As a newcomer I was very nervous about leaving my furry friend at a new dogcare. From the moment I called, I was reassured by the owner, Nancy that Charlie would become part of the Dingo family! He was welcomed with open arms, gave me a report card the first day as well as a verbal report. It is a great place to take your dog, especially if you if it important if you like the separation of big and small dogs. Highly recommend! read more

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Dingo Day Care. The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. They're attentive and genuinely care for the dogs--they've built a real bond with mine, and it shows every time we walk through the door. I always feel confident leaving my pup in their care. The facility itself is spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully laid out with dedicated areas for both play and rest. I really appreciate the consistent updates, photos, and feedback--it gives me peace of mind throughout the day. My dog always comes home clean, happy, and nicely worn out from a fun day with the Dingo team. I highly recommend Dingo Day Care to any pet parent looking for a safe, trustworthy, and joyful environment for their dog. read more

Dingos is the best doggy daycare, boarding, walking, and training! Scooby started attending last fall, and during that time, we have utilized all the services offered. The owner and staff are very in tune with dogs and their needs, cornerstoned on animal and human safety! The portal to sign up for services is easy to use, and the staff is great if you need any help! They are active on social media, so sometimes you will get a nice look into the day your pup is having. Shout out to Nancy, the owner, for her care and concern and excellent communication. Marylin, one of the bus drivers and Scooby's walker, is terrific with my dog and a pleasure to chat with during drop-offs/pick-ups. Fae was outstanding for a short little overnight boarding we needed last month. Lastly, Chelsey, their resident expert behavioral dog trainer, has been essential for our success by helping Scooby not only learn some much-needed basics but also helping us through some challenging situations. Another plus is that they offer fun "experience" add-ons for the daycare. Such as puzzle time, glam photo sessions, mini walks, and even some one-on-one fetch time! read more

I have been using Dingos Dogsitting for my sweet dog Willow while I work as a Nurse at Beverly Hospital for many years now. Everyone there is so loving and kind and Willow gets so excited when I tell her where we are going. They are there early to accommodate my schedule that requires that I am on the floor by 7 am. Everyone greets us with a smile and kind words and we feel very loved there I highly recommend Dingos for your fur baby. And they even have a bus that picks dogs up and drops them off and the pictures of this are just adorable. When I retire I want to drive the Dingos Bus. read more

We have been sending our two-year-old golden doodle to Dingos for over a year and they have been fantastic. They are very easy to communicate with, reliable and we like knowing he's in safe hands of true dog lovers. Recently we were set to board him for a weekend there but our plans changed very last minute when half the family came down with the stomach bug! They cancelled the reservation without any fees. read more

We just picked our pup, Juice, up from boarding with one of Dingo's staff members, Fae. We were super anxious to leave her for the first time but Fae was so communicative. She sent daily updates with pictures/videos. We could see how happy Juice was and how well she was being taken care of. So great to have a doggy daycare AND safe place to send Juice whenever we are out of town! Highly recommend! read more

Dingos has been amazing for our family. We tragically lost one of our dogs and they were so supportive and showed us how much he was loved. They welcomed our new dog immediately into the pack. They are communicative, flexible and always patient with my ever changing schedule. They are reliable and most importantly my dogs get so excited to go and are exhausted when they come home. They take pictures and post them to social media so we see how the boys are doing through the day. They do an array of boarding options, all kennel free with their staff. They have truly been a godsend to us. read more

We can't say enough good things about Dingo's! We've used their services for both dog sitting and daycare, and our experience with them has been always been great! Every dog sitter who has watched our dog CJ has been awesome, but Fae deserves special recognition for outstanding care last week. We were dealing with the challenges of welcoming a new baby, and Fae and her family went above and beyond to ensure our dog CJ received the love and attention she needed during this busy time. Her dedication and genuine affection for animals truly shone through, and we couldn't be more grateful. She also sends the best updates! We also love sending our pup to daycare because we know she's having a great time with their skilled and attentive staff. It's clear that they prioritize the well-being and happiness of every dog in their care. read more

We've been having our dog go to daycare at Dingos for over a year now and have been very happy with it. The team there is friendly, responsive, and professional. Our dog comes home tired every day (which is a good thing) and we've been very happy with the pick-up/drop-off service. Finding a Dog Daycare service north of Boston is challenging, there aren't many options, and we've had poor experiences with others, but as soon as we saw the Dingos purple school-bus drive by one day we knew we found our place. We can't recommend these guys enough! read more

This place was brought to my attention as a suggestion from someone I met at the dog park. Enrollment was pretty straightforward as vaccinations and such are up to the veterinarian's discretion compared to other facilities that require certain vaccines to be every 6 month. My 1 year old puppy loves it there. I really enjoy how they have an Instagram page that they do day-to-day updates. They have a little doggy pool that they fill with their hose which entertains the dogs at the same time. Surprisingly enough, he doesn't come home smelling like wet dog. Haven't had a single complaint yet. Only limitation is that they're not open on the weekends but still board by staff taking dogs home. read more

My rescue pup Tessa has been going to DINGO for a few years now. We couldn't be happier with the excellent care she receives there! She recently had surgery and can't wait to get back to her pack! I informed the staff at DINGO about her recent medical issue and they got right back to me. I am relieved knowing when she get back this week she will be in good hands! Staff are very prompt returning emails or calls, the facility is very clean and safe and the dog to staff ratio is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend DINGO for your doggie daycare needs. Today was my first day bringing Snappy to Dingo's Dogsitting, and it was a great experience. I have a 1 year old beagle and she is a ball of energy, as we speak she is resting peacefully, pooped from her day of fun. From start to finish, Nancy and her staff were courteous, polite and efficient. The sign up process was easy and made me feel safe, forms to sign regarding Snappy's vaccination history with emergency contacts and they even keep the Vet information incase of emergency also. Bringing in Snappy today and checking out the facility, it was perfect for a dog. I just knew Snappy would love it, a sign in area so you don't enter amongst the dogs running around, a smaller sectioned off area where the dogs can have some alone time or where you can let them off the leash to get adjusted, then the big room where there is plenty of space for the dogs to run and play. All around the main bay are couches, a bed, comfy platforms, even a tv. All of which seem rugged and perfect for dogs to run around with. I picked up Snappy today, but Nancy's manager Nicole (very friendly) told me she does pick ups and drop offs in surrounding cities. She also was extremely knowledgeable and had a story about each dog in her care, so you know she pays close attention. That was huge. So far, from what i've seen... This facility is a definite 5 star daycare for me, i couldn't be happier. read more

My dog Biscuit and I love Dingos, whenever I turn onto Tozer rd, Biscuit starts running around the car like crazy in anticipation of seeing all her friends. When I pick her up she is a tired and happy puppy. My friends have started following Dingos on instagram to see her ridiculous antics while at "school." Seeing the dog bus in traffic is the highlight of my day. read more

Dingos is excellent and Nancy, the owner, is knowledgeable, attentive and an excellent communicator. She cares and knows dogs. Her staff are terrific. I have had dog walkers, sitters and done other doggy daycare over many years. Most are fine, but I found Dingos to be the best because of their care and attention to knowing your dog. read more

I wanted to leave a review because I think there were different ways to approach this situation. I want to preface this with Lily has been in daycare since she was a puppy. She has been doing training courses with her previous daycare for 2 years, and her trainers were great with her! I started my dog Lily at Dingos in October when we moved here, she was going once, maybe twice a week. Lily is a dog with mild anxiety so she can sometimes be aggressive and nervous in various situations but never to a point that she's physically harming anyone or any other dog. I got no feedback about aggression from anyone there so I didn't think she was having issues at this daycare as she isn't always aggressive. They posted on instagram one day about how they had moved Lily to a spot with the smaller dogs and she was doing better that day. I interacted with the post, I was thrilled their trainers recognize the behavior and made her feel safe. There was nothing communicated at pickup of the situation or any issues with her. The next time we took her, we received an email about Lily being aggressive toward a puppy, not physical, and that she was being kicked out of daycare. I understand they need to do what's right for the business and 100 % agree that she needed to be removed if it was overwhelming for her, and the puppy. What I am most disappointed in is that this facility advertises their trainers and their trainers abilities to advocate for their business, however when you have a dog that you are seeing could benefit from some of the trainings, you kick them out instead. I have never gone to a daycare that didn't try to advocate for their dogs. I would have 10000% continued Lily's training there to make sure we didn't have any issues, and she was comfortable and they were comfortable, and had done it before we got to this point, had the trainers/ Staff that they rely on, made that an option for us. I'm overall disappointed with the lack of communication and care for my dog. read more

We are so happy to have found Dingo's. Nancy hX been so welcoming to pinky (13 yr old timid rescue from PR) and Fiona ( my 18 mths old fiesty fearless French bulldog). They also offer pick up and drop off services. They have arranged weekend and holiday home visits. The staff are great with our two pups and check in with pictures via text. I found Dingo's Dogsitting and couldn't have been happier with my experience. My regular dogsitter canceled on short-notice and I found Nancy and Dingo and was relieved to have found someone so honest, trustworthy and so wonderful with animals. What I really liked about Dingo's is that my dog, Harley, was not kenneled up all day. She treated him like one of her own - even on one stay, she took him hiking. I think Harley had more fun on that trip than I did! I am no longer in the Boston area, but I recommend her to all my friends. Finding someone like Dingo's Dogsitting is priceless. read more

My dog loves this place! My dog, Mabel, is a rescue and was very shy of other people and other dogs. When she first started going to Dingo's, she was very hesitant. By her third visit, she was pulling on her leash and scratching at the gate to get in with the other dogs! I am so grateful to everyone at Dingo's for providing a fun and safe space for her and all the other dogs. Everyone is very nice and I love seeing the updates and photos throughout the day. I would recommend Dingo's to anyone! read more

I wish I could give more stars to this amazing facility. Nancy and her staff treat my dog as if she were there own. She always comes home happy and exhausted. Dingo's Dogsetting came to my rescue when I had to leave the city for three days. My dog had a bad case of separation anxiety from the time I adopted her in June and had failed the "admission test" for playcare. She took to Nancy at once and seemed happy, calm, and even more trusting after their days together. Nancy has an instinctive way with dogs and she'll find the way to your dog's heart. She also offers pick-up and delivery. You couldn't leave your dog in better hands! read more

We've had Nancy come to our house as well as take our dog to her home. He has some separation anxiety, so kennels aren't an option for him and he is generally not cooperative in new environments. She even texted pictures while we were on vacation so we could see how comfortable he was making himself on her bed! read more

Zoey has been going to Dingo's Dogsitting for 3 months and loves it. Not only does she know when you are coming down the hill that daycare is on the way and start wagging her tail, but she almost pulls our arm out of the socket because she is so excited to get to the door and see all her friends. Nancy has been fantastic at sending many pictures to us throughout the day to know how Zoey is doing and who she is playing with. Its nice to be kept up to date throughout the day on how much fun she is having. Every time we pick Zoey up from Dingo's she is wiped out and sleeps from 6pm to 8am (she usually gets up at 6:30am). It is fantastic that she gets all her energy out during the day playing with her friends to just relax at night and let us sleep in a little the next morning. read more

My dog Fred, is a very active Australian Shepard . I love the days he goes to Dingos because I ALWAYS get the happy tail wag and a big smile on his face when he returns. I get a very happy , tired Fred at the end of the day. Dingos makes us both very happy , I highly recommend letting your dog enjoy the fun at Dingos ! read more

My dog has been going here for about a year and we both LOVE IT! The staff there is very caring and are available at any time. My dog is not only the only creature happy to see me every day but he feels the same about Dingos. He knows the days he goes and the time we leave . He is bouncing off the floor to go and pulls me to the door to get into the daycare. He is over 100lbs so that is a lot of energy. He is spoiled when we go away and he stays the weekend at the daycare. They inform me of any health issues they may see and care for him as if he was there own . I wouldn't trust anyone else. It is clear that all the dogs seem happy and safe since the size and breeds who attend are so different yet all get along. It's our third daycare and he was scared and withdrawn at the other two. read more

We love Dingo's! Better yet our GSP Griz loves Dingos! He started at 6 months old and is now almost 3 years. He still gets excited everyday to attend. Nancy and "The Team" are just the best. Griz comes home tired and happy everyday. Thank you Dingo's! You make me the best dogmom I can be! read more

Benjamin has been going to Dingo's twice a week for over 4 years, and now his younger sister Mojo goes along with him. Every staff member that we've met has been kind and courteous, and we can't say enough good things about Nancy. Dingo's is an important part of our family - I honestly don't know what we would do without them! read more

Nancy is awesome!!! I can't imagine leaving our golden with anyone else while we are out of town. We first found her through Yelp and set up time to meet and she then forwarded a bunch of names for references. After just checking a couple it was clear everyone loves bringing their dog to her. She treats them better than family ( while our dog is happy to see us when we get back he' s gotten such great love, attention and exercise from Nancy that its clear we've found someone very special). The love, attention and exercise is very important to Sam so its a great match. But its clear she matches the experience to the needs of the dog. I'd recommend her to anyone!! read more

I can't say enough great things about Dingo's Dogsitting-- they are THE best dog walking & care service around. We have been clients for almost a year now, and from the very first intake meeting you could tell how dedicated and knowledgeable Nancy (the owner) is about dog behavior and proper training. My dog benefits hugely from the group walks and bonding with the members of Dingo's Dogsitting (dogs included). Dingo's dogsitting pays attention to what is going on with your dog while you're not there and reports on potentially out-of-the ordinary behavior that they observe on their visits (i.e. excessive chewing; potty frequency), and will try to advise with pointers on how to correct bad behavior whenever possible. Whenever I called/emailed/texted Nancy to consult on a canine question, she always responded promptly, honestly and professionally to help resolve whatever the issue. They really go above and beyond in setting the bar for what this kind of service should be --recently, my dog developed behavioral issues and Nancy provided me with useful information on how to care for my dog. It was great to have that guidance to continue positive reinforcement. You really become part of the family as a regular & long-term client; several times when my family's schedule became chaotic, I found their flexibility and understanding so convenient and helpful. My dog is essentially my child and part of the family. I trust Dingo's Dogsitting to take great care of my furry family member without a doubt!! read more

This service is so good I don't want to tell you about it. Nancy is always courteous, kind considerate and easy going with both myself and my dogs. My dogs love going to over to Dingo's for a few days and being taken out for walks with him. Nancy always sends photos of the pups (daily at least) and, what we love most, it that she really enjoys being with them also. They return tired and happy - good dogs. Nancy will pick up/drop off, take to the groomers, etc etc. She is kind, responsible and easy to do business with. We treasure her. read more
