Had our breakfast here in mid-December. I don't usually review fast food places, but we experienced such great service and attentiveness that I had to give kudos to this location. It always has a very long drive through wait. It is now two lanes and they keep it moving. We ate inside and got our order sooner than the drive through. While waiting for the delivery, a customer spilled and entire cup of coffee. It was a lot of coffee to mop up and then wipe down the splashed on booths. An employee came along and with a mop, got it all, all the while joking with those of us eating. And that mop was a real sucker-upper as she did the mop job on three mop drains. I was shocked to find out Chick-fil-A no longer carries the chicken salad sandwich! They were always so good! I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, and in my opinion, it is overpriced compared to the regular Chick-Fil-A sandwich. My son ordered a combo, and they left out the fries, so check your bag before you leave. It never used to be that way. The servers were very friendly and polite. Always courteous. read more

Nice and easy slow day for a Monday after Christmas. Pulled through the Drive Thru and had one lady greet us and take our order, very friendly, even considering the freezing cold they gotta stay out in. Even the window guy was professional. This place is disgusting. The staff as well as the manager don't care nor do the even try to do there job. This place needs to be closed down. They can't read they can't make a simple order correctly? You try speak to manager and she is completely clueless bout how to interact with a customer. I'll be contacting corporate. Horribly disappointed!! Employees and even the manager not wearing mask behind the counter! Thank you and sadly my last visit. Come on...help stop the spread of this virus. All the manager had to say was sorry excuses! Update: General manager did returned my call and was very apologetic for my experience. She said they do have many safety procedures in place. She intended to review the video of the time and assured me the employees that were not adhering to their safety procedures would be written up and additional training would be given. Even though the door is closed at 9pm, I'm deaf and I can't talk through speaker at drive thru. I tried to come to the door and asked for a manager. That lady won't come to the door as others were telling me to go drive thru. I was trying to tell them that I'm deaf but they don't care as they ignored. Wow that's just terrible! I am so frustrated by this drive thru. Several times now, I've been caught in the line for at least 15 minutes, having already ordered on one side, watching car after car on the other side progress through the line while I sit. Service is always quick and pleasant! Food is yummy!!! The double lane drive thru is always wrapped around the building this reason.

Great food, great service, and usually you can get in and out pretty quick. The only downfall is the the small parking lot where cars can easily become blocked in from the drive-thru line. read more

The restaurant is very clean even the restroom. I got the spicy chicken sandwich it was moist, tender the fries were hot and just the right amount of ice in my drink. The play area for the kids was clean my son enjoyed playing while we waited for the food. His only complaint was the food came to fast. read more

Not the normal Chick-fil-A that I am used to at my local stop. The service was friendly but the wait was longer than normal and the food quality wasn't great. The bun was cold and not as fresh as normal and the cheese wasn't even close to melted. read more

Had breakfast here today for the 1st time and the chicken, egg and cheese on a bagel is absolutely crème de la crème. I think I found my new morning spot. Open at 6:30 for the early bird, 6 dollar combo with hash browns and orange juice definitely gave me a great start to my day. read more
