This jersey mikes deserves more love! I just had an awesome experience stopping in for a sandwich. All of the staff was awesome and so friendly!! We were coming off the PCT sweaty and ready for some good food, and they were incredibly accommodating! Each staff member was so excited to talk with us and make our jersey mikes experience great. I was also impressed by their speed and efficiency. I got a giant club sub #8 with the works. This was amazing!!! The bacon was super crispy and the mayo tasted exactly like I wanted it to. This huge sandwich was perfect fuel for lunch AND dinner. Definitely worth a stop! There are a lot of things you can put between pieces of bread but I never thought love could be one of them. :) The shop was nicely air conditioned and very clean. Had the most awkward and uncomfortable interaction here. Approx August 7th 3:15 pm Girl with pink hair and large nose was atrocious. Zero customer service skills, visibly looked disgusted, was mouthing what looked like obscenities to her coworkers / rolling her eyes, made my fiancée and I second guess if we ever wanna come back. Definitely pick people that have better people skills and maybe don't visibly look mentally ill. Little tip - if you hate your job, do something else. We just had a death in the family and this interaction was so unnecessary. Do better. read more

This was my first experience at a Jersey Mike's and I will not be returning. The store was dirty; there were dead flies on the floor. It was not so busy that one of the employees could not clean up the front. There were 5 employees working but orders were still taking forever. There did not seem to be a strong leader to lead. I am all for having a good time at work as long as customers are happy and food is moving out the door. I paid over $40 for 2 sandwiches, definitely NOT worth it! I will stick with Subway! read more

I don't usually write reviews but I had to take a moment to highlight what an absolute win this new Jersey Mike's is for our small town. This place is exactly what we needed: fresh, fast, and friendly. It's rare to see a national chain come in and immediately feel like it belongs here, but Jersey Mike's got it right. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming. Everyone seemed to be having genuine fun and enjoying their day. You can tell the team takes pride in their work. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the portions generous, and the sandwich was made with care. Just the kind of fuel I need for long days out on my fishing trips. Andrew, the manager on duty, helped me as I was deciding what to order. The menu has a lot of great options and he was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Funny guy. I went with the #13 Original Italian and it did not disappoint. Bold flavor, balanced toppings, and exactly what I was craving. Wow.. went to Jersey Mikes today for take out order, 4 people ahead of me and my total wait time was 40 mins.. After i got their they got busy. One 3 guys came in the door I heard the lead guy say fuk this, told his friends he was going to order online what did they want. They went outside, 10 mins latter they walk out with their sandwiches'. I timed how much longer i waited in line, 20 mins. First, I've never had a bad sandwich from any location. Second, 50% of the time my online order completed incorrectly. I have ordered 4x on the app for pick up. The 1st time my order was given to me and it wasn't even the sandwich I ordered. It was still good and I enjoyed it, though I feel sorry for the poor soul who received my order. The 2nd and 3rd time I ordered, I walked out with the correct sandwich without a second look. The 4th time, I ordered a sandwich on wheat, no cheese, no mayo, add pickles, jalapeño, and banana peppers. I got the sandwich on white, with cheese and mayo and no pickles, jalapeño, or banana peppers. My recommendation: please read the customer's online order completely. Lessons learned: double check the order upon pick up. read more

DO NOT ORDER OFF OF YELP! Even if you're ordering for pickup all prices are about 25% more when ordering off of the yelp "order now" as opposed to their website. Grub hub takes a huge cut for doing absolutely nothing. I imagine Jersey Mikes doesn't have the option to link their own menu unless they pay the mob (yelp). read more

I do have to admit They prepared very well for this opening. There must've been 50 people behind the counter if there was 30. I order it through the app and it still only a 15 minute wait. Although I do have to say it took them a little while before they found my order on the rack because it must've been about 30 others waiting for customers to pick theirs up. I am a part time resident in inyokern, and although I really like Jersey mikes in general I had never been into this place since it opened. I wanted a sandwich to go, so I walked in and stood at the counter. There was someone slicing lettuce who seemed to be senior, as I heard her telling other employees what to do. Out of the 5 employees I saw no one seemed like anyone they were doing anything with much urgency, but clearly selling sandwiches was not why they were there. After II stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge that I might want to order something then I spoke up and asked the young women slicing lettuce (the lettuce container for making sandwiches was already full and there were no customers in the store btw) can I order? She looked at me and pointed to a sign 3 feet to the right of me that says order here. I said you want me here to order? She coughed and pointed to the sign. So I ask here can I order a super sub and can you please put the tomatoes on the side as I will eat later. She didn't really acknowledge me but asked another person to put some tomates in a container. So I sit there and watch and 5 minutes go by and the girl is just over thinking this and dragging her but. In the mean time an off duty employee comes in and starts chatting with the lettuce slicer, as I was just ignoreed. So I just told them no thanks I don't want anything, good by. If I could bet 1000 dollars that this crew was stoned out of their minds and just dragging their buts I would make that wager. I don't think I need to say I will not be attempting to order at Jersey mikes in Ridgecrest again. And for the owner if you read this these employees are the most innefficient I have ever seen. read more

Since they were new in town, and I was hungry, I stopped by and ordered a turkey sub to go. I noticed that every sub had provolone. They added lettuce, tomato, and pickle, along with a smidgeon of mayo, on one slice of the bread. I also picked up a chocolate cookie and a bag of chips. When I got home, I opened the wrapper and took one bite, gagged, and spit it out. The provolone was old and dried out. The turkey, salty. The tomato, old and soft. The lettuce, limp. So, took everything, and I do mean everything, out of the sandwich, scraped the thin layer of mayo off the bread, and took a bite of the roll. My God, what a flavor! I spit it out as it had absorbed the flavors of the fillings. I've eaten many sandwiches in my young life of 83, but this was the worst of the worst. Maybe give a warning, and call the place "Rotten Mikeys?" The only good thing was the chocolate chip cookie and the bag of chips. I've eaten at many jersey mikes. I love it. I have eaten at the ridgecrest one twice and am so disappointed. They literally put no toppings on it. It's a whisper of lettuce and it was so dry I couldn't even choke it down. Twice now. That is not mikes way. I don't understand why this is the only one that is not consistent. Let me start by saying I have never had a bad experience at this Jersey Mike's in the ~10 times I have been. I also, however have never had an amazing experience either. That is until tonight. The music and vibes were good and the crew was, as usual, friendly and attentive; but the star of the show was Andrew. ANDREW, MY MAN. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. From the moment I walked in, I noticed Andrew taking charge and keeping the rest of the crew going, all while being positive, as well as being respectful and helpful to the customers, including myself. When he got to my order, he only asked what I wanted once and got everything perfectly as requested. Sandwiches were top notch as always but this time they seemed a little better and I can't help but think it was because of the extra attention and focus Andrew brought to the table. Not good to many people working there. When we ordered the sandwich they only had white bread the meat was small and they didn't have to may items to put on the bread only oil the bread was hard and dry.
