Great food made with love. Service was fabulous as well. There's a reason this place has been in business forever. They're doing it right! It was quiet while I was dining there but it does get quite busy during peak dining times. I recommend the chicken Marsala. It's my favorite dish!

We came here for an early dinner. We enjoy this restaurant because our meal is always delicious. The booths are comfortable and service is excellent. We ordered chicken Marsala, chicken Francese, baked manicotti, with fresh vegetables and warm hard rolls with butter. For drinks we ordered a Diet Pepsi, regular Pepsi, and a small bottle of flat water. We had an awesome meal and great conversation. If you have not tried this restaurant before you should really consider it.

Absolutely love the gnocchi here. Best I've ever had. We usually come here for family birthday dinners because all the food has been delicious and also a good beer and wine selection.

Pizza was great, as always. Came in for a last pizza before Lent. Had to get my go to Large Cheese. Its very good. Dropped in the review for more pics

My family comes here often for pizza and wanted to grab some when I was in town on a visit so we ordered ahead and went to pick it up. The inside is cute but very busy, it was a Friday night so understandable. They have fridges when you walk in full of desserts and pre made meals to heat up that looked delicious. While we were picking up our order, one of the servers came up to the cashier and was chitchatting with him (while he was ringing us up) and then jokingly told him to eff off. I'm sure they are just friendly and joking around but it seemed weird to do that right in front of the customers. The pizza was good and the slices were huge so overall it was decent but nothing to really rave about. I heard good things about the pasta so maybe I'll try that next time.

The way hometown restaurants should be ... the pizza was amazing and the owner treated me like family. Had the pepperoni and green pepper and the crust was one of a kind. Paired it with an old fashioned straight from the owner.

Why is it that some of the best Italian places are in older shopping centers? Caffe Positano is AWESOME for the quality of service and food. No, it is not a dazzling interior--but the bar area has a modern flair and the entire place is comfortable. Good selection of house wines and a basic list of wines by the bottle. The cocktails really are the feature here. Must gets: the garlic rolls, either plain or with cheese. Pizza is a big deal here and takeout orders are a constant. But that business is effectively separated from the cafe seating so it is not a bother. Pasta dishes are spot on--we tried a linguine chicken dish with hearty red sauce and a penne pasta with a rich cream sauce. Both were generous--enough to take home. Why the 5? The comfort level is off the charts, friendly casual vibe but they are downright serious about the food. As good of a "neighborhood" Italian as you find in the South.

We lived in the area back in 2005-2007 and Vincent's was one of those places that just stuck with us. You always wonder if places you loved years ago will still hold up... especially these days. Thankfully, Vincent's absolutely does. The food is still wonderful--rich, flavorful, and comforting in that nostalgic way that reminds you why you fell in love with it in the first place. Nothing felt watered down or "modernized" for the wrong reasons. It felt familiar, intentional, and genuinely cared for. Change isn't always progress. Sometimes staying loyal to who you are is the real win--and Vincent's has clearly done that. We left happy, full, and grateful that this place is still exactly what we remembered. Unfortunately, this visit left us a bit disappointed. We later noticed that a 20% gratuity had already been added to each of our tabs, which was not clearly disclosed. As a result, we unknowingly left our usual 20% tip on top of that. We absolutely respect and support fair compensation for servers, but automatic gratuity should be clearly communicated upfront. When we casually mentioned it--without asking for anything to be removed--the response we received felt dismissive. More concerning, our waitress (Becca) then appeared to discuss the situation with another table in a way that felt unprofessional. We still appreciate the quality of the food and have enjoyed many visits here, but transparency and professionalism matter. Since we rotate local restaurants for our weekly outings, experiences like this do influence where we choose to return.

What we got was a Wow experience from the time they brought it in - my mother was pure smiles and that was before we tasted it. We went with half New England and half Connecticut style. Absolutely the best lobster roll I've ever had and I've had many living in New England most of my life. This was an absolutely delightful experience. We couldn't finish the roll between the 3 of us and had great leftovers for dinner. The place is busy and you hear the sounds of people talking and enjoying their meals.
