Detroit style pizza is my new fave! I've always loved crust but this is the best pizza! Sauce is tasty and toppings are plentiful. I got their cinnamon sticks with drizzle and they were warm and the best ending to my pizza! Wings are a must!!! They have a new Terriyaki flavor and their buffalo has a kick. The wings are not small wings which I loved! Staff was efficient and had good customer service. Limited restaurant seating so not good for large groups I suggest taking it to go. I was able to try Jet's Pizza with the $4.44 deal. It took less than 2 minutes to get the Pepperoni Pizza. There was plenty of open seating inside. I was able to set down and watch the news while eating. The pizza was good. I used the parmesan cheese and red peppers on different slices. Some local high school kids would tell me how good Jet's Pizza was. Telling me their basketball coach orders pizza for the whole team often. So I was anxious to try the yummy deep-dish style pizza that Jet's Pizza is known for. I tried the ultimate pepperoni deep-dish pizza, the garlic-crusted cheese sticks and the cinnamon sticks with icing for dessert. Everything was fantastic and my coworkers really liked the cinnamon sticks, but the highlight for me was the crisp, thick-crusted square-shaped pizza slices that did not disappoint. After all this deliciousness, I'm not sure when I'll head to Pizza Hut ever again. And unlike most other pizza places, they are very generous with the side dipping sauces. Officially Detroit style pizza. Jets is a longtime staple from Michigan and has been slowly opening stores around FL, now west Orlando has one. This is take out only and ordering online does you a solid for deals. We usually get a 8 square which means all 8 slices, cut square, will have an edge....and you want the edge which has baked in cheese! I also had the wings well done with mild sauce. You can order via their website and pick up, or you can sit inside as they have a separate seating area. The pizza is fairly priced, as a large Detroit style pizza is about $20. The food is always fresh, and the guys behind the counter as prompt and courteous. Pizza is normally good. One of the managers is extremely rude, however. Hesitant to return after a recent experience that was less than positive. When I picked up my pizza, it was very burned (one side of the pizza, and all of the toppings). Manager maintained he saw nothing wrong with the cook despite the black crumbling bacon. The pizza was not ordered well done. He offered to remake it but I didn't have time to wait and told him that. Then he suddenly just threw it away without giving me a chance to decide, and began making a new one, intentionally undercooking it and being extremely patronizing about it. read more

Order my pizza the guy took my order I paid for the pizza no questions asked he said about 20 minutes I said ok no problem I'll just sit here and wait........ 28 minutes later I went to the counter and the guy said that my pizza was handed to someone else and that they were making me another one and it would be 15 minutes.... DID NOT OFFER ME ANY KIND OF DISCOUNTS NOT EVEN A DRINK.... So you can't come over and tell me what you and your colleagues did and think that it would be okay before I came to the counter first.... Apparently we ordered on a night that they were short handed and has a lot of new employees working because our order was messed up a few different ways. Despite that the shift lead was apologetic and let us keep the cookie they made by mistake when we ordered a brownie. We ordered a Detroit deep dish pizza, boneless and bone in wings, and a brownie. We got hot buffalo flavor wings and the flavor was good, but the wings were small. The Detroit style pizza was SUPER cheesy, the crust was crispy and buttery. I would highly recommend trying it! We had a brownie and a cookie and they were both good. I preferred the brownie and my fiance preferred the cookie so we're a house divided on desserts. read more

I had never had Detroit style pizza until my son's theater group ordered from here for a cast party a number of years ago. I was seriously impressed. Initially I thought it was just another spin on "Sicilian" style pizza, and although it's close, it has its own unique buttery, crispy crust. Just recently my wife ordered from here on my birthday, knowing how much I love their pizza. Despite it being a pretty good haul from our home in Lake Mary, it was hot and fresh when we got it home. I've never had "Detroit style" pizza before. Given that Florida is the land of transplants, what better place outside of Michigan to try it while I'm down here? Jet's offers supposed "NY style" pizza, along with a "hand tossed" and what they market as a "4 corner" or "8 corner" pie. The ones with corners are the Detroit style deep dish you should go with here, and a corner is simply how many slices the pie contains. Let me tell you, it is filling! I probably could have stopped eating after 1 slice! I did manage to get down 2. Boy do I have a ton of leftovers! They'll flavor the crust for free but frankly I didn't taste much of the "turbo" flavor, some sort of garlic/cheese combo. I went with chicken, sausage, onion, and mushroom. The onions were diced and integrated nicely into the pie, but they were stingy with the chicken. It's not buttery and tomatoey like Chicago style deep dish. The sauce was pretty light and it isn't as "pie-like" as Chicago. If you're a fan of deep dish I'd definitely give Jet's a try. It isn't as greasy as you'd expect, but that's all relative. It is certainly caloric at 350-500+ per slice. I didn't order any sides or anything else so I can't comment on that. I ordered carry out and the food was made properly and accurately, no complaints there. It's convenient having publix next door if you need any wine or beer to accompany your pizza. Hell, there's a Chicago style pizza chain right next door if you want to try and compare! As I live in NJ, I unfortunately won't be eating Detroit style pizza from Jet's (or any place else) anytime soon. That's too bad, because it really is pretty good despite looking ugly. This place only loses a star because two 8 corner pizzas would have cost me over $40 if not for the groupon. Go get the groupon as it allows you to get $20 of value here for $10, and there are often promo codes to save another 20% off that. For about $28 out of pocket I got an absolute shitload of food, I left my friend's house with easily enough food for the next couple of days. read more

We only ever order delivery. It's easy to order and the delivery is always friendly. The food tastes amazingly good and a little pricey but worth it. My only complaint is lack of tracking capability. When you order it always says expected delivery times 75 minutes and there's no way to track it. Normally delivery occurs before 75 minutes but again we never know when it's coming.
