Summer calls for random brewery stops! Had the hazy IPA--so good. The whole place is just beautiful.

How have I not written a review for my all time favorite spot in the entire hill country? I am baffled. I cannot count the times I have been there (my IG makes me think I'm a regular haha) but each and every time, I love it. Now here is the thing, I don't drink beer, but the company I keep does and they are a fan. They do have plenty of other options so I'm always taken care of. Saturdays are my favorite as the Thai food pop up is to die for and so many amazing music has graced the stage. Kenny and Thelma keep adding amenities to make the stay even better each time. They truly care and have the best heart and soul. So, do t take my word for it, go check it out

This place is amazing! Definitely somewhere you want to go back to! Entertainment is top notch & customer service is an A+!

Ghost Note Brewing provided our family with an outstanding venue for our retirement ceremony. Great setup, phenomenal service, excellent brews, and a picturesque setting providing a great backdrop for a small military ceremony and reception. Thelma and Kenny went out of the way to ensure the ceremony was a success and provided excellent military pricing for their barrel room. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the brewery. We have frequented Ghost Note Brewing many times and love their beers and their location. They often have live music and a local food truck to keep you entertained for an afternoon or evening. Definitely recommend Ghost Note for an evening out or if you are looking for an event venue. They are a hidden gem in the hill country and we'll be back for sure!!!

If you are exploring the hill country, definitely stop at GN for a relaxing drink. The outdoor space is very inviting and usually has a good playlist going. There is also live music on the weekends so check out their lineup. It is a perfect spot for a casual date or a fun group outing. And remember it is dog friendly When the crowd thins out it can feel more romantic with the sunsets & string lights. While the bar staff could be more welcoming, the owners are extremely friendly and strive to make your visit enjoyable. The Texas heat is no joke, so we enjoy evening visits but it would be nice if they stayed open a little bit later to take advantage of cooler temps. They make their own hops but they are currently offering Neighborhood Pink Boots (supporting female breweries). It is worth sampling first bc it is different. Tonight we tried the Kashmir Smash IPA and Southern Lite. I enjoyed the POG fruited sour and it was nice to have something different. But overall I prefer the tart sour options at St. Elmo & Vacancy. And the Southern Lite Mexican style lager was the fan favorite. Be sure to check out a little early if ordering crowlers/growlers to go because they need a few minutes to fill. Overall we always enjoy our time at GN. If visiting for the first time or bringing family/friends from out of town, be sure to also check out The Shady Llama just down the road!

Amazing experience!! The beer was fantastic and the live music was an added bonus. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and it had a great relaxed vibe.

Spontaneous trip out to brewery hop & found this gem! Solid selection of home brews, chill music, & plenty of shaded Adirondack chairs make this an easily lovable place. Bar tender was friendly and knowledgeable about the brews. Food options are ok but not great in terms of options. If you're in the mood for high quality street tacos, the Frida's Cocina food truck on site will scratch that itch but it's pretty much your only option. Will def come back here some evening with my dogs to check out a show.

This place was so fun! It was super close to our Airbnb and we happened to go when the Beatles tribute band was playing. It was packed! We also ate from the taco food truck - Frida's Cocina. Delicious! The beers were refreshing and we ended up staying longer than we intended to because it was a nice day and we enjoyed the environment.

Nice place to sit outside listen to music and have a cold beer.

Great out of the way right off the beaten path. It wasn't on our map to go to but did not disappoint. We revisited and the bartender remembered us from two days prior, even what we drank. This is place is definitely worth the stop. Next trip to town we will be dropping in.

Beautiful setting. Bartender was extremely courteous and helpful while I considered the beers for my flight. All four selections were delicious. Tomar and the FCs were playing at 4pm which was a delightful surprise! Betty Maes is a terrific food truck on site. Highly recommend

Visited a few breweries today and this was the favorite. They brew unique and delicious beer. Helpful and friendly service. There is an all day happy hour Thursday.

Great newer brewery in the area. Plenty of outdoor space. Friendly space, large variety of beers on tap. We went during the day but are looking forward to checking out a nice summer evening concert since they happen every Friday and Saturday. The lighting outside looks like it would be super awesome to see at night all lit up. Can't wait to come back again and experience the night time there.

Fantastic spot out in the middle of nowhere.. but not really. Very friendly bartender and delicious beer. I respected the surrounding. It was a country setting with a family friendly appeal. Very spacious outdoor setting. And my favorite part was getting a growler to go and buying a sticker. I'd for sure recommend this brewery. And it seemed you could stay there as well... super cool!

I stopped by on a sunny afternoon and instantly loved the relaxed vibe. Picnic tables under the trees, plenty of space to spread out, and super friendly staff who are clearly proud of what they're pouring. It's a place where you can settle in and stay a while. I tried a flight and was impressed across the board--especially the IPA and their rotating small-batch brew, which had great balance and depth without being too heavy. They're clearly doing more than just cranking out the basics here; there's real thought in the brewing. The food truck on site is a big bonus. I had the pulled pork sandwich with fries--absolutely hit the spot. Great portions, flavorful, and a perfect match for a cold pint on a warm day. What really sets Bell Springs apart, though, is the atmosphere. It's family-friendly, dog-friendly, and totally unpretentious. You're as likely to see a group of locals playing cards as you are a couple sharing a bottle from the winery next door. If you're looking for a casual, beautiful spot to enjoy craft beer, good food, and good company, Bell Springs Brewing should be on your list. I'll definitely be back--and next time, I'm bringing friends.

They've got an events hall, goats, a grotto, an inn (cabins on property for rent), playground for kids, and tons and tons of seating. Family-friendly and dog-friendly. They stress all dogs be leashed and have multiple signs advising this. Too bad a fellow patron ignored the rules with his off-leash dog who decided to wander over to us. After me telling him several times to leash his dog, his wife finally did it. I mean come on. I'm not going to let one bad apple ruin the review. It's not the fault of the brewery. This is such a cool, rustic, idyllic setting. They get extremely busy on the weekends but staff are fast and friendly with getting pour orders up. More than ample seating available. There's just so much available. Even with a lot of people in attendance, the amount of land allows for quieter areas should you choose so. The open fields have trees for shading as well. A couple of bathrooms across the property make it so you don't have to walk far from wherever you're located. I personally love the vintage Airstream converted to a bathroom. Well two actually, the Airstream has a men's and women's room. The covered patios are also large and have a dance hall vibe. Live music and deejays perform from under the covered patios. Food truck onsite (their own) & pizzas are made onsite too. The food looked really good though we didn't try any. We shared two pours (2-half pours) that were amazing. One was a sour which I don't normally like. This one, I liked. The table beer was perfectly refreshing on a hot summer day. Also had a hibiscus mint iced tea=yum. The beers are so special. Like the best of the best in craft beer world. Beers are made with water from their well and native wild yeast. The grains are locally sourced and certified organic. Other ingredients like fruit, herbs, etc. all come from Hill Country. You can absolutely taste the difference. Fantastic products and visit. Note: Because it's in the country and off the beaten path, the roads and parking lots aren't the best. Dusty with lots of rocks and deep holes. Be careful not to drive more than 5 mph.

One Shot Distillery emanates Texas pride with their huge colored Texas flag painted on the exterior the building. The place is relatively small but with a lot of heart.
