I found Jessie on Instagram through a Pasadena-based influencer a couple of years ago and finally booked with her this past December after searching for a great Russian manicure nail esthetician in the area. I'm so happy that I finally booked an appointment!! My nails have never lasted this long between sessions, and I'm obsessed with her dual form technique (something that I've never seen offered or done before!) Her salon is small, cozy, and easy to get to off the 210 with plenty of parking. She has a huge variety of colors (I'm serious - so many options!!) and so many fun techniques for nail designs. Jessie is super responsive via text and loves collaborating to bring your nail ideas to life. If you're in the SGV, I can't recommend her enough--your nails will thank you later!

If you're looking for an amazing nail tech you have found her. Jessie is a master at her craft. I have been going to her for over a year and she's always done a great job. Love that she can create ideas I bring in and knows me so well as a client that she'll give me designs when I can't make up my mind. Jessie is also the only person my boyfriend will go to for pedicures.

I've been getting my nails done by Jessie for almost a year now and she's the best! She's so sweet and always make sure you're satisfied with the work throughout the entire process. She usually will do the requested design on one nail and make sure you like it before she continues. She constantly makes sure your nails are to your liking before moving forward. Jessie is also really patient and understanding when it comes to changing your mind about a design and fixing something to make sure you get exactly what you want. I've gotten countless compliments on my nails since coming to her and I absolutely love her work!

I went to Jessie for the first time to get my nails done for my civil ceremony. I had been following her work on Instagram for a while and I knew I'd love my nails if she did them! I was right! I got a Russian manicure with dual form extensions, cat eye nail polish with chrome designs. Gorgeous!! l got soooo many compliments! I had the most amazing experience with Jessie! This was my first time getting both a Russian manicure and dual forms, and I am beyond impressed with the results. I'm really hard on my nails and usually prefer them thicker so they feel strong, but Jesse somehow created nails that look incredibly thin and natural while still feeling just as strong as thicker sets I've been used to in the past. I truly love them. She was extremely thorough, meticulous, and incredibly sanitary throughout the entire process. You can tell she takes real pride in her work and is exceptionally talented. The single one star review is actually from a temp employee that is no longer with Lannie! Her prices are on par with most salons. If I remember correctly, it's $40 for single color gel, and then $2-3 per nail for art, $2 per nail for gold flaking. Obviously it really depends on the designs you want but expect about $75 on average, and don't forget to tip either. If you're not sure, she responds pretty quickly to estimated costs. The gel manicure lasted me about 2 weeks, and I ended up taking mine off at home but didn't do it correctly so my nails are pretty bad and will probably take a few more weeks or months to get back to what they were like before. I'd just get it taken off for $10 or so at a reputable salon next time I get gel. I'd love to come as a regular but the salon itself is too far away for me to be comfortable to make that time commitment (2 hour roundtrip + 2 hour appointment) every two weeks. So for now, I think I'll probably try to stop by when I have a day off or for special occasions. Lannie's really busy, expect to need to book an appointment 2-3 weeks out.

I almost don't want to share bc she's already as booked as it is, but's she's so awesome it'd be a shame if not more people know about her & her work. If you're looking for a Saturday, call 3-4 weeks in advance. There may be cancellations but I wouldn't count on it. Weekdays are a little better, esp. during fall/winter, however, still call as early as you can just to be sure. Looking forward to many more fun nails appointments.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!
