I called an hour and a half before my party arrived of 20 and spoke with a large party manager Montana and my party had to wait close to two hours after our arrival for a table. What blows my mind is that they will put parties of a smaller number on their weight as a call ahead and they don't have to wait as long. However, large parties don't get that same courtesy. I feel like this policy is completely backwards and it frustrates me to no end. I'm not sure if it's because the majority of the staff is young or they just don't care but I have a hard time interacting with them. There were several interactions during our visit they ruined the experience. For example since we had to wait the long period of time I told all of my family to know what they wanted to order. I asked the hostess for a menu for an older family member to look at and she told me they didn't have menus that I could either scan and look at the menu on a phone or stand and look at the menu tucked away close to the To-go area. I said I need the menu for a person over 75 yrs old and she looked at me like tough cookies and continued back to what she was doing. I'm so glad the Steele Creek area is getting a new location and hopefully we won't have to deal with some of this. Probably won't fix the large party issue (since this seems like a general company policy) but it makes me happy we won't have to travel so far to get to a location on a regular basis.
