However, we contracted Covid while in Florida and were unable to fly home as scheduled since we were both fully symptomatic. I called Pam. She was empathetic and said, "no worries. Your pup can stay as long as you need." She kept us updated on our dog with texts and photos. She even took her to our groomer to have her nails trimmed. (I hadn't been able to do that before we left). Finally, after two weeks, we were able to fly home and retrieve our dog. Pam is so thoughtful and caring for us and our dog. She is our exclusive boarding home for our dog. We will use her every time we need to travel. Thank you, Pam. You are fantastic!!!

Clearly just a miscommunication somehow but shows very poor business management and customer service on her end. That just didn't settle well with me. Worked out anyways as I have sense found a trainer that is less pricy, and takes more integrity in her training/business. Have had much more efficient results at a fraction of the cost! Some groomers near us weren't taking new clients, others were too far to travel to/from every month and some were just outrageously priced; then I found Emmy's Barking Lot. They are responsive, very reasonably priced and so consistent! I never have to worry about a last minute cancellation or getting an appointment. Well they couldn't take her (they were too busy) and obviously wouldn't prescribe the medicine over the phone. Was told to bring her to Norwell (Veterinary Hospital) or VCA. They made it a point to tell us she hadn't been seen in almost a year. Have had issues before with the rude women at the front desk. 3 strikes, we are out. There is a doctor whose name I forget, who was very nice in the past.. but do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!! Need lessons in customer service!

My dog got pneumonia here. I picked her up and she could barely breathe. Nobody had bothered to…read morenotice or take her to the vet. I sped to the emergency vet and after 48 hours in an oxygen cage with treatment she was getting worse and we had to say goodbye for she was unlikely to recover and was suffering. I've never taken my pets there again and would advise people with brachycephalic dogs to never board them here. It was a heartbreaking experience.
