Just got the worst steak and cheese subs ever. Instead of warmed roll it was cold and soaked with vinaigrette with lettuce and tomatoes added to grilled steak and provolone cheese w peppers and onions. They didn't use the grill spices for the steak and cheese but instead turned it into a soggy cold cuts sub. Couldn't even finish eating it. This after telling them to make it like it shows on the board above. Disgusting steak & cheese. Go to the other locations. read more

This location was good. I never have issues with the sandwhiches. If i have any issues it is usually someone who is working and had a bad day, but at this location I have never had any issues. Great service and good food... thats all you can ask for. read more

Sometimes, I have to have a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. That's when I head for Jersey Mike's Subs. They have great cold subs, too, but I usually prefer a hot sandwich unless I make it myself. We arrived in the mid-afternoon time frame, when they weren't busy. Everybody had masks and gloves, but the atmosphere wasn't very cordial. No greeting, but the cook took our order and got to it right away. The guy at the register seemed to want to be somewhere else. Whatever. Anyway. Mike's Famous Philly is hard to beat. It has that thin sliced beef, grilled with onions, peppers on a bun with a slice of white American cheese. It costs $8.25 plus tax. But they can beat that deal. For another 45 cents, you can order the Big Kahuna and they will grill up some mushrooms and jalapeños and add some extra cheese. I got mine on a bun of rosemary bread. The bread smelled and tasted great and was firm enough to hold everything together. The meat was delicious, but was a little lacking in volume. The cheese, peppers and onions rounded out the flavor well and the shrooms took it to another level. The jalapeños were plentiful and gave the sandwich some real heat. The car smelled terrific on the ride home with my takeout order. It was a satisfying and enjoyable sub. There also seems to be good consistency from one Jersey Mike's location to another. If you are a regular they know your name, usual order and any changes you usually make. Not as much staff turnover as other locations. Sandwiches are good, new additions occasionally. Ambiance? It's a sandwich shop with jersey shore theme. Customer service is sterling here. Can't say that about other locations. read more

Well, I guess I'll write my first ever yelp review, since they aren't interesting in helping me any other way. I ordered on the website as a guest (which the owner doesn't know you could do) and when I arrived at the store, it wasn't there. I figured I got the wrong location, called 5 or 6 others, no one has it. Thought maybe it didn't go through, but it charged my card So my order got stuck in the ether, and I asked if there was a customer service number or anyone I can speak with to help me The owner texts the employee, and she writes down a number for me to call .....another location I've already called Oh well, guess there's nothing they can do. Doing better for return visit as we didn't take years to come back. Still great place to get a sandwich fast. We stopped by for light lunch on the way to Dallas to watch a musical. We got the chicken chipotle which tasted real good. Sat lunch hour so regular pattern of customers mostly takeout. read more

Having never tried JM's before, I wanted to give them a fair sampling. I got the Italian, while wifey got the meatball sub. The meatballs were very good, and tasted like really good meatloaf. Yum! My Italian was also very good. Tip 1 All meats are cut at the time you order your sub. Really fresh. Tip 2 If you are looking for a really soft roll, this may not be for you. Tip 3 A regular size sandwich is quite enough to fill up almost anyone. The bread is very crusty and has a nice chew to it, definitely more along the lines of a baguette, rather than a traditional Italian bread. Kind of a cross between the two. Mostly my experience at this location has been good. This time it was mixed. The young women who sliced my meat and took my order was beyond amazing. She has excellent customer service. She truly listens to her customers and makes them feel valued. However the two men at the end of the counter seemed unable to listen and pay attention to what they are doing. They were too busy with their own conversation. To the extent that I asked for mayo and ranch was used. They had to start a new bowl for me. It was a long process and the only reason it happened as quickly as it did was that the wonderful woman jumped in and took over. I love Jersey Mikes and have had more good experiences than bad. If I am going to eat a sub it is a JM sub. read more

I just recently became a Jersey Mike's fan after discovering their subs in a tub. Since eating low carb/Keto I'm always looking for places that have filling meals but not too expensive. I love that you get so much meat here and it's all fresh. My favorite is the #55 in a bowl with extra veggies. Everyone is also really friendly here and will make any accommodations. They also have a loyalty program after the 12th sandwich you get one for free. Make sure and sign up for it. read more

We've both ordered takeout from this Jersey Mike's spot a number of times. And while this is the first time I've reviewed them, I have to say that all the previous times have been a 4 or a 5 star. So I'm not trying to slam them. We always order the same thing (#17 - Philly Cheesesteak) on whole wheat. And it's always been great. But not today. The peppers tasted sourish. Not sure if it was a vinegar taste but definitely off. Also, the onions were very stringy and very thin. With each bite long strands of onions would pull away. They too tasted off. Lastly the amount of meat was not as generous as it has been in the past. I know this place does a great deal of business and it's 4 - 5 star rating is well deserved. But if they're getting veggies from a different source and/or not training the staff to properly portion and season the ingredients those good ratings might not last. read more

By far one of my favorite sandwich shops! I'm usually hesitant with chain restaurants. I tend to expect a mediocre experience. But not with Jersey Mikes, particularly with this location. We will stop in once a month or so when heading to Costco. I am simple with my order and stick with the Italian or a turkey sub. It ALWAYS hits the spot. I was born and raised in Florida where I grew up on Publix Subs. Living here and NOT having a Publix sub has been VERY disappointing BUT Jersey Mikes is the next best thing. Their bread is by far the freshest, the meat is cut right in front of you so it's always fresh. Which makes a huge difference! Staff is always friendly, with the exception of one guy who I've rarely seen. The place is always clean and I love the fountain drinks! read more

Then they forgot my kid's cookie for his kids meal and I didn't realize until I got home. Probably for the best, cause my son could use less sugar in his diet. Ordered delivery through door dash Asked for no cheese it got delivered with cheese bread not white bread ... no biggie i re order through DoorDash AND call the store to verify that there will be NO CHEESE on my order( no cheese on sub and white bread) i have DAIRY ALLERGY they say they got it... I love Jersey Mikes. Tonight I went in on a stormy day and was treated so wonderfully by the staff there in Plano at the new Dallas Parkway location. I ordered the number 12 sandwich, which is not on the menu, and it was so delicious. I just can't get enough of these sandwiches, I ordered their chocolate chip cookies and a drink and spent less than $10. You can't go wrong with ordering from Jersey Mike's, its the same consistent sandwich and the same consistent flavor you can expect at every visit. There are a handful of better hole-in-the-wall delis and sandwich shops out there but if you want a fast and delicious sandwich consistently across several locations, Jersey Mike's is where it's at! I've dined in and ordered to go at a handful of Jersey Mike's, including this one, and it's always been a good experience. They use fresh ingredients and don't slice your meat or cheese until you order it. The topping selection isn't as crazy as a couple of other huge sub sandwich chains out there but they have what you need. A regular sandwich is about 8" long while a giant is a giant 16" (I think; I haven't measured them). Depending on type, the regulars run about $7-9 with chips and a large drink ringing in at another $2.79. The line moves fast, there's almost always a place to sit, and the crew behind the counter have always been friendly and polite. read more

I got a mini turkey & provolone Mike's way, and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! And it was just filling enough to where I wasn't stuffed, but I wasn't still hungry either. The two workers there seemed a little bored because they were kind of forcing conversation, but I totally didn't mind. Beats getting the cold shoulder! I've been to make Jersey Mikes in the area, but what sets this one apart is the service. Really friendly and personable staff. Subs are of course always awesome. Their wraps are also really good- I think the wraps get lost among the subs, but I would highly recommend them, especially the buffalo wrap- very delicious. Warning: do NOT get the giant thinking you can finish it- it is a massive behemoth of a sandwich. read more

I really love their subs but be careful if you're running late at this location. They will close early without warning on some nights 15-20 minutes before their posted closing time with lights out and door locked. Ok despite one single issue, I LOVE this place. Everyone is friendly. The manager now knows my fave sub and how I like it. I've had far too many subs from here for my one negative experience to overshadow all the good. Update. About eight subs later I left with wrong sub (missing a certain meat) and stale bread on end and top. All other subs have been great. But this time not so much. Manager was nice and replaced, but a waste of my time and gas. Now I feel I need to worry about consistency and needing to make sure bread I get is the soft kind I got used to getting. Thx for fixing. Usual tall fella who makes my subs with best quality wasn't in today. I'm just disappointed. Oh, and I called back to get refund on sub.
