This was near where we were staying at an Airbnb. Really great beers. Didn't try the food truck but the burgers looked amazing. Great live music and relaxing vibe. Service was great as well. Next time in dripping springs will come

Summer calls for random brewery stops! Had the hazy IPA--so good. The whole place is just beautiful.

How have I not written a review for my all time favorite spot in the entire hill country? I am baffled. I cannot count the times I have been there (my IG makes me think I'm a regular haha) but each and every time, I love it. Now here is the thing, I don't drink beer, but the company I keep does and they are a fan. They do have plenty of other options so I'm always taken care of. Saturdays are my favorite as the Thai food pop up is to die for and so many amazing music has graced the stage. Kenny and Thelma keep adding amenities to make the stay even better each time. They truly care and have the best heart and soul. So, do t take my word for it, go check it out

This place is amazing! Definitely somewhere you want to go back to! Entertainment is top notch & customer service is an A+!

Ghost Note Brewing provided our family with an outstanding venue for our retirement ceremony. Great setup, phenomenal service, excellent brews, and a picturesque setting providing a great backdrop for a small military ceremony and reception. Thelma and Kenny went out of the way to ensure the ceremony was a success and provided excellent military pricing for their barrel room. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the brewery. We have frequented Ghost Note Brewing many times and love their beers and their location. They often have live music and a local food truck to keep you entertained for an afternoon or evening. Definitely recommend Ghost Note for an evening out or if you are looking for an event venue. They are a hidden gem in the hill country and we'll be back for sure!!!

If you are exploring the hill country, definitely stop at GN for a relaxing drink. The outdoor space is very inviting and usually has a good playlist going. There is also live music on the weekends so check out their lineup. It is a perfect spot for a casual date or a fun group outing. And remember it is dog friendly When the crowd thins out it can feel more romantic with the sunsets & string lights. While the bar staff could be more welcoming, the owners are extremely friendly and strive to make your visit enjoyable. The Texas heat is no joke, so we enjoy evening visits but it would be nice if they stayed open a little bit later to take advantage of cooler temps. They make their own hops but they are currently offering Neighborhood Pink Boots (supporting female breweries). It is worth sampling first bc it is different. Tonight we tried the Kashmir Smash IPA and Southern Lite. I enjoyed the POG fruited sour and it was nice to have something different. But overall I prefer the tart sour options at St. Elmo & Vacancy. And the Southern Lite Mexican style lager was the fan favorite. Be sure to check out a little early if ordering crowlers/growlers to go because they need a few minutes to fill. Overall we always enjoy our time at GN. If visiting for the first time or bringing family/friends from out of town, be sure to also check out The Shady Llama just down the road!

Amazing experience!! The beer was fantastic and the live music was an added bonus. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and it had a great relaxed vibe.

Spontaneous trip out to brewery hop & found this gem! Solid selection of home brews, chill music, & plenty of shaded Adirondack chairs make this an easily lovable place. Bar tender was friendly and knowledgeable about the brews. Food options are ok but not great in terms of options. If you're in the mood for high quality street tacos, the Frida's Cocina food truck on site will scratch that itch but it's pretty much your only option. Will def come back here some evening with my dogs to check out a show.

This place was so fun! It was super close to our Airbnb and we happened to go when the Beatles tribute band was playing. It was packed! We also ate from the taco food truck - Frida's Cocina. Delicious! The beers were refreshing and we ended up staying longer than we intended to because it was a nice day and we enjoyed the environment.

Nice place to sit outside listen to music and have a cold beer.

Great out of the way right off the beaten path. It wasn't on our map to go to but did not disappoint. We revisited and the bartender remembered us from two days prior, even what we drank. This is place is definitely worth the stop. Next trip to town we will be dropping in.

Beautiful setting. Bartender was extremely courteous and helpful while I considered the beers for my flight. All four selections were delicious. Tomar and the FCs were playing at 4pm which was a delightful surprise! Betty Maes is a terrific food truck on site. Highly recommend

Visited a few breweries today and this was the favorite. They brew unique and delicious beer. Helpful and friendly service. There is an all day happy hour Thursday.

Great newer brewery in the area. Plenty of outdoor space. Friendly space, large variety of beers on tap. We went during the day but are looking forward to checking out a nice summer evening concert since they happen every Friday and Saturday. The lighting outside looks like it would be super awesome to see at night all lit up. Can't wait to come back again and experience the night time there.

I came in here with friends and the kids on a Saturday evening to what we didn't expect - SUCH a great night ahead! Every Saturday they have musical bingo with kid friendly and adult prize options. There were like 3 kids birthday celebrations going on to top it off! So, it was pretty busy! Our food took awhile to come out due to my last statement (duh) but wow it was worth the wait. Mostly that Vendoro pizza, which was mouthwatering and devoured instantly (pesto all over the face with no shame). Since it was our first time there we got 3 beer flights and were satisfied with all of the options we had per our bartender's recommendations! I wish I could remember the guy's name that helped us but I'm sure I'll get it once I go again soon! Ah, it was just such a wonderful time. Super wholesome. Super family friendly. Everyone we encountered both customers and other workers around us were all so delightful too. I know I might say it often, but with this place I reeeally am looking forward to coming back again soon.

Extremely busy at all times but service doesn't lack. Also, pop-up tents with local artisans selling their wares. Live music on the stage every Saturday. Food menu (we didn't eat). Really decent pours when it comes to craft beer. Shared the salted caramel stout with my boyfriend. Hands down one of the best stouts I've ever had (I fancy myself a stout snob). Even our fur boy, Sir B. gives two paws up (see photos). Bonus: band playing when we were there spied me in an Oasis shirt and did a cover of "Don't Look Back in Anger". Nice job, guys.

So they have other beers (craft) as well as ciders and n/an options. I love a good cider but I also know to watch out for that ABV! I'm gonna try their ciders next time we do an overnight in Dripping Springs. Drinking cider and driving back to Austin wouldn't be the smartest thing to do. Same goes for any product containing alcohol, really. Moderation, friends. So back to the pours. When I say they're proper, I'm not exaggerating. I feel like they deserve some sort of acknowledgement from England because the beers are that good. The Whitby is an English pale ale and it goes down so smoothly. The two cask offerings are out of this world. Can't remember the names but one is a dark beer and the other a bitter. I'm here all day for them. Like all day. They're clearly doing more than just cranking out the basics here; there's real thought in the brewing. The food truck on site is a big bonus. We walked through the parking lot and on the path to the pizza and bar area. We past a large field that had a playscape and noticed that there was also a path that leads to a goat experience. We didn't do that but I wouldn't mind seeing what that's like in the future. When at the pizza and bar area we were greeted by a friendly person that took our order and name. Then we went and found a place to sit. The dining area is huge with plenty of places to sit. There were also several water refill stations which is great. Someone eventually called our name and my husband picked up our order. My husband ordered an iced hibiscus mint tea to try. He liked it. I tried it and the hibiscus flavor was a little too strong for me. We decided to share two pizzas. We ordered the pepperoni pizza and the pickle pizza. The pepperoni pizza was good. The crust was light and airy and the pepperoni had flavor. The pickle pizza was delicious. I've never had anything like it. The pizza crust was light and the pizza was flavorful. On a side note the bathroom that I experienced was in an airstream trailer and they were clean. They had other bathrooms onsite but I didn't see them. After me telling him several times to leash his dog, his wife finally did it. I mean come on. I'm not going to let one bad apple ruin the review. It's not the fault of the brewery. This is such a cool, rustic, idyllic setting. They get extremely busy on the weekends but staff are fast and friendly with getting pour orders up. More than ample seating available. There's just so much available. Even with a lot of people in attendance, the amount of land allows for quieter areas should you choose so. The open fields have trees for shading as well. A couple of bathrooms across the property make it so you don't have to walk far from wherever you're located. I personally love the vintage Airstream converted to a bathroom. Well two actually, the Airstream has a men's and women's room. The covered patios are also large and have a dance hall vibe. Live music and deejays perform from under the covered patios. Food truck onsite (their own) & pizzas are made onsite too. The food looked really good though we didn't try any. We shared two pours (2-half pours) that were amazing. One was a sour which I don't normally like. This one, I liked. The table beer was perfectly refreshing on a hot summer day. Also had a hibiscus mint iced tea=yum. The beers are so special. Like the best of the best in craft beer world. Beers are made with water from their well and native wild yeast. The grains are locally sourced and certified organic. Other ingredients like fruit, herbs, etc. all come from Hill Country. You can absolutely taste the difference. Fantastic products and visit.
