    thin crust pepperoni, cinna-stix

Been on a pizza fix lately. Wanted to try something good but also affordable, decided on Jets. Was able to get a large 1 topping thin crust pizza and cinnamon six for ~$30. Enough food for about two meals for 1 person (for me at least) coming in around ~$15/meal, not terrible, not cheap either. The pizza was overall decent, a step up from dominos/Pizza Hut. The cinnastix were really good, especially if you love cinnamon. Not a bad choice if you want something a bit more affordable Service was quick. My food was ready in 10 - 15 minutes after I placed the order.

(Reviewed during the COVID pandemic) Where has this place been all my life? The idea of 4 corner & 8 corner pizzas?? Brilliant! Finally was introduced to Jets when someone ordered it for my friend's birthday. Gotta say... I'm a fan! And bonus points for the "happy birthday" message written in the box. FYI...20% off when you text your pizza order instead of ordering online. Yep, I'll be doing that when I order this crispy, golden, greasy deliciousness.

Decent pizza--not the best I've had, but pretty good for a chain. I got one of the large specialty pizzas (I forgot the name but it has peppers and sausage) and it satiated my pizza craving. The dough was super good and I liked that the pizza wasn't overly salty.

Stopped in because this location is close to my apartment. I have never had Detroit style pizza so I was excited to try something new. I ordered online during the Super Bowl and walked over a few mins before my order was complete. The place was clean and the staff was great. They gave me my order with extra sauces and utensils. I tried the honey barbecue pizza and it was delicious. The sauce was sweet and the crust was buttery. They are open till 3 am on weekends which is great for any night after drinking.

Ordered a detroit style pepperoni, mushroom and olive pizza and it did not disappoint. Edges were crunchy, crust was pillowy, toppings were bountiful and it was very tasty. Also had the jets bread (garlic cheese bread) and it was also very yummy. We got a side of boneless wings (mild buffalo) and they were delicious! There's a couple of tables inside, but we took ours to go. The service was outstanding and the prices were what you'd expect in a big city like Chicago. 8.8/10

    2 nice hearty slices!!!!!

Always fast service! The establishment is clean, there are a few table to sit and eat and the pizza is good (especially the pepperoni) The cruse is so buttery I could eat just that! Lol The only bad thing is parking because it's downtown Chicago however you ride public transportation it's great because you have almost every train line that stops at Roosevelt.

Stopped in because this location is close to my office and I had a craving for pizza. First time trying the pizza and it's good but it's not Chicago style pizza. They call it Detroit style pizza. I ordered online and when I walked in the place was clean, playing some good music, and I was greeted when I first walked in. I ordered a the Best of Jets Small Pizza with Hamburger and the Honey Barbecue Boneless Chicken. The Pizza was a little too done for my liking and not enough cheese but good none the less. The Boneless Chicken was very good and had a great flavor. The deal for the pizza that I ordered said one price and then when I added it to my cart it came up as a different price. But I continued anyway. My pizza was ready for the time that I selected. When I got there I informed the guy about the pricing issue and he fixed it. You do have to purchase a side of ranch even though you purchased Boneless Chicken. Overall a good first time experience and I would try it again.

I'm super excited that Jet's is finally open in the South Loop! I made a visit tonight and was immediately greeted and welcomed by the General Manager, Jeremy. He is super friendly! I explained to him that I had never tried Detroit style pizza before and asked for a recommendation. He mentioned that this week they are offering a promotion of 2 slices of pizza (choice of sausage, pepperoni or something else I can't remember--maybe veggie?) and a drink for $4.99. What a great deal! If Detroit style pizza crust is not for you, they also offer hand tossed, NY style, and thin crust pizzas. For those that cannot handle gluten, they also have gluten free pizza. I just tried their sausage Detroit style pizza and it was delicious. The sauce was sweet and the crust was buttery and moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. It paired deliciously well with the ranch sauce they have here. There's some scaffolding outside right now (from the building next door) but don't let that deter you from going in! Their special $4.99 promotion is only until tomorrow 12/22 so do not miss it! They have lunch specials here too at great prices and also serve sandwiches! And if you are super lazy they deliver with Postmates. Its super nice to be able to order a few slices of pizza without having to order a full pizza or have to walk all the way to Whole Foods (which was my prior source of pizza slices). Now I can hop, skip, and jump over to Jet's! They are open until 3am on weekends. WOW!! Welcome to the South Loop Jet's Pizza!

Thin pizza is cardboard like. While I ascribe to the motto "there is no bad pizza" it was disappointing.

Speaking of the bar, I got myself a pint of the Golden Road Mango Cart, which did have a fragrance of mangoes. I was a bit annoyed the bartender asked for my ID thinking I was a high schooler (I guess white people in Chicago generally don't have any meaningful relationship with Asians compared to other major cities because this wasn't a one time thing - and I've been to a lot of cities), but at least he tried to smooth it out with a joke. Fine, moving on. I got myself a personal deep dish pizza, since this joint is known for their caramelized crust, although I did wish I got myself a small instead so I can have it delivered in the pan itself. Maybe next time, but I did eat the whole thing. The sauce was more on the bitter and acidic side. The toppings aren't layered and hiding underneath cheese like some other places, which is fine, but I did think it could've used more mushrooms and a more even distribution of toppings considering how thick the bread is. Overall it was worth going out of my way to try it once, as it was highly recommended to me, I'd say it takes #2 so far of all the pizza places I've tried in Chicago. Granted, I didn't have time or didn't come with anyone to share a bunch of things, but maybe next time.

They push the Mediterranean Bread, and honestly, you should let them. It's enormous, blistered, fragrant, and arrives like a hot air balloon made of carbs. More importantly, it gives you something genuinely delicious to tear into while you wait for the pizza pot pies to emerge from whatever subterranean chamber they're baked in. It's both a starter and a survival tool. A reservation is non‑negotiable unless you enjoy contemplating your own mortality in a weekend crowd. The wait times can stretch so long you could starve to death before your name is called -- and the regulars will nod knowingly as they step around your skeleton. Plan ahead. The salads are comically oversized, the kind of portions that make you wonder if they're meant for a family of four or a single very determined marathon runner. But let's be honest: no one is here for lettuce. We're all here for the pizza pot pie, that molten, bread‑wrapped, cheese‑laden dome of joy that defies every attempt at categorization. It's not deep dish, it's not thin crust -- it's its own thing entirely, and that's the point. This is the place you bring out‑of‑town guests when you want to show them something uniquely Chicago without defaulting to the usual deep‑dish suspects. But it's also the place you come back to on your own, because once you've had that pizza pot pie, it lives rent‑free in your brain until you return.
