This is my third visit to this location in about 60 days. First two visits were fine. Today....Uh, I'm speechless to say the least. I would rate today's experience pretty much a failure. Stood in line, young woman taking orders. Told her a #10. (which is tuna) since there were two guys ahead of me, I don't know who's making what for whom. Get up to the gal who was supposedly going to make my sandwich. Asks me what I want on it. I look at the counter and It's not what I ordered. It's some deli meat and cheese thrown together on bread, but it sure aint tuna. I explain what I ordered and I get a blank stare. (no apology...no nothing...) she just takes the meat and cheese off the bread and slaps on some tuna. She whispers to the gal who took down my order wrong, (not sure what THAT was about) and basically throws my sandwich together....says nothing else, bags it and walks away to talk to her pal. WTF? Can you say...completely unprofessional and inexcusably bad service? Won't be back. read more

I hope this gets to corporate or something please! I come to this location often and every time I come in it is always so busy and the employees are always dealing with the most annoying/rude costumers but they handle it so well!! I can't even believe it honestly. I work in the service industry and I don't even have the patiences to deal with such Karen costumers. Please give these employees/manager a raise they don't deserve to deal with these kind of people on the daily and I am always so shocked to see how positive and kind they are even when costumers are acting completely out of line. This was my first time coming to this store and I will definitely be back! Bre was slicing and welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. I always get the number 9 and this was the best sub I have had in a long time. The service was quick and efficient and the whole crew was extremely friendly. Not sure who trained these people on a new location, but they need to go back to customer service class. My friend went there the other day and asked for extra mayo and onion on his sandwich and the African American employee seemed put out and rolled his eyes. Then I went there today and ordered a sandwich. I wasn't offered cheese on my sandwich so I asked after he put tuna on and he said "hey bud, next time make sure you tell me before you order a sandwich". It was the guy (seemed like a head person in charge) with high messy hair. For a new location, really rude and not impressed with there welcome. Been to this location 3x since its opened and not going back. 1st Time, they served a 'bread sandwich' (I.e. very little meat); 2nd/3rd time - poor customer service (i.e 'selective' greeting to paying customers who then wait unnecessarily for an order to be taken), understaffed and no mention of shore points. Stopped in to try the new location but was forced to leave when no one made my order then proceeded to make the orders behind me. No thanks.

We were the only customers at the time with 4 employees, one looked like he was on break. They took our order and we stood for 5 minutes watching two employees clean and take pictures of the meat slicer. While a 3rd employee watched them do it rather than ring us up and get our drinks. Once they had cleaned and photographed the meat slicer to their satisfaction. The 3rd employee put on our toppings rang us up without asking if we wanted drinks. This place is new but took WAY too long for a subshop. My sub was good but my friend ordered a roast beef sandwich that had a distinct taste of tuna. I have visited plenty of Jersey Mike's. I know this is grand opening day however I would hope that their intention is to gain business rather than send us over to Jimmy John's. I ordered the BBQ beef and the Italian. The bbq beef giant that I ordered had enough meat for a mini. My husband said it tasted like manwhich on a bun. He could not finish it. The Italian I ordered was drenched on one side in the oil as if they forgot to put it inside the sandwich. I paid damn near $24 for a sandwhich with 3 slices of meat and a manwhich. I'm going to hope that this is first day jitters. If you are going to be a Jersey Mike's, you must make the sandwiches Mike's way and not like you are about to run out of supplies and need to make it stretch. EDITED TO ADD: Placed an order online - showed up 2 minutes before the time I was given. Order wasn't ready (no biggie I know I was a bit early). This was the dirtiest I'd ever seen behind the counter/. Bread crumbs, lettuce, mayo, sh*t all over the counter where they make the sandwiches. One girl (Hispanic looking and skinny) had her shirt unbuttoned and open, was doing nothing except texting in a store full of people (super busy). The blonde white girl, was too busy flirting with some weirdo at the register lol, to acknowledge the 4 people standing there looking/waiting for their online order. The short chubby girl was out wiping the tables down (that weren't dirty because nobody was eating in??) after that she wasn't seen once. The only one doing all the work was the young native guy.. trying to do his job and do it well, with the chaos in this place. I get that the only people who are applying for these jobs are teenagers, but Jesus Christ these kids (except the guy) were incompetent/lazy to say the least! After all that, it took 30 minutes to get my food (they seemed to want to get all the in store orders done before they even started the online orders)...... Thanks to the guy. SECOND EDIT: after getting to work and opening my sandwiches - one was missing the meat completely (turkey and provolone ended up being a provolone lol) and the other was absolutely soaked in vinegar and an insane amount of mayo (bread was crumbling apart from being so soggy.. after I asked for no mayo or vinegar) LMFAOOOOOOO how even!! On 9/5/21 around 4:00pm. Service and treatment was great! All the staff appeared Happy and Enthusiastic. That great attitude is not common these days. Once home, I called to express my appreciation. Food is ok, my bread was super hard one time. I didn't get to ask for soft bread because I ordered on grub hub. A few staff are nice. Rest are rude and I got a stomach ache one time. I don't think this store is the cleanest. Would caution people because I got sick eating here before. read more

My partner and I have been customers at this store for a long while and usually we have had great experiences with this store and the subs have been great quality. But today, sadly, we will no longer be ordering from this store and possibly the whole franchise. We ordered our typical subs at 4 pm today through DoorDash for delivery. We received the order and immediately realized it was incorrect. Sandwich bread was wrong, one sub had toppings that was supposed to be on the other sub, and vice versa. Normally the subs have a handful of lettuce, but today the lettuce was "sprinkled on" and looked brown. We called the store to politely ask if we could bring the incorrect subs back and get correct subs. After locating the order, the male worker on the phone begins getting very defensive and arguing that we were wrong. We had to respectfully explain for a second time what each sub should have on it. Honestly the male worker on the phone was so confusing that he just seemed stoned out of his mind. We packed the order back up and drove 20 minutes to the store. We walk in to the store and a female worker comes to greet us while a young male worker hid in the back. The female worker took one sub, opened it, and starts comparing it to her printed order. She says that the order looks correct other than the bread being wrong. She also stated that the reason the sub in front of her wasn't on Parmesan bread was because they were out. I show her the second sub and express that it doesn't look like they are out of parm bread because the second sub was made on parm bread when it was supposed to be wheat. (She also remade the first sub on parm bread, so again, they weren't out of it). I start having to dig around in each subs to show her it was incorrect. She continued to be defensive and for a third time, I had to re-explain the order. She re-made the order; however, she did it so quickly that the subs were still lacking. We felt frustrated at this point because despite being nice, understanding, respectful, and bringing the incorrect subs back to the store in exchange for correct subs, the two workers at this store acted like we were the problem. This was such a disheartening experience that we will not being coming back. We were super nice on the phone and in store and expressed that we just wanted the correct order for each sub for dinner, but yet, even after bringing back the incorrect subs to exchange for new ones, these two workers continued to demonstrate terrible quality customer service. read more

I was a fan of chain already but this location is by far the best. Everyone is friendly, fast, and conscientious. I've started coming here pretty much everyday for lunch. All of the staff learned my name and how I like my sandwiches. They even got a new employee and when I was checking out he said, "are you Andy?" The manager introduced herself and always checks in with me when she is there. The place is always clean - even during the rush. I love this place! read more

Back when I lived out in Colorado, this used to be my most favorite Places to go to get subs, but when I had my boyfriend go to this location out here, he's deaf, and when he walked in the store he received Some of the worst customer service I've ever heard about in my life. The girl at the counter was (he didn't see her name tag if she had one) African-American, she had a really snotty attitude, and when he tried waving at her to get her attention (since he can't speak) she just pretended not to see him, and pulled out her phone, while he was trying to get her attention. He Literally had to "yell", just for her to look up after he tried waving at her, and tapping on the counter to see if he can get her attention. When she did look up she gave him a dirty look, like he was bothering her. Back in my old home state I used to always get the number seven which out in Colorado, it's called the beach house sub, and when he asked her about it and he gave her the ingredients that goes in it she got an attitude and she wrote on a paper that she never even heard of anything like that he needs to order something else that they "do" have. And that was just very unpleasant, unprofessional and uncomfortable. My sister called another location, and talk to a manager, and he had told her that each state has different names for their sandwiches. But that girl didn't even bother trying to figure out which one it was. I will never be going back to this location ever again if they allow their workers to be that unfriendly and make their customers so uncomfortable! read more

I ordered a sandwich on the rosemary Parmesan bread got home 20 minutes later and was so disappointed. Bread totally dried out and oh what a mess it made as I tRied to eat it. Finally gave up and got the broom to clean up the mess. Horrible for $10. I have visited other locations but will skiing this one. People were nice but they know what the bread should feel like when they slice it. Why sell something that only upsets the customer. That is what service is about. Sorry I left a tip. read more

In the beginning we had no issues with our orders. We would frequent once a week to get subs for dinner and the last three times we've been there they've screwed up our order either online or in person. Tonight the guy taking my order messed it up and not even an apology. The second guy making it was good with double checking. Have been to many Jersey Mike's, including this one when it was 7th St/McDowell. Ate at this today with a friend, she had never been to a Jersey Mike's. It was the best Philly Cheesesteak I have ever been served. She had the Chicken Philly, said it was the best sandwich she had in a long time. Customer service at this location is atrocious, or in other words, nonexistent. This is due to the lack of competence of the employees. I placed a phone order. When I arrived and walked in, I went straight to the part of the counter that is designated for online and phone orders. I stood there and waited roughly 5 minutes to be acknowledged. When one of the incompetent employees that I speak of finally asked me what I needed, I informed her that I had placed a call in order. At this point, she ask my name, then turned around and located my order, as it was ready. She then turns to me and says she has to ring up the entire line (whose sandwiches are still being prepared) and instructs me to go to the back of the line. So again, as I already stated, customer service at this location is nonexistent and the employees are completely incompetent. What is the point of placing a call-in order if I just have to wait in the walk-in line anyways? read more

I don't know what it is about this place, but slow is an understatement. We have been here many many times, as it's close to our home. And every time we go I feel it's always something. Long line, the wait to get sandwich's always runs about 20 minutes or more, this time they ran out of every bread type except wheat. Of the 5 people there, only one acknowledged us. With as many people waiting in line you'd think they'd greet the guests as they come in and maybe assure them of what's going on. I usually order the Buffalo wrap with no blue cheese dressing or cheese- simply because I'm allergic. Of the 5 times I have ordered it, 3 times they got it wrong. The last time I came in I used my free sandwich on the wrap and without fail they added cheese despite my request. This time I made sure to emphasize my specific order. Luckily they got the order right, but sadly when I opened this poorly wrapped up chicken wrap I only had 3 slices of chicken and maybe 2 tomatoes and 90% lettuce. Maybe try evening out the ratio. Spending $8.75 for lettuce seems slightly unrealistic. The only reason why I leave this now, is because I have yet to have a visit that was even decent.
