Clearly just a miscommunication somehow but shows very poor business management and customer service on her end. That just didn't settle well with me. Worked out anyways as I have sense found a trainer that is less pricy, and takes more integrity in her training/business. Have had much more efficient results at a fraction of the cost! Our guy, Tank, has spent many nights happily ensconced at The Cat's Pajamas where he enjoys spying on the comings and goings from the privacy of his own condo. Yes, we could leave him at home with a cat sitter popping by once or twice daily, but our dude is very social and gets lonely easily. Plus, he is a bit high-maintenance and Patty doesn't bat an eye at his extreme neediness. (LOL) Bottom line: Patty is a total pro. She is caring, considerate, and communicative. She keeps a close eye on her charges and intuits exactly what they need. I just can't say enough good things about her.
