The reviews of Brenda and It's raining pets in general were outstanding and we decided to take the plunge into doggy day care with our two Corgi's. Angela and her staff have been caring for my cats for about nine years now…read more I first got in touch with her when my cat, Gigi, developed kidney disease and needed subcutaneous fluids on a regular basis. As a former vet tech, Angela was perfectly suited for the task of pet-sitting my little girl and making sure she got her fluids. After Gigi passed away, we adopted two kittens through Angela's cat rescue. Six years later, Maggie and Lola are doing great, and Angela and her staff are still caring for them when we travel. I would never even consider anyone else - they're pretty high-maintenance in some ways (spoiled rotten!), but we know they're being cared for when we're not there. I don't know what we'd do without her. Obviously, we have not been able to travel recently, but are hoping to do so later this year. I've kept in touch with Angela, and I know she's been an absolute Godsend to a lot of animals during this time, using her love and knowledge to place dozens of cats and kittens, as well as continuing to offer dog walking and pet sitting services.

I knew she was the dog walker for me when we met for the first time she dropped to her knees and loved on my dogs. I have had Angela, Ashley, Paul or Mark, in my house, walking my dogs and foster dogs at least 3 times a week sometimes more depending on how many fosters I have. Every time, I get a note about how the walk went which includes who my dogs hung with that day, any irregularities they may have noticed and of course the pee/poop report. I've also had some of my dogs have attend her day care program. When I have to travel I can leave my dogs with Angela confident in the knowledge that they will be well cared for in my absence. We've experienced all the highs and lows of dog ownership together over the years and there certainly have been times when Leach Love went above and beyond to help me care for my dogs such as bringing Gypsy to the vet and meeting me there (if they hadn't then it would have been at least 1.5 hours before I could have gotten home from work then getting her to the vet). Critical time was saved. Or the time Angela because of her medical experience, helped me navigate a medical issue with Ringo. I highly recommend Angela and her team at Leash Love because they care for my pets the way I do, with love, care, compassion and leadership.

These are real pet lovers who have excellent skills with both people and dogs. They are super professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of canine training and obedience. not to mention fully vested in getting to know your dog and their quirks, needs, personality, etc. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. they are a total package and I know my Dog is in the best hands under their care. Our dog loves them all, especially Dan. but each and every person on the team has been nothing but professional, respectful and trustworthy. they all go that extra mile to really make you feel comfortable, and also will work with you when the needs arise. we have used them for day walks, in house pet sitting, and will be using them for overnight sitting very soon. I cant recommend them enough. they are running an excellent operation, with professionalism as well as heart. I could not be happier with them, and could never use anyone else.

I was able to easily make an appointment by phone for first thing one weekday morning to minimize stress and other animal encounters. When I arrived, my cat's name was on the Welcome board, and they took all of our info and details for the grooming. She needed some de-shedding and de-matting from being so fluffy in the recent heatwave, and she came back looking like the gorgeous poofball I know and love. They told me she was very calm and well-behaved, and was even wearing a bow when I got her back. The place is pretty small and low-tech, (e.g., they wrote my client info into a book with pencil and charged me $1.50 to use my credit card), but the service was top-notch. I plan to bring my cat back here for all future grooming needs.

I got there and no one could find his appointment on the calendar. I pushed and described the woman I spoke to who booked the appointment. they located the appointment but the woman booked in 3 days in the past. so the staff told me to go home and that they would try to see him a couple hours later. the cat was crying and stressed from the ride over. How cruel. no one seemed to care about his health or well being. I came back and was squeezed into see Dr Steve logsdon. I warned him that my cat bites when stressed and that he should wear gloves. But no he didn't listen and my cat nipped him in the finger. Nothing serious but the dramatic performance put on by the "doctor" should have earned him an oscar. My poor cat was breathing seriously and was told he could go into a seizure.the cat was fine when I brought him to the hospital the first time but the stress from the staff making him leave and come back hours later was too much for him. My cat was 19. Well the doctor told me that I was causing him stress by trying to comfort him. Doc never apologized for mixing up his appointment and having to bring a sick cat back home then back again. Never apologized just blamed me for trying to comfort the cat. He yelled at my sick cat for nipping his finger. Then made us sign paperwork that he got bit. This doctor was over the top. Why wasn't he wearing gloves like most other vets? I told him to wear gloves. Then he told me that my cat needed to be put down. This made no sense to me. The cat was stressed from the doctor mishandling him and from being sent home twice. He then put him down. Instead of allowing us to cry etc he scurried us out into the waiting room with an empty cat carrier to pay for the miservices his office caused My husband and I were unconsolable. They made us wait in a line to pay up instead of having the decency to pay in private. Many other pet owners in the waiting room told us they were disgusted at how we were treated. Their normal process is to pay in private and to leave our s back door. Thank you for screwing up his vet appointment. I blame your office for causing him the stress that took his poor life. Do better . I called a few days later and asked what the process was when a pet is put down. The office manager was shocked when I told her what happened. Why were we treated differently,? Avoid this hospital. Their poor communication, lack of processes in place, lack of empathy, and judgement is going to get them in serious trouble someday. Do better. Treat people better. I should have read the poor reviews. I will forever feel guilty for beinging my pet there.
