Lisa has been pet sitting for our cat for several years now and has been an amazing resource for us. When we called Creature Comforts, they set up an hour-long appointment with Lisa to come to our home, meet our cat, and discuss everything from food, play preferences, temperament, the length of each visit, and address any concerns we had about using a pet sitter. We had a great rapport with Lisa immediately and could really tell that she was a cat lover through and through. While Lisa is the main person who sits for our cat, Brooks or other staff on the team often substitute when she is not available, and we've found consistently good service from each person. Every visit, Creature Comforts leaves a note about the visit, which are fun to read upon our return. They also offered to water our house plants for no additional charge! They are flexible when our travel plans have changed last minute and they are always quick to respond to our calls, even when the office is closed. I would recommend Creature Comforts to anyone who was looking for a pet sitter and trust them completely to watch this precious member of our family. I give them 5 stars!

The staff is beautifully organized by animal and the staff were hard at work offering pet food suggestions to dog owners with complex health issues. As I listened to their suggestions, I was impressed with their level of knowledge and care for all their customers. They seem to offer a wide variety of foods, toys, grooming supplies, and collars/leashes. I also saw on their social media pages that they have a mobile grooming salon! I believe I read they have an upcoming nail clip for cats and dogs and are donating the $15 to local animal rescues for pets in need. I thought that was so classy, philanthropic and kind.
