Came in today and got 3 subs 9, 56, 26 for my daughter, myself, my wife. With about 5 people ahead of me, online orders, my order with another 10 people in line. Her staff was amazing. Ms Alisha, a young lady, older lady, and young man were in there all working. Answering phones, slicing, cutting, custom ordering... I do have 1 thing that happened that actually was a blessing in disguise, I ordered the big kahuna and custom made it. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and said make it like mine... meaning the toppings lettuce, tomato, mayo, extra pickles. Well, she accidentally added onions and bell peppers while making my sub to my daughters. So that was the issue.... turns out she loved the sub so Much it's her new favorite now. This was my first experience with Jersey Mike's Subs located at 725 Cherry Rd/Rock Hill, SC 29732 and I want it to be known that the customer service was excellent. Khamanara and Alexica were the faces that met me and the welcome was so warm and sweet. Khamanara served me and she came to the front of the counter and stood beside me and explained their board to me. Wow. I just left this place. At 230 pm. 7 people in line three workers. The tall black man was brain dead. He didn't know how to make a sandwich people in line were telling him how to do it. This location is usually on my way home from somewhere. If it's lunch time and I have no other plans, I'll pop in for a sub. I have never had a sub-par (pun intended) sandwich here. Service is fast and efficient. If you like tomatoes, you'll love the tomatoes here. They are grown special by some outfit in Charlotte. Even in the off-season, the tomatoes are bright red, juicy and flavorful. I'm sure we've all had the misfortune of getting a slightly green or orange tomato slice at some other sub shop. Upon arriving to pick up an online order, I was told that there was no ticket for my order, even though the $$$ had been taken out of my bank acct. The acting mngr. rudely told me to write down my order on a piece of paper. She seemed agitated and distracted, and there was no semblance of any type of customer service protocol. When my order was finally ready, she slid my order in my direction and walked away. No apology for the inconvenience or delay. Later, as we ate our sandwiches, we realized that they didn't have the contents listed on the menu. JM sandwiches are pricey, but are usually worth the $$$ because of the quality. This is not the case at the franchise at 725 Cherry Rd. In Rock Hill. Rude, snotty mgr., poor service, and didn't get the sandwich I paid for. I will never go back, and cannot recommend this sorry restaurant to anyone else. I'm guessing they won't be around much longer. Good riddance. read more

Used the app to order food & pay, then realized I didnt use my coupon. Called the store right away, asked for a manager to see if the coupon could still be used. There was no manager there. The person on the phone said "no" I could not use my coupon, I cancelled my order & asked to be refunded. They should have been able to put the money that I paid back on my card. 3 days later, checked my bank acct, my money still was not there, I called to ask for a manager, & was told that there was no manager there so they gave me Candace's phone #. I called her, explained my situation (because she apparently had no knowledge of it). She acted as if she was going to get this straight out. She told me that she would look for my ticket once she got back to the store & would let me know if she could refund me or if I would have to come to the store to be refunded. Several hours passed with no call back from Candace so I called her again, she returned my call stating that she could not find my ticket & I would need to come in for my refund. On the next day, I came into the store for my refund,l (and again nobody knew about my situation). I had to explain it again for the 3rd time and was told that she actually did do the refund on the day that I made the purchase but the money has yet to reach my bank acct. I inquired as to whether Candace had even searched for my ticket in the 1st place, why she never mentioned any of this to the other workers & most importantly, why she never mentioned any of this to me when I talked to her on the phone. read more
