29 Oct 25. I waited 1 hour for a simple sandwich and chips combo. I ordered ahead of time. As I came in I watched all people just walk to the counter and order. They received their food within 10 minutes. I went to the counter to check on my order. Myself and 6 other people were waiting for an hour. Not sure if it was a lack of training for some, I'm thankfully for the young lady that took over instructed the guy at the register what orders to finish and bag. Without her I feel like the other employee would've been circling through receipts delaying orders from being completed. read more

The tables and chairs were grimy and it looked like a bag of shredded lettuce exploded behind the counter. The serving floor was covered in lettuce and other debris. Staff shuffled through it, no one bothered to clean it. Staff looked unhappy to be there. 2 staff waited for drive through orders, while a customer waited by the door for his call in-order. I came into this Jersey Mike's location a few weeks ago to grab something easy for my whole family. The staff were all very nice and even helped out us with a coupon! The restaurant was clean and welcoming and we could have stayed to eat if I had brought the whole fam. It takes a little while for them to make your sandwiches but hey, it's freshly sliced so what can you expect? All the food we had was delicious and the kids got a free cookie! Alright Jersey Mike's, I see you! You do in fact have something to offer. I've come around to enjoying their cold subs and wraps, but where they shine are the hot subs! My favorite is the chicken kahuna. It's like a chicken philly but has jalapenos too. It's so damn good. Today I had the Reuben and it was also delicious. Plus they've got an easy to use app, lots of specials and deals happening all the time, and they give you a whole year to use your birthday treat... which is free sub! Yep, you read that right. They give you an awesome birthday reward and actually give you time to use it. I previously said they were only a step above subway and Jimmy John's, but boy was I wrong... they're the gold standard of deli sandwiches guys. My girlfriend and I stopped for a sandwich at lunchtime. I noticed this employee not wearing a mask correctly while loudly chewing gum with his open mouth; while handling food and touching multiple surfaces such as the phone and grilling utensils without stopping to wash his hands or change gloves. Manager and employee both eye-rolled and defended the employees behavior and attitude when all I asked was for the employee to fix his mask during a world-wide pandemic. We were met with belittlement and poor excuses when I asked for the employee to fix his mask. The managers name was "Andrew". I would not recommend eating at this establishment until employees and management are properly trained and can handle wearing a simple face mask. Let this serve as a reminder to just eat at home. I ordered a number 17, jersey mikes original GIANT cheese steak,on gluten-free bread. The size that I ordered being a giant,the sandwich was smaller than something you would get at Subways. Iasked them what the $3 charge was for, he replied it was their cost of ordering in and handing, which was all explained to me while handing me the sandwich. The gluten-free bread was a nasty dry spongy cardboard texture. Jersey Mikes, if you going to charge $3 more, get something that tasts much better than that. Stepped into the location on Riverdale Rd and was impressed with the staff (very attentive), the produce presentation (freshest), beautiful bacon , the cleanliness of the store. We got EXACTLY what we came for. Micha, Jacob, and Kylie, all three, did everything Mike's way, from the Sprinkling of "the juice" to the snap of the bag they deserve a + rating. I managed a Jersey Mike's in North Carolina (part of the outer banks franchise) for 2 years, and am a little more selective on the locations I'll visit. Went here for lunch today. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service! Got to the counter told the guy my order and regular size. He then took my husbands order and proceeded to ask me 4 more times if I wanted a regular size. They got done with my husbands sandwich. I continued to wait for mine. Even if I do a mobile order I still have to go in and wait 25 minutes to get my sandwiches. What's the point of doing mobile orders?
