The final issue, and the last straw, was the driver being angry and rude with my wife. He even accused her of somehow having the pizza delivered to the wrong address on purpose. He slammed the receipt down on the pizza and stormed off. The pizza was cold and we are both angry. The service was awful. There are way better places here in town with people that actually understand customer service. read more

I had a party at Smiley's, and it came with pizza from an outside company (Jet's Pizza). Big Mistake, the pizza was horrible, and then I spoke to someone about it at Smileys. They said they couldn't do anything and told me to talk to the manager at Jet's Pizza. So I call them, and the manager said, "Well, I don't know what you want me to do about it." So it was a waste of time even to call Jet's Pizza to address my concerns. We bought three pizzas from the cafe inside Smiley's for our guests because the pizza from Jet's Pizza was not even edible. The pizza was cold, and the cheese was hard. I wouldn't even give that pizza to my dog. read more
