The food was ok and came out pretty fast but the Service was #1. The gentleman that took our order was so very friendly and helpful.

OMG!!! I'm so happy there is a arbys in ridgecrest!! I absolutely love the beef n cheddar with lots of army sauce and horsey sauce. They always give you a good amount of meat in your sandwich. The onion bun is the best. Soft and fresh. Arbys is my go to place for lunch and dinner. read more

We had not been into the new place and we came in with some friends and Telaysha was at the register and was awesome. She was sweet and customer oriented and her service was spot on. My husband had the new hamburger and really liked it. I stuck to my usual the roast beef sandwich and poppers. Everything was fresh and hot and we enjoyed our visit. As for the other people saying, their foods are very expensive for a fast food restaurant, but the foods were really a fast food restaurant quality! They didn't put cheddar in our Beef 'N Cheddar sandwich; and the elder couples just told us they messed up their order as well. Nevertheless, there was another guy just came in with his order, complaining about something wrong with his order! How's the coincidence that happened! While we were still sitting in the restaurant and eating our sandwiches, we saw one of their guys trying to refill the small paper cups for the ketchup, but accidentally dropped most of the small cups on the floor. The most interesting part was he didn't clean it up right away, but just walked away and doing something else. So, the messy cups staying on the floor more than 15 minutes! They were not busy at all during that time (only two tables of the customers including us) After finishing our lunch with my friend and we just left and will never come back again! Not this place! Gary the manager helped me with my minor problem and was so nice about it. He actually took my order the original day that I stopped in and was so nice. it was made wrong in the back. He fixed the situation with ease and my food was delicious. I'd like to also write a letter to his boss, stating what a good job he does. If I could give "0," I would. They have run out of roast beef on multiple occasions. Tonight, they closed the indoor seating, and when I went up to the door, they stated that they were closed, but I could go through the drive through...its not even 8pm. I told them my truck wouldn't fit (Chevy Silverado 3500 HD Dually). I've always parked, ordered my food inside, and then carried out where we would eat it on our way home. Arby's is my treat when I come into town due to living an hour away with limited resources (I came into town today to go to Walmart which is the closest decent priced shopping in the area). So, I walked up to the drive thru and they wouldn't answer me through the intercom for me to place an order. I am going to treat myself to something else in town now. I hate to even say that because Arby's is a favorite of mine and my service dog's fast food restaurants when eating out. I've never had an issue like this here before...unbelievable!!! read more

It took me some time to come up with a fair review. This is another business whose service spiraled downhill after moving into a new location. I stopped in about 2:30pm when business was slow. The employee was on the phone for several minutes dealing with an unhappy customer. I know this is important, but no one else could serve me? There was another employee behind the counter doing nothing but looking a tad confused. My biggest complaint was that my sandwich was not warm. For $13 I would expect a warm sandwich, especially if I was the only customer inside the store. Was I served something cooked earlier in the day? At the old location my food was always warm even when the store was busy. On the positive side, the dining area was spotless. I always appreciate a clean restaurant. Although I ordered my food to go, I did take note of how clean it was inside. Also, despite making me wait while dealing with his phone call, the employee was very friendly. I won't be going back. I have been to the new location now three times and I am not impressed. They aren't always open during the posted hours, and I was once over charged on an order. I got one classic roast beef, one classic beef and cheddar, and a small fountain drink. They charged me 17.07. After that experience I won't be going back. Definitely don't get the low stars!?! The staff on 9/19/19, at 6:15 pm were all awesome! Friendly, constantly moving whether they were serving customers or cleaning. Second and last time going to the new location. Both times service was extremely slow. Last night I waited 20 minutes for two sandwiches and fries. The Door Dash guy was apololeptic waiting half hour to get his order. The people behind me were really mad. When I came home and opened two French dip sandwiches, the meat was dried out and overcooked. Got one cup of dip sauce that was 1/8" deep, barely enough to dip a half sandwich. The place was not busy. Only the three customers inside. Better get a handle on the employees hanging around doing nothing and get a manager that can handle them. read more

The Arby's in Ridgecrest used to be great. Recently ordered at the new building and the order was completely wrong. When I returned to fix it, the manager interrogated me fiercely, asking "how do I know if you didn't eat it?" Until l I showed her receipts and time stamps. It took her awhile to fix it while employees in the background yelled how much they hated their job just to give me another wrong order. I didn't return to fix it. And I won't return again. They have the meats. They aso had a fairly clean dining room and friendly service. However, our table was a little sticky. The sandwiches were enjoyed by the boys but they were a little small for the price. They have highchairs on wheels for your little ones. There's plenty of parking in their shared parking lot. read more

Their new location, a few blocks south of the now closed location, was wonderful. We don't have an Arby's where we live. So when we make the 2-hour trip to Ridgecrest for shopping, we also enjoy eating at places we don't have at home. We had to go to Arby's just based on the "Big Voice - We Got The Meats" guy on the TV commercial, showing the French Dip. Very impressed, large size meant and bun, very tasty, good portion of fries . . . really looks like it does on TV. Even the dipping sauce was thick as it shows on TV. read more

Pros: Food was hot, taste great and made to order without any screw ups. Cons: The staff is rude and makes me and others not want to go back. First off I ordered tea and there was hardly any ice in it, I asked for a cut of ice and was told it would be .25. Ok, no big deal, but then we ordered 7 sandwiches, 4 fries and were asked if we wanted sauce. I said yes Arby's please and she gave me 4 packets.. I asked for more and she handed me 2 more and told me I would need to buy a bottle if I wanted more. I couldn't even get 1 packet per fry or sandwich? I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would have to park and come in and wait since she was on a break. Spending over $50 we shouldn't have to fight over getting more sauce. I was in ridgrecrest with my gf and we didn't know where to go eat for lunch. Then we saw this arbys, and i know she loves arbys, and i've actually grown to like it too It was a regular arbys place, lots of room to sit, the staff was good and it wasn't too full while we were there. The bathroom was clean too. I like that arbys has started stepping it up, putting more stuff on their menu and making more ads and everything. If you like arbys and you're in ridgecrest, COME ON IN! It's probably the only one in a 100 mile radius too haha read more

My 4 star rating is based on other Arby's I have visited in the past. I have been here several times and the food is always good, and the staff is friendly. The dining room is really dated, but they keep it clean. I messed up ordering something from here once, and the guy behind the counter took it back and gave me what I wanted with a smile, no fuss, and no extra charge even though it should have been more. Decided to stop in and get a fast dinner for the kids before heading up the hill for the Christmas train . Total order was 15.56 and the guy ended up charging my card 155.66 . Took the manager 45 minutes to fix it , the three employees were arguing the entire time. The manager had the nerves to say the kids were acting up ( yes they were getting restless after the amount of wait time we had) . I haven't been to an Arby's for a very long time and so I decided to go with their beef n cheddar meal. Figuring it's their bread n butter. I know what I'll get when I order this meal. NOPE! They missed the mark. I ate it but all the while I was thinking this is not how I remember a beef n cheddar. My co-worker had the same meal and was disgusted. After discussion, we've come to realized they used regular thick lunch meat heated in a pan of hot water, as it was slimy piece of meat slapped on a bun. The beef n cheddar we were used to would be thinly shaved deli meat piled high onto a bun with cheddar on top. One star only because the curly fries were pretty good. Otherwise-zero stars. Ridgecrest, Ca Arby's -The smoked brisket was outstanding! Tasted good, and was sliced thin enough to chew. It's real sliced beef, not pressed beef. We had one problem that I feel a need to comment on. There was a person behind the counter who was working on the computer system and he had dirty stringy hair which he was flipping all over the counter, he was wiping his nose with his hands then wiping his hands on his pant. It was disgusting. He should of had to wear a scarf or hair net . It was right in the middle of lunch rush, very unprofessional. read more
