This was awful With coupons a family of 3 it cost $30 My daughter got a kids meal my husband got French dip and I ordered the new angus cheesesteak.. there was more onions in my sandwich than meat. There was so much bread you couldn't hardly taste anything. And angus this was not!! The French dip again had hardly any meat on it and the kids meal was bread with a single slice of meat. I don't expect much on a kids meal but if I'm paying 15 for a sandwich I expect meat on it! Won't be back!! Ps staff was friendly and store adequately cleaned for fast food. I pulled up to the speaker to order and I tried to order very clearly, and each thing I said the worker interrupted me in the middle of and then when I got to the end did not read me back my order. I got to the window and they asked me if I had "so and so" in my order and I said no I had this. then the man who took my order came to the window and said, no, I read your order back to you and you confirmed it was right and now you're saying you ordered something different. he in fact did not read it back to me. he was rude and unfriendly the entire conversation. the food was awful. Exactly what you expect from an Arby's. No surprises, the roast beef is solid and the fries are good. The gyros are sleeper great in my opinion. The only thing that I would dock a point for is the service and wait time is consistently slower than you would expect. The staff are friendly and nice though, but waiting is an expected companion to coming here, just be aware. read more

Noon. About 3 cars in the drive thru line. 2 tables occupied in the dining room. At least 5 employees in the store. Our group of three in line and another group of 4 behind us. Heard a bell ring when we came in, but the staff completely ignored us, refusing to even come to the front for at least 10 minutes. We left and advised a group of 6 coming in that they would likely not be served either. I will never eat here again. read more

I love Arby's and come here often. I normally order the traditional gyro combo or the cheddar beef sandwich. My fiancée gets the smoke house brisket. The gyro is always really good lots of meat and veggies. The brisket is a little light on meat with the price that it costs. Fries are often good but sometimes they taste bland. I just ordered the French dip yesterday and it want cut in half but everything about it and the au ju was good. read more

ok what can i say- it is a cahin restaurant we all know well. the beef and cheddar has always been my favorite, maybe because I am a hot liquid cheese junkie. but on my most recent visit I tried the new Angus 3 cheese and bacon sandwich prime angus roast beef a little thicker sliced than the regular roast beef and a good amount. melted cheddar cheese, swiss and a parmesan ranch sauce and thick slices of pepper bacon that is smoked i believe. i dont care for the regular fries, I like the curly of course I always add a cheddar cup to dip them in. YUMMY and sometimes for a change i dip them in Arby's sauce, its like a tangy spiced ketchup I DONT like the chicken fingers, something about the breading is to weird, it is too thick and the taste for me leaves an after taste that even toothpaste wont get rid of. those jalapeno side things I dont care for and the dip to me taste like it should be on toast. I prefer stuffed fried jalapeno with cheddar cheese not cream cheese. the chicken cordon blu sandwich used to be one of my favorites, but i dont know why the ham seems so over salty these days, for me it is to much. The prices for the food seem very high for what you can get at other burger type chains near them. so in order to eat from here I wait until they mail out mass coupons, which are a huge help since almost all the coupons you can order 6 or so sandwiches at the coupon price with just one coupon. read more

Lancaster SC Poor service, food and management! Management appears to have an attitude or wants to push a make it right card in lieu of accepting responsibility to correct actions of poor service. I have been in before where the manager on duty appeared too inebriated to perform transactions or duties. Unfortunately, he remains employed at this location. Management on duty have poor relationships in dealing with the public. read more

I am so angry right now ! I've been going to this arbys for yrs with no problems until the last couple of times...first of all the drive- thru had become increasingly slow ! Today i waited 20 min in line with only one car ahead of me ....people behind me were getting fed up and drove off , but i had already placed my order...so i finally get to the window and 3 or 4 kids working there were just playing around and nobody really seemed to be in any hurry to do anything ... Finally got our order ...my son was with me and paid with his debit card ...so i really didnt notice nor did he that a receit was not offered . I did the check the bag and counted 3 sandwiches and 2 fries....so i figured the order was correct ...got home , 15 miles away and the sandwiches were all wrong !!....We were given much cheaper sandwiches than what we ordered ...I asked my son for the receit , he looked in the bag ...in the car ....then we both realized we never got one !! Needless to say i will be talking to a manager on Monday ! read more

Cheated us out of part of our order. Tried calling when we got home. When after third try they answered, they put the phone down to get the manager. After 12 minutes on hold, hung up and have tried calling multiple times again. Busy signal. There's plenty other places to order food Arby's. You lost customers because of your poor customer service. read more
