While the ambiance Is beautiful and cozy and the baristas were very kind, they didnt make up for the pitfalls here. I was only the second person in the shop, and i was waiting at the counter for around 10 mins before being helped. I got a latte and a scramble, and they were a little overpriced in my opinion, but i did want to try a speciality latte so I suppose that's to be expected. I got their beetroot latte and to be honest that was the best thing about this experience!! It was so earthy, creamy, and warming, i loved it. No notes on my latte!! Now the food was not hitting for me. I got the breakfast scramble with sourdough toast and asked for no mayo. I received mayo. And the toast might have been the THINNEST sourdough ive ever seen??? Look at it! Idk. I love bread so i was expecting ... more than an eighth of an inch of it? Anyway, the scramble was meh and i just used napkins to wipe off the mayo. Just a bummer, i am probably going to other coffee shops over this one in the future.

I don't love the drink selection. I'm more of a Coke guy, but that didn't keep me from having a root beer. We ate in the store. It's well lit, plenty of natural light, and pretty clean, although I didn't see any employee's cleaning tables while we were there. The young lady who took our order was friendly and accommodating. The young man putting the toppings on the Super Sub was pleasant. The sandwiches were flavorful and filling. Just what we were looking for. 4.5/5

Bread was good, looks like it is baked in house. Sandwiches were made to order and came off the flat top piping hot. You will pay ~$9 for a regular sandwich and $18 for what they call a "giant." While they look small, they load these sandwiches with meat (not lettuce) so you are getting a LOT of sandwich for the price. Chips and drinks are available in a combo or a la carte as well. My only wish is that you could get Whiz on a sandwich here. There are only two choices of cheese and while not a deal breaker, a couple more options would have been great.

Does this look like a $12 club sandwich to anyone??? Quality is definitely slipping. It's supposed…read moreto at least have meat on it. Last time, I ordered a crack chicken sandwich. Not only wasn't it crack chicken with that wonderful creamy sauce, it was Turkey - with no sauce on it. Not even mayo. And it was on plain bread. I showed it to the girl at the counter, who took it in the back to show someone and came back and said, " Yes, that's crack chicken." When I pointed out it was, in fact, TURKEY, she turned to help another customer and ignored me. So, not only is quality slipping, but so is the service. And apparently, there's a chef who doesn't know his own menu and can't tell chicken from turkey.
