This means they have zero vaccination records or any contact information on some clients. They even have a bunch of customizations like doggie facials, paw treatments, seasonal shampoo scents, etc. (Honestly never felt like spending the money on that stuff, but if that's your thing, you do you.) My absolute favorite part about this place is that it's cage-free. So instead of having one groomer working on multiple dogs at once and putting them in crates for various portions of the appointment, your groomer is only focused on your pup from start to finish. My Maisie is in and out in half the time, for only slightly more $$, than we were paying in the city. IMO, it's well worth it for my anxious girl.
