I really love Subbies. The Sub salad is wonderful!!! Been great every time I've ordered.

Quick service, tasty sub and interesting dessert options. Chicken salad was just ok, nothing flavorful or distinctive.

Slow service, bread is hardly eatable only a few slices of turkey and didn't even have it on the whole sandwich. Typically my dad's favorite place to eat in town for lunch but it was so bad he said he will not be going back again. SAD. The few places we have to eat in town and the ones we do have aren't even worth going to. read more

Food and service is always good! And great prices! Subs are loaded with meats and toppings.

Cool little sub place and Friday is the best of the best The Godfather it's always hitting make you wish Friday was every day

Kind of a hole in the wall looking place from the outside. But they make a good sandwich. Had the turkey and pastrami on wheat. The girls working were machines. read more

I got a turkey sub, it was great! Clean and neat environment, and the staff was friendly. I will be back!

Whenever I'm in Lancaster, Subbies is my quick, freshly made in front of me, great value and absolutely better than any other sandwich shop of choice. Great staff, meat sliced for my sandwich with fresh rolls. I'd be a more frequent customer if I lived here! Thanks and here's 5 stars! read more

Oh my goodness everything is so fresh. The bread the meats and cut right before your eyes. The service is amazing and the ambiance is homey. The have the best dessert around. read more

Was a good experience, employees were nice and dressed properly. Sandwich was good, only thing that sticks out in my memory (been a while since the visit) is the drink lid did not fit/stay on the cup as it should so. I'm sure that was a one order issue and would not prevent me from going back. Thanks for lunch! read more

Fresh, fresh, fresh. Subbies is my only place for subs. The place could use a remodel, and the parking lot is to say bad is an understatement, but the subs are worth it. read more

I ordered a 6 inch sub with roast beef (I asked for it thinly sliced - NO MEAT OR CHEESE WAS SLICED IN FRONT OF ME - like previous reviews stated) with Swiss cheese, Mayo, lettuce, tomato, and red onions. I took one bite into it and couldn't bite through it. So I opened the sandwich to find the thickest grossest looking meat I have ever seen in my life. I had to take all the meat off because it was inedible. I won't be back - sad because I love a hole in the wall small business but it just was not good. read more

This was just ok for me. The inside is simple & very clean. They had a special for a 4" sub, soup & drink for a reasonable price (can't remember price or if a side came as well). You can have any sandwich with this deal- which is a nice switch from other place which limit you to one or so! The staff was very friendly & bust setting up since it was around 11-11:30 when I went in. They have a good variety of sandwich choices which I believe you can also make into a wrap The bread was fresh with a slightly crispy crust, but I think he smooshed mine to heck because after sandwich was made and I got it home it was almost all crust. No inside breading to be seen. Which I don't like way to much. But a little more than what I got. I didn't take any pictures as I was feeling awkward in there with the 2 occupied booths watching me like I am not a regular. My negatives are just a personal preference really so don't let that discourage you from trying them! Bread insides missing Only ONE soup choice - potato, I here it's awesome but I would've enjoyed a choice of at least one more. I think that's the only soup they serve. Would love to see a broccoli cheese, chili, chicken noodle, vegetable, minestrone. Anything to give a selection! Limited chip selection- I have an addiction with eating sour cream lays with my subs- no sour cream available at all! And if I'm eating a fat sub I don't want Baked chips! Give me the good old greasy hand chips! I would like to see a sub with ALL the meats on it. Positives (besides previous mentioned in beginning) they slice their meats as ordered-sometimes not a nice even slice like one of my cheese slices was missing about 1/4 of the slice- but WAY better than pre-measured/weighed portions like a national food chain we know! Great array of topping selection- don't remember seeing pickle spears, only slices. So there's a suggestion, if I missed it, then sorry I mentioned it SUGGESTION: besides having a second choice daily that varies on the soup. I would like to suggest a sandwich- a bits & pieces sub. You use all the eve pieces of your deli meats! Yes you chop them up & mix together. This of course would be a limited quantity & availability item. But you will be using it up for profit! You could advertise it as that days daily special (while quantities last) ! And as you know it could be used chopped up in a wrap or a mega Chef salad! Great job guys- I hope you succeed even though you are in an area that seemingly isn't visited very much. read more

A regular Subbies customer, I am, temporarily, disabled, from a leg infection. A MASSIVE thank you to Austin for taking my order, via telephone, and bringing my, delicious, sandwich to my car. In a world of lazy people, who don't care about, loyal, customers, AUSTIN sets a HIGH STANDARD of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

Always good. Food service is excellent! Would recommend. Better than most sandwich places.

Best place in Lancaster to go get a deli sandwich. Not quite sure why I had mustard squishing out of my sandwich when I asked for very little mustard and twice I had asked to have my bread cut as it turned out there was not a balance between the bread and what was in the sandwich. Going to chalk it up to someone just having a bad day because they're the best place in town. read more

My first time in this neck of the woods. Staff immediately approached me and helped me through recommendations - chicken salad on jalapeño cheddar wrap recommendation was spot on. Delicious and 50% less expensive than I expected (just less than $5). Really a hidden gem. I will be back tomorrow. read more

Service was terrible subs were wrong employee was rude, after getting home with subs they tasted awful. Rude and will not be going back, will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere... read more

First of all the employees were shouting to each other what they wanted on their sandwiches while they were making ours. The " toasted" option was just melted cheese. I got mine toasted twice and it was still cold. The other people in my party, even though we had already paid, had to wait for theirs until mine was finished for absolutely no reason so they got even colder "toasted" sandwiches than I did. I will NEVER come back here, not even if they were giving away sandwiches for free. read more

I like the sandwiches, bread always fresh.... i just wish the employees were friendly.... They dont greet you when you come in,its take them a min to decide who is gonna fix your food because they in they back listening to music....just needs to more professional and friendly....then it would match the great food they have. read more

Great sandwiches, friendly service. Big portions, fresh ingredients. Much better alternative to Subway and less money.

This restaurant is outstanding. Their sub's blow subways away completely. It is defiantly worth the trip. Their sub's are loaded with meats cheese etc. Their prices are very good. The atmosphere is decent. But compared to many in this area it is one of the cleanest establishments. read more

So, I have visited this place often and normally it is great. But tonight my husband ordered me a salad and was paying as I walked in the door. Normally they put the dressing on the side in little cups but for some reason today they did not, they put it on the salad. Which, isn't always a bad thing except it was swimming in dressing to the point I could not even eat the salad. I literally did not eat one bite, I got a bag and took it home so my husband could eat tomorrow. So, that was $7 dollars for me to continue to starve. So just make sure you like a lot of dressing or ask for it on the side. read more
