Most of his nails are clear and his quicks aren't that long so I'm not sure why there was such a difference between the results, but we went back to Kissable Paws two days ago and his nails are back to their normal length now. She said it was alright and I could take the guppy. I came back today wanting to get that same guppy some friends of his kind for my 40gal. I saw her again but she was occupied so I asked a gentleman that was in the fish area if he could collect some for me & he was a bit stressed trying to explain that he couldn't. When I asked if we could ask his boss (which turned out to be the lady who sold me the fishes in the first place) I was relieved thinking she would understand. But she was very snappy, didn't take the time to explain to him whatever it was she was saying. & then she yelled to him "if it's not in the inventory I don't care" ... Not sure if it was just a bad day, but I felt so uncomfortable and sad for the guy, he didn't even mean to upset her & I can tell he's genuinely trying his best in that store. She definitely wasn't in a rush to do anything because I saw her minutes later chatting with another employee. Hope they show him some more compassion. I ended up just grabbing a snail and getting out quickly. Won't be back again.
