First time we've ever had an issue with Jets Pizza, but I post this so they'll do better. We ordered carryout, and it was safe to say, we should have looked at the pizza before we went the nearly 20 minutes home. The family was starving, so we grabbed our pieces, thinking they looked a little cooked, we didn't realize just how bad. We immediately called them back, they said they'd credit us, or swap. Again, I don't think they realized the huge inconvenience for the drive there and back, but we were all hungry. What was even more unbelievable, was asking us to bring back the pizza??!? Either way, we did, and got the swap, but wow! We'll be hitting the snooze button on Jets for awhile. read more

I was sent a gift certificate for a free large one topping pizza. I called the Olio Road location to ask about using the certificate with a Jet 10. I asked what the cost would be. The guy who answered the phone said he could not figure out how much extra it would cost. I was told just come and pick up the pizza and they would "figure it out" . I trusted they would handle things accordingly. The manager on duty informed me even with my certificate, it would be $25.00! The certificate held a value of $15.99. I questioned him charging me the same price as a regular Jet 10. I was told very rudely, the certificate was for a one topping pizza. I understood that, and certainly did not expect to add more toppings for free, but was not expecting to pay the same price as a Jet 10 using the certificate. I asked for the certificate back, and was met with more pushback. I told him keep the certificate, paid full price for the pizza minus $2.00, and left. I called another location in Fishers and was told they should'nt have charged me full price and told me to come to their location and they would give me another certificate. I arrived at the second location, and was then told by the manager, he has no idea how to fix the issue, and to call the original location back and talk with the manager. When I called the location back, a girl got on the phone( just an employee) and said the manager was confused about all of it because he was new . She offered me a $5.00 credit. I told here that is not even close to the certificate value. She said nobody ever orders that many extra toppings. After trying to get a fair resolution, she said she would put a $10.00 credit under my number.Terrible customer service from BOTH locations and still no real resolution. Come on Jet's, surely you can do better and train your employees on how to handle a very common situation like people wanting more toppings and still be able to use a gift certificate. 4 stars. Solid spot for carry-out Detroit style pizza with a buttery crust akin to old skool Pizza Hut deep dish. I appreciate the text-to-order feature. I can text my order and pay online. And the bonus: 15% off the regular menu prices. Coupons are readily available via mail and flyers, but I can't seem to keep up with them. The text discount works better for me. Last night, there was a sight issue with my order. They resolved it by making a new pizza and it was ready faster than they quoted. My kinda service! And don't sleep on their lunch combo. In our experience (June 2025) the pizza tastes amazing. We ordered using door dash and it worked well.

Paid $40 for a pizza, sticks, and a salad and the salad was the best part. Not because it was amazing but because it was the only thing that had any flavor. There was cheese, there was sauce, there was crust - they forgot our only topping - but it tasted like a plain piece of bread that once spent time next to a pizza. Jet's has become one of my go to take out pizza places. It is known for its Detroit style crust that is thicker and more bread-style but have multiple crust options including hand-tossed, thin, NY, cauliflower, and gluten free. Every time I've ordered it's been cooked perfectly. Since my family member has an egg allergy, I called to confirm that the crust does not have egg and I appreciated that they were diligent in researching/confirming the ingredients and did not seem inconvenienced before I ordered. We ordered from Jet's the other night because our kids wanted it. We placed our order online around 9 AM and requested delivery for 5:45 PM. Around 6 PM, we called because the delivery had not been made and we hadn't heard anything. The person on the phone seemed to have trouble locating our order (although I gave him the order number from my receipt). Eventually, he told us that our order "just went out the door". The delivery driver did not show up until almost 6:30 PM, 45 minutes late. This is unacceptable when we placed the order 9 hours earlier! Quality of the pizza was okay but we've had better. Price is high...we paid over $50 for 2 pizzas (1 large, 1 small) and some cinnamon sticks. I don't think we will be ordering from Jet's again. Absolutely amazing!! We have ordered here a couple times for delivery and both times it's been so good. No matter what time you order food here you can always count on them to do a good job. Their honey BBQ wings are so good, also if you see the prices of their sauces you will have some questions but trust me they are amazing and they give you a FULL cup of sauce. So I had never heard of this place before until I was at work one day. I have to say I'm a slight pizza snob and only like certain kinds of pizza. I will say I was delighted by this pizza. I will say that it is slightly expensive for pizza but you won't be disappointed. For sure this is not your every Friday night pizza spot but you could definitely add it into your rotation if you're looking to mix things up. I've tried their regular toppings as well as their specialty pizzas and all are fantastic. The only bad thing is that sauces do cost extra and they do not deliver. We normally stick with a couple particular pizza favs, but decided to do something different and try Jet's. The gluten free pizza was chewy and good. While visiting a friend in Fishers, we discussed ordering pizza, but from where? This is where friendships begin and end. Jet's Pizza was the decision, and thank goodness it was. The ordering process was easy, ordered pickup. The Fishers location has an easy access parking lot, and the pizza was ready before they said it would be, even on a busy Saturday summer evening. The staff was polite and very friendly. The pizza was outstanding. The deep dish meat lovers was better than advertised. The crust was buttery, crunchy, and was perfectly cooked. While we ordered a large, I expected us to eat the entire pizza but because the more were so many toppings, I was able to only eat three pieces. We almost had half a pizza leftover!! As a pizza lover, and someone who doesn't get Jet's pizza regularly, or at all, this was a welcome surprise as the last bite was a great as the first. Great job Jet's Pizza in Fishers. read more

I want to personally thank the two gentlemen working this evening at this establishment! We had been driving all day and actually had gotten into a pretty bad accident with a drunk driver. Thank goodness we were OK not so good for the other person. The weather is really bad in Indianapolis right now and they were the only pizza place we could find, as well as any other restaurants in the area, that were still serving. My wife placed an online order for delivery. The first problem was that their order system changed it to a pick up order. No problem, my wife caught it and called to ask if it could be changed to delivery. The second problem was they then delivered it to the wrong location. The driver called and again my wife corrected the issue. Again, things happen. No problem. The final issue, and the last straw, was the driver being angry and rude with my wife. He even accused her of somehow having the pizza delivered to the wrong address on purpose. He slammed the receipt down on the pizza and stormed off. The pizza was cold and we are both angry. The service was awful. There are way better places here in town with people that actually understand customer service. read more

I had a party at Smiley's, and it came with pizza from an outside company (Jet's Pizza). Big Mistake, the pizza was horrible, and then I spoke to someone about it at Smileys. They said they couldn't do anything and told me to talk to the manager at Jet's Pizza. So I call them, and the manager said, "Well, I don't know what you want me to do about it." So it was a waste of time even to call Jet's Pizza to address my concerns. We bought three pizzas from the cafe inside Smiley's for our guests because the pizza from Jet's Pizza was not even edible.
