AWESOME PLACE! My husband and I have been wanting to come out here for years, and we finally made it with dog and toddler in-hand. This place is so cool! Quiet countryside with plenty of space to really space out- my favorite! There's a kids playground area, tables in a field, tables in the beer garden under the shade of trees, and tables "inside" a long barn that has live music and TVs (and heaters). The whole place is dog friendly and just friendly. There is a goat barn which you can do a walk with them, but no one seemed to be doing it on the day we came. It's a paradise whether you have kids, dogs, or not. 50/50 shade for the summers but on beautiful days it's the perfect setting! Now the beer- amazing!! All of it! The IPAs really hone in on the flavors and not the bite. I would say they're beautiful IPAs- they do it right. We will definitely suggest this place to all of our friends and family and plan to come back!

I think the trick to going anywhere where it might get busy is to go on a Monday or Tuesday. On our way back from a trip to Fredericksburg, we stopped at Jester King and loved it! We were able to walk around while we waited for our pizza to be finished. All of the staff we encountered were very nice and accommodating. It was such a nice place to enjoy a great beer and great pizza.

If by some miracle I'm able to find the energy to drive 30-45 minutes outside of Austin, I will make sure I got to Jester King. This is such a great and amazing place to take people for the first time. Being out in the sticks, it's a very immersive experience and you get to see all the goats on the farm. If you want a country ranch vibe, this is the place to go. The property is so big and there's so much to see and explore while you wait for your food to be ready. And now on to the food. Everything here is amazing. They are masters of pizza. Every single one is made with care and ingenuity. The different toppings and sauces are all so good and you can taste how fresh the crust is since they cook it in a classic pizza oven. Their house hot honey is also an amazing addition to any dish.

We got here around 2 o'clock on a Monday afternoon and found it to be a little quiet. They have a lot of parking available. It is off of the beaten Path so it is dirt road. They are located on a huge farm so there's tons of open field for kids to run around and play they also have a little play area for the kids as well. There's plenty of seats so if you have a large group, definitely a great location to bring them to. They do have a good selection of beers as well as ciders. They also have a kitchen so you can order food as well and while we didn't order food, everything that came out smelled really good. My husband got the black metal which is a dark lager and he really enjoyed it. I tried two of the ciders and both of them were delicious.

Jester King Brewery is a place where dreams are made of. Delicious beers and goats like absolutely yes! The location is gorgeous, truly beautiful Texas country side. I tried the satyr beer which was your regular ole light Pilsner and their auguste cerise cider. Both were delicious. This place has a lot of charm.

We're currently dining at Jester King Brewery, and so far, it's making a great first impression. The space is huge -- tons of room to spread out, with ample parking right out front. It's also very dog-friendly, which is a big plus for us. We brought three dogs with us. There are lots of seating options scattered throughout the grounds, all covered, so you can comfortably enjoy the outdoors without baking in the sun. The menu is impressive and diverse. Between the wood-fired pizzas, food trucks, and an extensive drink selection, there's something for everyone. We spent a few hours on the lake earlier today and decided to finally make the trip out here, since Jester King is a bit out of the way from where we live in Austin. It ended up being the perfect time to visit. I'll update this review once we've had a chance to try the food and drinks -- but so far, the vibes are on point.

beautiful drive out here, easy parking, and honestly a great sunset spot if you time it right. grabbed the mint hibiscus tea (super refreshing), an imperial stout (rich, cozy, exactly what i wanted), and the chicken salad sandwich which was way better than i expected -- simple, fresh, and filling. and the goats!! for $10 you can go into the pen with them, and there are like... 40 goats?? ridiculously cute, chaotic in the best way, and absolutely worth it. instant serotonin. there was live music in the barn while we were there, which made the whole place feel extra warm and communal. feels like one of those spots you can bring out-of-town friends to and know it'll be a win, but also somewhere you'd happily come back to again and again. great drinks, good food, goats, music, sunset. hard to miss.

Unique beers, great pizza, and Hill Country vibes -- a must-visit Austin experience Jester King is more than just a brewery -- it's a destination. Located about 30 minutes outside downtown Austin, it's set on a beautiful stretch of Hill Country land with picnic tables, goat pastures, trails, and lots of open space to roam. It's super family- and dog-friendly, and the whole place has a relaxed, rustic charm. The beer is truly one-of-a-kind. They specialize in wild ales, farmhouse styles, and fruit-forward sours. If you like funky, complex brews, you'll be in heaven. Atrial Rubicite and Le Petit Prince are standouts. If you're new to their lineup, the staff is happy to offer suggestions or samples. Food comes from Stanley's Farmhouse Pizza on-site -- wood-fired, thin crust, and packed with flavor. We had the sausage and mushroom pizza and it paired perfectly with the saison I was drinking. Service was friendly and laid-back. It's mostly counter service, and everything feels casual and welcoming. There's also a bottle shop if you want to take something special home. Pro tip: Go earlier in the day if you want to avoid lines or snag limited-release bottles. It can get busy on weekends, especially during nice weather. Whether you're a beer nerd, nature lover, or just want to chill outside with a pizza and a pint, Jester King is well worth the trip.

Jester King Brewery in Austin Texas was such a vibe! They had live music, great beer (of course!), and even animals roaming around the farm setting was so cute. There were plenty of seats to relax and take it all in. We ordered the supreme pizza with their focaccia bread and wow, everything tasted so fresh. The prices were reasonable and they had a variety of beer, wine and cider. I really loved the grafter blanc cider I ended up buying a bottle to go! Perfect spot to hang out, enjoy good food, and soak up the atmosphere. Highly recommend! If I'm ever in Austin I would definitely visit

We came to Jester King for Easter Sunday for the egg hunt and it was so fun! The egg hunt was very well organized with them giving the younger kids a headstart to collect eggs before letting the wild older ones go. Goat experience is really fun and cute for kids. The live country music with a pint of beer on a beautiful sunny day really makes the entire experience enjoyable. The only letdown was the vegan pesto pizza, especially after an hour long wait. The sauce was too bitter, slightly burnt making the combination of flavors and toppings taste bad and I'm not a fan of their cashew cheese.

This place from an ambiance and a beer experience is superb. Good collection of beer, wine , great seating area, local vendors selling stuff etc But, - the wait line for beer is 30 mins while standing in queue - wait time for ordering beer via mobile was 45 mins - wait time for pizza after ordering via app was 90 mins - wait time for food from the food truck was 2.5 hours These service levels are unacceptable. I wish they had told us at the outset what the lead time was.

This is one of my favorite barn/breweries in Austin. Their food is incredible - many vegan friendly options!! They also have a food truck in the back - with more vegan options besides pizza like vegan loaded nachos (what?!) what's more is that the food is delicious! I love coming here. Especially on a weekend, to get a nice laid back, country vibe. They have live music, kids and dogs are running around and you can just chill! Definitely recommend it!

Really cool vibe! Great selection of beers/ciders/sours Belsnickle was very good with the vanilla touch German pils was also highly recommended Sean gave great service and walked us through all the beers very thoroughly

Are the pizzas intended to be one per person, or shared? We're pre-ordering and it's our first time here.

Haha, depends on how hungry you are! I'd say they are definitely shareable as a small meal between two people, or you may have a slice or two leftover if want to take one on alone. We usually get a pizza each so we can try different flavor… Read more

Because of the holiday, the place wasn't that crowded.  Lots of folks going in and out of doors, so there were quite a few flies inside. We were seated immediately and given our card to post when we were ready to order. As noted in other yelp reviews, there wasn't a real clear explanation given about the posting of the "we're ready to order card," but we figured out that it goes in the small metal holder on top of the paper towel stand on the table.  Cudos for the perforated paper towels, we've been to other similar restaurants where the paper towels are not perforated, making it very difficult to tear off a sheet or two. We stopped two different servers to ask questions about several items on the menu before we ordered, both were generally unaware of how food was being prepared and put together in the kitchen.  What is sofrito rice?  "Uh, it's red rice, I don't know what's in it."  What are myacoba refried beans?  "Uh, beans that are mashed up."  You get the picture... Ultimately, we were able to order food and a flight of beers.  We ordered the brisket tacos and the flauta basket (electing to have 4 of the chicken flautas).  The food was excellent, ingredients very fresh, flavor profiles well developed, a little bit of heat in everything.  The brisket tacos were probably some of the best we've ever had!  The flautas were just downright decadent.  Rolled tortillas, deep fried, topped with charred jalapeno avocado salsa, pico de gallo, crema and cotija cheese.  Delicious! For our beer flight, we sampled each of the wild craft beers (ingredients foraged from the property and put in the beer) and the red pale ale.  I must say the wild craft beers were different, we liked the nope ale the best, it was almost like a rose wine.  The red pale ale was very good. Bottom Line:  service, average;  food, excellent;  beer, just OK.  We did not have a "gotta go back there" experience at Beerburg Brewing.

Great outdoor play area for kiddos, but also quite a few kids inside. Very large venue overall. Cool hangout areas outside for adults, too. Beer was decent. I wanted a nice dark, rich stout or porter since cold weather was arriving, but alas, no such luck. That was disappointing. Whatever brown ale we got instead was decent. Munchies were good. We got chips with salsa, guac, and queso. YUM. I'd stop here again but only after confirming ahead of time that they had the genre of beer I was craving - since, you know, it's a brewery and I'm going for the beer. =)

The Addison Grove - Wedding Ceremony at The Pond

Addison Grove is one of those wedding venues that makes you walk in and immediately think, *"Yep,…read morethis is it."* The Hill Country views are absolutely stunning--like, no filter needed, your photographer will be thrilled kind of stunning. Sunset here deserves its own round of applause. The space itself is gorgeous without trying too hard: modern, stylish, and surrounded by nature so your guests can sip cocktails while pretending they're in a lifestyle magazine. Whether you're saying "I do" or tearing up the dance floor later, every corner of Addison Grove just works. And let's talk about the staff--absolute pros. These people run weddings like a well-rehearsed Broadway show, but with way less drama. They're friendly, organized, and somehow manage to make everything look effortless while keeping couples calm and happy (a true superpower). Bottom line: Addison Grove delivers incredible views, top-notch service, and a wedding day that feels smooth, fun, and unforgettable. If you want a venue that's beautiful *and* won't make you lose your sanity, this place is a winner.

The Terrace Club - Head Table #2 Dinning

The Terrace Club

(116 reviews)

The Terrace Club was my wedding venue for my January 4, 2026 wedding. Now that I finally received…read moresome items I had left there, I can write my review. I'm giving this venue 2 stars, and to be clear, that rating is entirely due to the coordination services I paid extra for--not the venue itself. The property is genuinely beautiful. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces made for a stunning wedding backdrop, and everything was well-kept. Hunter, the owner, was also a pleasure to work with--professional, kind, and clearly invested in the venue. The base package we booked (which did not include coordination) was a good value for what was provided. Unfortunately, the $2,000 I spent on the 90-day coordination service was, without exaggeration, the worst money I spent on my entire wedding. We were told this was a 90-day coordination package, but aside from the standard décor meeting that is already included for all couples, there were essentially no services provided until about six weeks before the wedding. This was incredibly misleading and not what was promised. Our coordinator, Marlana, was consistently unprepared for meetings--repeatedly asking questions I had already answered and pushing back on details that were important to me. The timeline she created completely ignored my priorities, leaving only 45 minutes for dancing despite me clearly stating that was my number one focus. I ultimately had to create and manage the timeline myself, which defeats the entire purpose of paying for coordination. On the wedding day, the lack of professionalism and organization became impossible to ignore. I was directing vendors and answering questions during my own photos. Even my photographer had to come to me multiple times because they were given an incorrect timeline. Marlana was nowhere to be found during key moments like getting ready and photos--times when a coordinator should be most present. Basic service elements were also neglected. The soda bar was unmanned for most of the night, the champagne tower was never distributed to guests, and water stations were repeatedly empty. These are fundamental responsibilities that should not require constant oversight from the bride or her family. The dance floor moved like it was going to break the whole night. The comments about the lay out being excluding are also accurate but we knew it may be that way when we signed. To make matters worse, I was never informed that tours would be taking place on my wedding day. While I was getting ready with my bridesmaids, a group of strangers nearly walked into the bridal suite because the door was unlocked. My mother had to stop them and tell them it was not an entrance. This was a major breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. The most disturbing moment, however, was when my mother went to find Marlana to address ongoing issues. During that interaction, Marlana put her hands on my mother and told her to "calm down." That is completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior in any setting--especially at a wedding where emotions are already high. There is no excuse for putting hands on a guest, let alone the bride's mother. To make matters even more disappointing, my mom ended up doing much of what a coordinator should have been responsible for throughout the day. As the oldest daughter and the first to get married, it was really important to me that she be able to fully enjoy the day. Instead, she was managing issues and filling in gaps for a service I had already paid for, which is incredibly disheartening. Lastly, we accidentally left a few items behind at the venue. That same night, Marlana texted asking what to do with them, and I was told they would be mailed out shortly that week. After hearing nothing, I followed up in mid-February and was told they would be sent the next day, but again, nothing was sent. It wasn't until mid-March that I was finally notified a package had been shipped, and I received it around March 18--over two months after my wedding. While I understand it was ultimately my responsibility not to leave items behind, the communication around this was completely misleading. Had I been told it would take over two months, I would have made other arrangements. In summary: the venue itself is beautiful and worth considering for the price, but the coordination service was disorganized, unreliable, misleading, and at times completely inappropriate. I strongly caution anyone against paying extra for it.

We truly cannot thank Hunter…read moreand Marlana enough for all of their hospitality, kindness and dedication to making our dream wedding possible. First of all, the venue sells itself. It is absolutely GORGEOUS and I love how the staircase in the backyard is part of the aisle that the bride makes her entrance from. So unique! Also, because the venue has the reception hall upstairs, it has an outdoor balcony where our photographer was able to capture one giant group photo with us and all of our guests. Also unique as not many other venues have the capability to do this. Their all-inclusive route was 10000% the best way to go! We paid a per-person price and it included the catering, the tables & chairs, all of the cutlery/plates/linen napkins/chargers, the table cloths, the table decor (excluding floral), additional venue decor, and the setup AND clean up of EVERYTHING. We opted to pay a little extra to have Marlana as our day-of coordinator, but she was in constant communication with us from the very beginning. All of this seriously made our experience such a breeze and we are so grateful! Hunter, the venue owner, is so sweet and very accommodating! Every time we brought up a concern with her, she was quick to make adjustments and solve any problems that came our way. We are beyond grateful for her support and flexibility!!! Marlana, our coordinator, went above and beyond!! She recommended a local, inexpensive DJ who we ended up booking - we had an incredible experience with Milo! She was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to me sourcing additional decor items I needed, such as fake flowers since I'm allergic to real ones. She also was EXTREMELY knowledgeable when guiding us through the wedding ceremony, the timeline for the entire day and even got in touch with all of our vendors to ensure that they knew when they needed to arrive. I am especially grateful for Marlana and her dedication to making my dream wedding a reality. Both Hunter and Marlana did an incredible job of preparing for everything ahead of time, which contributed to the success of our big day! We legitimately had no hiccups and I truly believe that it's due to all of Hunter and Marlana's communication, hard work and commitment to making our day as special as possible. THANK YOU TIMES A MILLION to the team at The Terrace Club!!! We appreciate y'all! 11/10 recommend that you book your wedding at The Terrace Club!
