Soo happy to hear they have gluten free bread! Haven't had a great sandwich in a long time and mine was exceptional! The staff was very friendly and I cannot wait to come back and try other gluten free options. read more

So I will start off with a little honesty. I was googling birthday freebies and came across a freebie from Jersey Mike's for a free regular sub and 20 oz drink if you sign up via email. So I thought I like free, why not. I signed up and got my coupon on my birthday that is valid from the day of your birthday until up to a year later. I used my coupon tonight. I went in and was recommended the number 13 which was delicious. They had a large phone order ahead of me but managed to squeeze me in between making all the sandwiches. The topping were fresh and full on the sandwich and the meats and cheeses sliced fresh to order unlike that other sub place. I will be going to Jersey Mikes from now on and willing pay for it. Way to go guys. Way to go. read more

They are filling gubhub Uber eats etc. while I wait in line no one taking my order. No napkins. 15 minutes later took my order. Sandwich sat 10 min before it was prepared. read more

I've been here twice in the past couple weeks and they won't honor my coupons. I let them know in advance that I wanted to use my coupon and they still refuse to honor it. I don't plan on returning, the sandwiches are a bit overpriced so without the coupon it isn't worth it. read more

The sandwich was good i got the turkey one..I love it taste so fresh.but would I come back EH.. Not really not for my money I rather just go to submarina.. I had to buy lunch for everyone at work .. Ouch!! It hurt my purse that's for sure ... read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - Santee, California

Really Great subs, quick service and super friendly staff! Not 5 stars bc they ran out of bread at 8pm?? I was lucky enough to get the last sub but the three people behind me were not too happy. Also was really wanting to purchase a $25 gift card and they had a lengthy explanation that they had run out a while ago and forgot to reorder:( read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - Santee, California

I've been here a few times now. The shop is always clean and smells good. Seems to be the same fellas working when I go too, which are all nice and friendly. I like how they ask if I'd like my veggie sandwich cut in a different slicer then the meat ones; makes me feel like they care. The stations are clean, making the process super quick. I've always done to go, next time I'll have to eat in store. Overall a great sandwich joint, and awesome employees. read more

Food is good enough, however please train your staff to change their gloves. If your cashier is going to help make sandwiches they should be changing their gloves before making sandwiches. This seems like common sense but given we are in the midst of a pandemic it seems that much more important. I was in a hurry and wasn't thinking or I'd have said something right then, that parts on me. Order was on 12/28/20 around 7 pm read more

Service was awesome subs were great and the music was rocking always get great service and the 17 is my fave no doubt

So pissed spent $23 on my sandwich and the whole thing was wrong ordered online as I do always ordered from the same location yesterday and had no problems now today it's some bull shit so I was charged for bacon didn't get bacon asked for no tomato's had tomato's all threw out the sandwich asked for Mayo mustard pickles etc but my sandwich is dry af even called the store to confirm my order and asked for them to toast it and that wasn't done either poor service didn't do anything to fix it didn't send a receipt nothing will not ever come to this location again I'm fucking pregnant and know exactly how I was my shit that I order daily terrible dont even want to give them a star!! read more

Sandwiches are very consistent, and they always make accommodations when I've ordered gluten free sandwiches for my wife.

Great service! Both of my sandwiches were made as ordered and way quicker than expected. I understand things in the workplace are difficult right now, but all the employees were extremely understanding with my dietary needs and made sure everything was more than satisfactory. Will definitely be returning in the future for some lunch! read more

Loved our sandwich! We got the famous philly! It huge my son and I shared it! Loaded with fresh peppers and onions served HOT! :) Wish we had one in Ramona! !!!service was top notch! Thank you Cory and the rest of your coworkers! You all are amazing. They even brought it out to our table! read more

This was my first time eating at Jersey Mikes, the manager recommended the Chipotle cheese steak, long story short, it was amazing and I'm hooked. I finally found an awesome sandwich and will eat there often. read more

Food poisoning from this place never had a bad Jersey Mike's until I ate here. Up until recently I would've said one of the best sandwiches you could get anywhere around SD even though it's a chain. I'm not sure I can ever eat at any Jersey Mike's ever again it made me so ill. Do yourself a favor, go to any other location and enjoy your sandwich....just don't go to this location and possibly get sick. read more

I can't tell you how much I appreciate this place. It has such an amazing customer service team is above and beyond. I've had Greg and another gentlemen that was off yesterday when I came to get subs but Greg prepared my sandwiches this time for me and they are amazing and fast! Great when you just want to get subs and leave. Keep it up! read more

Love the freshness of this place, much better than subway. Don't get me wrong I love subway but this place loads you up with meat, and isn't stingy about it. The people are friendly and very fast. Once again I have to say the meat is amazing It is quite pricey but it's so worth it, great quality nothing but good vibes. read more

Always good. Friendly service. Parking sometimes sux.................................................

I love their hot sub Philly Cheese Steak sub, very yummy! Downside? It's very slow for them to serve hot subs. Also, the service could be better and faster especially when there's a long line. read more

Good service, good food. What you would typically expect from Jersey Mike's. Nice and quick too.

I have ordered sandwiches via Doordash for a few months now. I had a craving for tuna fish sandwich and thought I would try theirs. It was hnds down the worst. It tasted like plain tuna with no seasoning or condiments. I thought it would have celery, mayo, pickles - something. Unfortunately, I think relying on some vinegar, oil, salt, and oregano to be the seasoning is not enough (and I opted out of all of those, so with only lettuce and tomato my sandwich was terribly bland. Won't order again. read more

Location is pretty good. Plenty of food choices in the shopping strip on both sides of the street. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't that busy at all, but we waited almost 15 minutes for our turn in line behind 2, yes 2, customers purchasing one sandwich each. Not 2, 5 or 10 sandwiches. Two people working behind the counter and they couldn't fix 2 sandwiches in less than 15 minutes! Sorry, but to me, customer service sucked! Yes, we left... Maybe we'll try another location in the future, but management needs to look at this. Obviously increased wages does nothing for customer service nor improved customer service. I will say customer service seating area was clean and so were the floors, but the table behind the counter they were working on was a total mess! I've never seen anything like it at Subway. Different mgmt style or training maybe. Try it if you want or try a different location. Maybe the owner will get the hint! read more

What's the point of ordering online and being told to avoid the line, only to arrive and be told that your order hasn't even been started yet. Might as well wait in the line since it's moving faster than my order is being made. Real bummer. Don't offer this service if you can't follow through with its promises. read more

I love Jersey Mike's but I will never go to this location again. There were 4 employees working when I walked in. No one greeted me or acknowledged my presence for 2 minuets. Two of the employees carried out there conversation, right in front of me, before offering to help. Once the meat was cut, both employees just walked away from my sandwhich. I waited another 2 minuets. I asked for "Mike's Way - no onions", as I always do. There were extra onions. Sandwhich was soggy and sloppily wrapped. I ate there and could not find a clean table to sit at; the floors were filthy too. As I ate, what seemed like the "manager", talked down to fellow employee, "Make me my sandwhich boy" multiple times - while walking behind the counter without his hat on but instead a cigarette behind his ear. Other customers walked in during this and were ignored as well. As I left, the cashier from before walked in and bragged to "manager" that he was outside smoking - as he walked straight back to work without washing his hands. I am absolutely disgusted about the service I received and actions I saw. I will NEVER go back to this location. I will GLADLY drive out of the way to receive the excellent food and service Jersey Mike's is known for. My visit was on 2/26/14 at 6:35pm. read more

The best of all the sub chains.. tastes the most like what you get from an actual deli... also I love the fact that the lettuce is shredded... Definitely makes the sandwich more manageable... And spreads out the taste nicely with the oil... This is a very nice location with a night nice outdoor area... Staff is really nice as well read more

This is the worse jersey mikes I've ever been to. After I clean my own table and wait patiently for my food, they continued to get it wrong. Even tho she wrote it down. There was none of the "toppings" I asked for ie, lettuce and tomatoes and jalapeños. After they said sorry. Took it to put it on, gave it back, I asked "did you put the jalapeños I requested?" He said yes. Upon sitting down and opening my sandwich...nope, no jalapeños. OMG can you be that slow? How many times do I have to go back to you and you act like I'm inconveniencing you!? read more

Worst and very rude service. Had to make sandwich twice. Even made us pay first. They don't listen or care and tried to stick us with the sandwich. We just left here. Will not go here again and will avoid. They deserve no stars. read more

Sandwiches are lack luster at best. The grilled Pastrami Ruben tasted awful. Had they have made the grilled sandwich with condiments and veggies it may have tasted better. With no questions asked they made the grilled sandwich and handed it to me.... It was terrible.... For the price paid this was a bust. The turkey sandwich was better but not all that great either. Flavorless turkey was the first problem. Seriously lousy sandwiches served here. read more

We came to get dinner at 8:10pm but lights were off and doors were locked. Yelp said open until 9pm sign on door said 7pm. We love jersey mikes! We'd give 5 stars but we weren't able to eat here because the "open times" are wrong :( have to drive across town to find another one. read more

My first time ever at a Jersey Mike's Subs. Paid $7.15 for a 'regular' size cold sub, which was not evern 6-inch-long. Only sliced tomato, shredded lettace, and sliced onion (besides sliced peppers) were on display. The waitress was self-engrossed mostly, did not even ask if I wanted dressing on my $7.15 sub, just wrapped it while yepping away with her co-worker(s), asked me (again), if it was 'to go.' I said to myself as I got in my car, "Why would any not-stupid folks would want this?" ...Maybe there are enough not-stupid consumers out there to support 1,500 Jersey Mike's Subs (per their web site, I learned) in this (again) great country of ours... Sad... read more

BEWARE they default to 20% tip a checkout if you don't select an amount. I just found $3.44 added for two take out sandwiches UNREAL and so annoying. Horrible business practices makes me second guess going back. 20% is insane for take out totally hoodwinked read more

SOOOO rude the girls inside need to take some lessons from the men. They are checking you out at the cash register and have 0 customer service. Never been here and won't return read more

Last week I visited this Jersey Mike's and by mistake I went to order my sandwich at the wrong line. I believe it was the manager, Cody, (tattoos on arms just in case I have the wrong name), he rudely slapped the order here sign above and told me to order there. Since I always make an effort to smile and be overly kind when I'm out and about, I was pretty shocked that someone would treat a customer so rudely. I went back tonight and ordered another sandwich and when I saw him there again I said that since I was in the right line this time he didn't need to slap the order here sign. He nervously laughed a fake laugh and his face turned red. Hopefully he won't be such a jerk to other customers but based on other reviews that I just read, it's unlikely. I think he is the manager because he was barking out orders to the other employees who were great by the way. read more

Love coming here when I crave a Philly which is every single time I come here! The bread is nice and fluffy and the service is friendly and fast. Generally we are out in less than 10min after ordering my Philly. That kind of creation takes time! :) read more

I'm sad to say this is the worst experience I've had at a jersey mikes. :( I usually have amazingly good service which is why I think it was such a disappointment. I had to tell my sandwich maker to add the oil to my "mikes way" sandwich which I think is something that should be pretty basic. He attempted conversation but you could tell it was forced. Him and the guy that rang me up made me feel so uncomfortable about being in the store I actually took my food and ate in the car because I didn't want to be in there another minute. Won't be going back to this location. read more

Great coupons are the reason for not giving only one star. Jersey mikes is over-priced, under sized, and not the highest quality sandwiches available, even in santee. Fillipis, submarina, and others, easily compete with this over-hyped chain read more

As a regular customer i see them being Awesome workers every time I come in always polite, all of them have great manners. The sandwiches are always good I've never have been disappointed! read more

Walked in and greeted right away. Ordered several sub and surprised the meat was twice as much as many others. We had the #13 giant sized and it took us 2 meals to eat it. Great food and fair prices. Don't forget right now free cookie if it's your first visit. read more

Totally flavorless, I could build a tastier sub at home. And save money too. These guys are like Subway, they skimp on the meat and try to fool you by stuffing it full of lettuce. Nothing special about this place. The best sub place is still Quiznos. read more
