I've never had "Detroit style" pizza before. Given that Florida is the land of transplants, what better place outside of Michigan to try it while I'm down here? Jet's offers supposed "NY style" pizza, along with a "hand tossed" and what they market as a "4 corner" or "8 corner" pie. The ones with corners are the Detroit style deep dish you should go with here, and a corner is simply how many slices the pie contains. Let me tell you, it is filling! I probably could have stopped eating after 1 slice! I did manage to get down 2. Boy do I have a ton of leftovers! They'll flavor the crust for free but frankly I didn't taste much of the "turbo" flavor, some sort of garlic/cheese combo. I went with chicken, sausage, onion, and mushroom. The onions were diced and integrated nicely into the pie, but they were stingy with the chicken. It's not buttery and tomatoey like Chicago style deep dish. The sauce was pretty light and it isn't as "pie-like" as Chicago. If you're a fan of deep dish I'd definitely give Jet's a try. It isn't as greasy as you'd expect, but that's all relative. It is certainly caloric at 350-500+ per slice. I didn't order any sides or anything else so I can't comment on that. I ordered carry out and the food was made properly and accurately, no complaints there. It's convenient having publix next door if you need any wine or beer to accompany your pizza. Hell, there's a Chicago style pizza chain right next door if you want to try and compare! As I live in NJ, I unfortunately won't be eating Detroit style pizza from Jet's (or any place else) anytime soon. That's too bad, because it really is pretty good despite looking ugly. This place only loses a star because two 8 corner pizzas would have cost me over $40 if not for the groupon. Go get the groupon as it allows you to get $20 of value here for $10, and there are often promo codes to save another 20% off that. For about $28 out of pocket I got an absolute shitload of food, I left my friend's house with easily enough food for the next couple of days. read more

delivery 30 minutes later than estimated, pizza at room temperature, wings dry. Place is not the same since new owners.

Yelpers, listen here! Let me tell you this place is amazing! The blend of delicious marinara and soft breadsticks will have you thinking you're ready to work there so you can get yours free! The pizza: Picture this, a deep dish delicious crust topped with an amazing savory marinara with the perfect crunch AND softness in every bite! The wait: The pizza was ready on time as stated, no playing around! The only thing we had to wait for was chowing down since we had to pick it up. The price: Their specialty pizzas are expensive but if you order the topping separately you can save some change. I would say order in small doses so you don't pay a hefty price at once. In short, I'm so glad I had the opportunity to experience flavor on a whole NEW level! Thanks Jet, whoever you are!! read more

I had never had Detroit style pizza until my son's theater group ordered from here for a cast party a number of years ago. I was seriously impressed. Initially I thought it was just another spin on "Sicilian" style pizza, and although it's close, it has its own unique buttery, crispy crust. Just recently my wife ordered from here on my birthday, knowing how much I love their pizza. Despite it being a pretty good haul from our home in Lake Mary, it was hot and fresh when we got it home. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It's a bit of a splurge cost-wise, but truly worth the trouble. read more

Best Pizza ever Love the crispy , buttery crust!!! So yummy. Drive 30 minutes to pick it up...but It's worth it!!! read more

Great pizza, only thing is it is pretty fully loaded when it comes to cheese and butter. Other than that it's great which probably makes it better but can be excessive! read more

Always very good! Love the homemade ranch too. Pizza is excellent as are the buffalo chicken bites.

When I first walked into this restaurant with my friends ordering for our senior lunch, I had a small concern due to my gluten allergy and I was unsure if jets pizza had any gluten-free pizza. I asked the cashier, and they said they have gluten-free pizza and you can add any toppings that you want. I was amazed and surprised for a great local pizza to carry gluten-free pizza. Keep in mind that this pizza is rectangular not circles which I really liked. The first bite of the extra cheese and the flavor for pepperoni melts in my mouth. Definitely a great place for a quick bite to eat as well as pizza wise that you can bring home for your family, multiple friends, or even business meetings. If you're looking for a delightful tasting Italian food, I recommend this place for you to try!! read more

We only ever order delivery. It's easy to order and the delivery is always friendly. The food tastes amazingly good and a little pricey but worth it. My only complaint is lack of tracking capability. When you order it always says expected delivery times 75 minutes and there's no way to track it. Normally delivery occurs before 75 minutes but again we never know when it's coming. Food and service is A+ read more

Pizza was over cooked. Crust and toppings were burnt on the edges. For almost $30 should be much better.

Great Food touch of home. Originally from Michigan and transplanted to Florida and searched for an awesome BLT pizza. FINALLY FOUND IT. Drew was awesome, Fast service, very polite. Got our pizza and didn't leave parking lot and we dug in. . Will definitely be back. read more

I tried to place an on line order last Saturday and was automatically picked up by Grub Hub. They took my order for my pizza and I promised cash on delivery. To make a long story short it was not delivered. When I called the Hunt Club Jets the manager had no intention of going out of her way to get our pizza to us. I hung up on her because i thought she was too rude to deal with. BACK TO PIZZA HUT!! read more

Delicious as always. I always get the Jet Pac 10 which is awesome. Lots of toppings and the crust..... love it!!

Just moved to the area and took a flyer off all the good reviews. They are better than going to Chicago for a pie. Awesome deep dish pizzas. Perfect amount of sauce, lots of toppings with a crispy crust. Will definitely be ordering again. read more

Well...let's just say...GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE. Sometimes, I find that no matter how good the food, if the service isn't personable, I won't go back as often as I could. I didn't get the gentleman's name behind the counter, but I should have because I give him two thumbs way up. He was very polite, made sure I had everything I ordered, and raved about what is now my new favorite cheesy bread (sorry Domino's but you can't top this). The PERFECT amount of toppings to bread ratio for sure. The wings were perfectly done, with just the right amount of sauce (sometimes places will put so much that it's a hot mess - but not in the good way). The pizza was amazing as well...toppings weren't sparse at all. Thank you Jet's for making Takeout Thursday in our house a great experience this week...it was much needed. read more

This was my 2nd visit here and I'm so glad it went much better than the 1st so 5 stars it is! We had a Groupon again so decided to give it another shot. The pizza was so good! I had the small thin crust pepperoni and it took me back to the Midwest to see it cut into squares....bonus points there! My other half had the Jet10 without cheese (they didn't even roll their eyes at the no cheese lol) He really enjoyed his. We would go back! read more

Came here because I received a free coupon for the pizza. Brought the paper but apparently was supposed to bring the box it came in regardless didnt honor it the first time but they did once I brought the box. But the first time they made it look like I was lying about my offer. The deep dish pizza was ok nothing too crazy. Tasted like pizza huts pan pizza. read more

Dropped in last minute after picking up a Groupon deal. All of the Employees were friendly and polite. We ordered wings, pizza, and bread sticks. All of the food came out hot and fresh. We ordered the sweet chili wings which were exactly what you would expect. Slightly sweet and spicy but neither over powering the other. The pizza was also hot and fresh. We ordered pepperoni which is tough to mess up, so no complaints their. The bread sticks follow the same pattern and over all enjoyable. My one complaint was they serve cold marinara sauce with the warm bread. Slightly unenjoyable; I would rather have room temp sauce instead of cold sauce with warm bread. Over all it was a solid first experience. Small errors but its more of my personal preferences than mistakes. read more

We are new to Apoka and were tired, starving, and up to our necks in moving boxes and this was all I could find. I am glad I did. I am not really a fan of Chicago-style pizza, but I knew that before ordering. I thought the crust was really good. It reminded me of pan pizza when it was good. Everyone else in the house loved it. The delivery guy was early and very polite. No complaints. read more

As a Detroit native, I was elated to find out that there's a Jet's Pizza in Central Florida! I've had the hardest time finding a decent pizza place since leaving Michigan, but now with Jet's nearby my search is over. Now let me start out by saying that my boyfriend and I are such avid fans of Detroit style pizza that we drove half an hour one way to get some Jet's. We ordered an 8 corner pizza with tomatoes on top and turbo crust. You can never go wrong with turbo crust! Upon arrival at the restaurant, the whole inside is decorated with different Detroit sports banners. Definitely made this Red Wings fan happy. We started talking with the man at the counter and told him we had moved here from Detroit a year and a half ago. He said he moved down here around the same time from Detroit. It's always cool to meet fellow former Michiganders. Once we finally got the pizza home, I was so excited that it tasted exactly like the Jet's I frequented in Royal Oak. It was like a little slice of home. I can't wait to come back and get Jet's again! read more

WOW! I am not used to order pizza because I dont like the quality of ingredients the pizza restaurants use on it and it is not hot when they deliver it at home. I always do mine! Yesterday, I was soooo tired from work, and I decided to order from Jet s for the first time!! O M G!!! I havent eaten delivery pizza that HOT ever!! And it was soooo delish! I couldn't believe it!! AMAZING! Crunchy crust as I like, and all ingredients super tasty!! Plus the pizza came faster than the expected time! SUPER! SUPER! I found my favorite pizza place and thank god it is by my house!! PS. I ate the last piece cold, today in the morning and it was still delicious!! Great job guys! read more

Good quality for a last minute pizza after moving. They were quick and nice. Crust was soft, but crunchy. Their ranch is pretty great too!!

Best Pizza in town. Delicious, love the crisp crust and the sauce is awesome. Very hospitable owners

When you enter, you are well greeted, the food is pretty good all things considered, i would like to come again

The customer service is great. The man that was serving us was really nice. The food was great 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Do not waste your time! Service is TERRIBLE!!! They wouldn't start the order because I had an out of state phone number!! Never heard of such of thing! So when I came at my pickup time, they said they tried to call me to verify but I didn't get a call. So I'm told the order will be ready in 12 minutes. Over 20 minutes later, I ask for an update, and they pull the completed order out of the warming case. WTF! I've been waiting and they couldn't tell me the order was ready!! I've already paid a tip online (TO INSURE PROMPTNESS), and I receive no apology, no offer of a refund, or future discount. Ridiculous. Never again will I waste my time or money for mediocre pizza and horrendous service! read more

No joke ,hands down the best pizza this side of the Mississippi! I'm going to let you know the greatest advice you'll ever receive in your existence: deep dish, extra crispy, turbo crust....you're welcome. read more

Looove their deep dish pizzas! I usually don't like deep dish because not every pizza place can cook the dough good, but Jet's can!

This is personally my favorite local pizza spot. I love the deep dish duo - the cheesy bread is so darn good. They also make their own ranch which is delish. My husband prefers the NY style, but it only comes in a large. The staff has always been friendly! read more

This is some crispy and delicious crunchy pizza. The cheese is so tasty and stringy. This is Detroit style pizza. The pizza is a little bit more expensive than other places. We kept it simple and just put pepperoni. There is plenty of room in the restaurant to grab a seat and eat. read more

Absolutely best pizza and customer service in town! We loved the BLT pizza. Yum! We will be back.

Hmmm not sure what the hype is about. Very underwhelming and disappointing. Been wanting to try this place for a few months now, as they do pop ups at my apartment complex. Finally tried today, bland. No flavor. I even got the bold pizza which is supposed to have more flavor than the original. I had to add my own chili flakes and Parm cheese on top. Still bland. Wouldn't recommend or eat again. read more

Great! Got the lunch special- 2 slices and a soda for just under $6! Yummy and fast. The young lady behind the counter was super helpful and brought me some coupons for when I return- and I will be back!!! Mmmm!!! read more

We had the Detroit Pizza with Sausage and Red onion and it was fantastic. Flavor was excellent and crust was terrific. I especially liked the Italian Sausage. Best pizza in Florida, hands down. read more

Staff is very nice and helpful, they were able to give us recommendations for being first timers. Only reason I heard about place was since I saw a groupon special. The cashier also informed us of a special for a large one topping pizza so we ordered a pepperoni pizza with parmesian crust, and hot wings as a side. The order came out quick for takeout and the staff even gave us plates/napkins to take. The pizza tasted great! Highly recommend to anyone that likes flavored crust pizza. read more
