The buffet also comes with a dessert item - sopapilla, a fried tortilla with cinnamon sugar, with optional honey to drizzle on top. If you ask, they will put a scoop of vanilla ice cream to finish it off! :) Their complimentary salsa is DELICIOUS, made fresh, and can vary in spiciness depending on the batch that day. We had HSP for the first time since they moved to Lancaster and it was fantastic. Their wait time is a little slow right now but it's well worth the wait. Any new place takes a while to get their kinks worked out. The quality of food is excellent. They hand make their dough and the ingredients are fresh which makes the food well worth a wait. Sit down and spend some quality time with your family and the time flies. read more
