I scheduled an appointment with Elsa & received confirmation from get on the morning of my appointment after I texted her. She messaged me asking me to come in early & I said yes. As I arrived, she informed me that one of her customers arrived because she had a broken nail. She asked me to wait for another hour. I left work early to meet with her, I waited a total of an hour & a half . I even knocked on her door & asked me to wait 15 minutes ( turned into 30 minutes) I left- this was very unprofessional of her. I was a new client- I rather support another technician Update- since the owner replied to my review(yes i am a funny person). I messaged her the day before to see if she offered pedicure services, she did not reply & it showed that she read my messages(thank you iPhone) . The pedicure was never confirmed until she text me to come in at 3pm. I had to message her again the day of to confirm my appointment. She did not reply to my pedicure at that moment. read more

Parking is convenient, as there is a parking structure with plenty of parking. There is also convenient and clean restrooms inside. Pros - She's easy to contact for appointments. You can text her! - Designs aren't a problem for her. Just show her what you want and she will do her best - Her work is super neat. She pays attention to detail and files the shape perfectly. My nails are even neat underneath, where most technicians tend to neglect - Since she is the sole person there, she will take her time and not rush you out - Very reasonable pricing for high quality! Cons: - The nail polish options are a little limited. However, I understand her salon is still new! Elsa takes her time and does what's good for YOUR nails. My nails prior to Elsa would break easily, and my gel would peel off within a week (if I'm lucky). My nails have NEVER been this long, due to poor jobs by technicians elsewhere. My nails in this photo are my natural nails. Never in a million years would I think my nails would grow this long.
