From the moment we got there, everyone was so nice and the whole place felt very calm and relaxing. I especially loved that the room stayed quiet during the massage. No unnecessary conversation, just relaxing music and the chance to completely switch our brains off for a while. We both left feeling more relaxed than we have felt in a LONG time, which honestly says a lot! I don't remember the names of both of our massage therapists, but the gentleman who worked with my husband was wonderful. Ross had nothing but good things to say about him and how much better he felt afterward. My massage was just as good, and the cupping was a great addition. We both felt like we really needed this, especially with how much we've been working out (and working) lately. We were so happy with the entire experience that we're already talking about making this a monthly thing, or at the very least every other month. Definitely coming back!

I would advise booking in person so there is no confusion about services requested.

I have been training the last 10-12 years nonstop and have undergone many injuries, along with extreme tension and tightness in my body from combat sports. Prior Experience with Bodywork: I have met many physical therapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors, but this is the first time I have left a session knowing my body actually feels better and that the person truly cared about my pain and health. Skill, Technique, and Awareness: Mrs. Ayanna did not miss one beat and there were NO wasted movements. Minute by minute, she analyzed my body, and without me needing to say a word, she found the spots that were extremely painful and tight. She took her time working those areas before moving on to the next issue. Usually, I have to tell the therapist what needs to be worked on, but I'm guessing she could just feel what was wrong and carefully applied pressure where it was needed with the utmost precision Ambience & Environment: The ambience and beauty of the facility were amazing. I have trained at many places, and this was hands down one of the best-looking locations I have seen in a while. The tone of peace was set, and the music was chosen for relaxation. I explained my problems and Mrs. Ayanna went straight to work Care & Thoughtfulness: I am so happy to know that I now have somebody who can help me work through my pain and tightness from years of abuse from MMA Mrs. Ayanna even provided me with a sample of the herbs she used to help me with my breathing and pain, which you don't often see someone offer. I thought that was really thoughtful Future Plans: I have a fight on February 7th for LIGHTS OUT FC in Long Beach, CA 90802, so I will definitely be back before then to work more on my tight hips and other pains I am experiencing. Closing & Recommendation: Mahalo Mrs. Ayanna for such an amazing experience. I can feel the love you put into your craft and the MANA (spiritual power ) in your hands If you are on the fence about finding someone to heal and help fix your aches and pains, look no further. Her knowledge and expertise really stood out. The session was intense yet effective--a classic "hurt so good" experience. She targeted all the right spots, and I left feeling significant relief. I'm hopeful that with continued sessions, including a lymphatic massage and ongoing work on my neck, my years-long pain will eventually be resolved. It's truly inspiring to feel like there's finally a light at the end of the tunnel. I was so impressed that I immediately signed up for a package of four sessions. The only downside is that her schedule fills up fast, but that's a testament to how amazing she is. If you plan ahead or get on her cancellation list, it's worth the effort.
