They were beyond compassionate. Understood that all his appointments had to be made around his radiation and chemo treatments and overall gave him 110% care. After his passing I finally got a second poodle who is fearful but he loves the ladies there and because of their fear free certification (something I also go to a vet with) I feel safe leaving him. So after doing tons of research, I found another place nearby with great reviews and what would you know they had no issue with my dog at all. The issue was not my dog. It was their groomers. Not to mention the passive aggressive comment they made when I was picking him up, asking if "he let me brush him at home".
