I ordered on the Jersey Mike's App for a timed order at 12:45 pm carryout. I get there at the time to pick up my order and was ready. I ordered the California Club Sub. I noticed a tray full of bacon overcooked. This is the 2nd time I noticed the bacon looked overcooked. I hope it's not like that everyday. The sub was okay, but it could had been better. read more

I cant say enough good things about this Jersey Mike's location, especially because of the amazing management and staff. Alberto, the manager, truly sets the tone here he keeps the flow moving smoothly and the energy positive every single time we come in. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his team and the customers, and it makes such a difference. I often come here with my 4-year-old son, who is full of energy and loves being involved...especially when it comes to ordering his own sandwich. Today Jonathon who we haven't seen before was incredibly kind and patient with my son, taking the time to listen, engage, and make my son feel so proud of himself. When you are charging $15 for a small sub you should at least make sure the order is correct. I ordered 2 completely different subs and received 2 of the same sub. And the subs didn't even taste good. Definitely wouldn't order from here again. Extremely overpriced for very little food. read more

Complete delivery disaster. I don't know why anyone uses GrubHub, they're horrible. I never got any updates or notification of delivery, terrible communication. Then I call their customer service, only to find out the agent doesn't speak English, how? It's Jersey Mike's - it's mostly a given, I don't expect great service etc but every time I come here, I get better service than any other location. The parking is plenty, the plan is clean, and everyone working there has been really kind and helpful. Their sandwiches taste fresh and I always look for deals! Small location in a very busy parking lot. I love ordering from this location when I don't have anything prepped for my lunch on a work day. I'm not a deli meat kinda a gal but I do love tuna. Jersey Mike's tuna is clean and they don't mix onions in it. While a lot of people like them, I am one of those that don't. So it's nice to have a place I can get a good sandwich from. I usually call them 15-20 minutes before I need it. Sometimes when you call in an order, the person on the other end isn't so nice/friendly or helpful, not here. Every time I have called in, the person has always been friendly. Now a lot of times when people place orders to go, there's that chance they will mess it up. Every time, my order has been ready and done right. I'm a picky person so my order gets messed up often. When I get there to pick up my sandwich, there's been a few times that they're busy. Frequent customer of Jersey Mikes. The ingredients very good and fresh. It was the bread that was terrible because it was from yesterday and hard when eating the sub and crumbled all over the table. For $12, they need to have same day bread. If they have left over bread from yesterday, find some other use but do NOT serve your best customers with day old hard crumbly bread. By the time I picked up the mobile order and got back to work to eat and discovered the problem, it is too late to go back to the store to give them another opportunity to fix the problem. I've never been to any Jersey Mike's and I had no idea how to order or even what they had. A few people helped me and they were all so so nice. They explained everything and helped me through the whole time I was there. It was above and beyond customer service! They made me feel very happy. I went home and ate 1/4 of my sandwich and it was tasty. (The gluten free bread needs bit more chewiness but I know it is hard to make those.) I will definitely go back to this location! This location is run extremely poorly. When I walked in one customer complain d that they only gave him half his order and another customer complained the sub he got was not even what he ordered. I order a hot sandwich and it took over 20 minutes. Went into this Jersey Mike's for lunch today. I got to the cash register and noticed that I had forgotten my wallet. Before I left the parking lot the young lady who had made my sandwich brought it out to my car. I went home got my wallet and returned to the store. We usually get pretty decent sandwiches at this location. Tonight was VERY disappointing. We ordered a Mike's way # 7. added pickles. 2 pickles on the entire (giant) sandwich. It was extremely dry, they forgot the Mike's oil & vinegar. We usually order it with white bread because it's so soft and fresh, todays must have been 5 days old, hard and flaky. We picked it up to bring to our office as we were working late. If I ate it there, I would have ordered a new one. We are regulars there, I hope this was just a bad night for them. Been coming here for a while but it's not in good shape at the moment. I won't even talk about the quality of the food but the workers are definitely more stressed, the prep area is more messy and they have less ingredients than usual. Also, there were two flies in the store near the chips and near where the meat is sliced. I know that there's a worker shortage but I've been to Subways where they're even more efficient and clean with one or two workers and a line to the door than with a crew twice the size here. read more

Visiting the area for a Marine Corps reunion and stopped here to get our favorite sandwich at our favorite sandwich shop. The service was pretty good. The gentleman working prepared the sandwich well until little Miss busybody came along interfering! Ugh I requested bacon with fatty ends (which I'm looking directly at perfectly fine whole slices of bacon. She comes long start placing broken up pieces of bacon on the #8 club! Like I'm paying $20 for a cold sandwich I expect it to be complete with everything that I'm paying for and NOT bits and pieces! Then she put it on try bread and the young man had to take the bacon off apply the mayonnaise and placed her pieces of bacon back on the bread!! I asked - Do you all usually place broken up pieces of bacon on the sandwiches- he says it breaks by itself.... Ummm no! You do realize I'm standing here watching her place pieces of bacon on this sandwich and you not have enough common sense to replace it with the correct portion!!! I was at 4 stars now I'm done to 3!
