Joe is the best, most careful dog-centered person I can imagine taking care of my dogs. We are on dog # 4 with him since the 90's, lol.

I can't imagine how we would have managed juggling our cat and our travel schedule all these years without her. Our guy, Tank, has spent many nights happily ensconced at The Cat's Pajamas where he enjoys spying on the comings and goings from the privacy of his own condo. Yes, we could leave him at home with a cat sitter popping by once or twice daily, but our dude is very social and gets lonely easily. Plus, he is a bit high-maintenance and Patty doesn't bat an eye at his extreme neediness. (LOL) Bottom line: Patty is a total pro. She is caring, considerate, and communicative. She keeps a close eye on her charges and intuits exactly what they need. I just can't say enough good things about her. If you want the best place possible to board your beloved cat, look no further.

Not only is it a very clean and calm environment, it is so clear that Patty cares for each cat and their needs. Their "condos" have levels for them to explore, each with their own box, and privacy curtains for cats who need more time to adjust to the space. Patty sends an email the day after drop off and throughout their stay to let you know how your cat is adjusting and eating. We all know how hard it can be to have to leave your cat and take them out of the comfort of their home. Knowing how well cared for they are with Patty makes doing so much easier. I could not recommend Cat's Pajamas Inn more highly!

They're attentive and genuinely care for the dogs--they've built a real bond with mine, and it shows every time we walk through the door. I always feel confident leaving my pup in their care. The facility itself is spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully laid out with dedicated areas for both play and rest. I really appreciate the consistent updates, photos, and feedback--it gives me peace of mind throughout the day. My dog always comes home clean, happy, and nicely worn out from a fun day with the Dingo team. I highly recommend Dingo Day Care to any pet parent looking for a safe, trustworthy, and joyful environment for their dog.

The owner and staff are very in tune with dogs and their needs, cornerstoned on animal and human safety! The portal to sign up for services is easy to use, and the staff is great if you need any help! They are active on social media, so sometimes you will get a nice look into the day your pup is having. Shout out to Nancy, the owner, for her care and concern and excellent communication. Marylin, one of the bus drivers and Scooby's walker, is terrific with my dog and a pleasure to chat with during drop-offs/pick-ups. Fae was outstanding for a short little overnight boarding we needed last month. Lastly, Chelsey, their resident expert behavioral dog trainer, has been essential for our success by helping Scooby not only learn some much-needed basics but also helping us through some challenging situations. Another plus is that they offer fun "experience" add-ons for the daycare. Such as puzzle time, glam photo sessions, mini walks, and even some one-on-one fetch time!

To "North Shore Dog", Thank you so much to the owner and staff that works there. I work with a dog…read morerescue as a foster parent and was in need of boarding for one of my foster dogs. We went with North Shore Dog, because I didn't want our foster to be placed in a kennel all day like other boarding places do, with little to no interaction. The staff here took great care of him as he had so much fun playing and interacting with other dogs and staff members, this I know from what I seen on the live web cames offered. He was able to spend all day with other dogs, learning how to play, interact, and follow a routine schedule offered at this facility. This structure is very good especially for a foster dog who is learning to trust, and become more confident to be adopted. Thank you once again, and you can see how happy you made this sweet guy.

The owner has an attitude, and that is why her staff is rude. I just boarded my dog there for 5…read moredays. She is a boxer breed, and I have found that the staff is vastly uneducated on Bully breeds. They keep trying to change her natural instinct due to there lack of education. It was frustrating to pick her up and here that the stuff was being hard on my dog when the way she plays is natural. I also have a major problem with the way they treat POST PANDEMIC DOGS. Most of the puppies born through COVID have high separation anxiety and the hotel doesn't really care if the owner has needs for the pet I was told to fill out my dogs medication chart before boarding which I did in full, and when I picked up my dog from boarding all of her medication, treats, and toys , had not been used at all. She was returned with the wrong dog bowls, and the owners were rude when asked to return them. I was told to not bring dog bowls for boarding . However I expressed my dog is post pandemic and suffers from anxiety so the idea of eating out of a bowl not her own she doesn't do. So I labeled the bowls and was told on DROPOFF it was fine. However on pick up day - they were lost ( they gave me two random bowls) and proceed to tell me to not bring bowls for the future I am disappointed in this place because I had faith with some of the employees but overall 4 employees have been rude , and when I met the owner today, she was rude to me 5 seconds into convo. If the owner is rude to customers , then so won't her staff be.
