Dingo's is absolutely amazing! From the moment I brought Maisy there, it was clear how much care and attention goes into everything they do there. The staff are warm, professional and friendly and truly seem to care deeply about each and every dog in their care. Even though the space may be a bit unconventional, it is clean, safe and thoughtfully set up with plenty of room to play, socialize and rest. I especially love all the social media pictures and videos I get to see everyday of all the "kiddos" having such a great time together. At Dingo's, I know my dog is not just being watched, but truly cared for and engaged throughout the day. Maisy comes home happy, tired and excited to go back- which says everything. I (Tucker) is a newer client at Dingo's and we are thrilled with the daycare service. Nancy and her team came as a referral as I was looking for a doggie daycare which has adequate indoor and outdoor space for Tucker. Because I work in the city, I also have transportation to and from, which is extra but so convenient. In addition to the driver, there's a bus monitor who keeps a watchful eye on the dogs. Furthermore I receive both pick-up and drop-off texts and updates -- more peace of mind The online registration and booking service is easy and follow-up confirmation is quick. I highly recommend this doggy daycare. Friendly staff, very responsive manager and owner. I was able to tour the facilities prior to sending my dog there. Very clean! My black lab loves it there and always comes home tired. They offer pick up and drop off service to my area which is so convenient! I boarded Jack for three nights and Jen Buck was the dogsitter And was in constant contact with me. She would send me pictures and updates daily. It was really nice to know he was being loved and cared for while I was away. All the staff have been wonderful. We left Lucy with Dingo's Dogsitting for nearly two weeks and we were thoroughly pleased with her care upon our return. Because of our last minute request, Nancy was booked, but made accommodations for us to have her associate care for Lucy. In both cases, Nancy was completely accommodation and helpfu. We left on our trip with great peace of mind. Both Nancy and Jim kept Lucy as one of their own, with daily walks and a fenced in outdoor area at both locations. Dingo's is just amazing! I can't say enough about how welcoming and friendly AND experienced Nancy and her staff are. We've been a part of the pack for over 3 years and both my girls love it. It is clean and spacious - and they are all so knowledgeable. Over the years they've come to know each of my girls personalities. You can tell that the staff really loves what they do. One of the best features is that you book your services with them online. You don't need to enroll them the same particular days each week. They also pick up and drop off if you need. Our dog has been going to Dingo's since it first opened. He attends nearly every day now. He is cared for, brushed, and loved by the owner and employees. Our dog can't wait to go to Dingo's in the morning. When he comes home he is happy and pleasantly tired out from playing. The staff is vigilant about the dogs health and safety. This review is long over do, I have been going to Dingos for a while now I've never been to a place that my dog Daisy doesn't want to leave when I pick her up. The best part of Dingos is when I drop her off for a few days when I go out of town, instead of most places that leave her in a crate all day, the dingos staff actually take them home and the send constant updates with pictures. I'm a very over-protective mother of my 8 year old Shih-tzu. I've used Dingo's on several occasions for overnight stays, daily drop off for play, and daily walks. I am always very happy with the quality of service and transparency they provide.
