Not sure why this Wendy's has only 2.5 stars. Maybe I've just gotten lucky every time I've ordered here. My review is specifically for the food since I haven't been inside to judge the ambiance or decor. My go-to items are the spicy chicken nuggets, regular chicken nuggets, and fries. I came here for the soul purpose of the minions promotional meals. The drive-thru line was long and didn't seem to be moving fast at all. I ordered on the app and there was a wait on the chicken sandwich. About 4 mins. Felt more than 4 mins. They forgot to put the most important part. Which was the minions collectible. Good thing I was just eating in my car because that would have pissed me off, if I left. The promotional banana vanilla frosty was pretty tasty. There were a few bums hanging around this Wendy's. This Wendy's has always been a solid spot when I'm craving a good burger. Their beef patties really do taste fresh and have more flavor compared to a lot of fast food chains. The buns are soft, the toppings are usually crisp, and they don't skimp on portion size. I especially like that you can customize your burger easily, whether you want extra cheese, bacon, or just keep it simple. Paired with their fries (or even better, a Frosty), it hits the spot every time. This time I went with the Meal of Misfortune: featuring the "Rest in 10 Piece" spicy nuggets, "Cursed and Crispy" fries, and a "Raven's Blood" Frosty. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and cookies for breakfast. After my payment was processed, I was handed cookies that appeared to have been made earlier. When I asked if they were fresh, the Host (Yulissa #3001) did not provide a clear answer. Instead, I had to ask multiple questions to determine when the cookies had actually been made and whether fresh cookies could be prepared. Eventually, I was told fresh cookies could be ready in about 15 minutes, so I handed the cookies back and agreed to wait. After waiting approximately 20 minutes, no one brought the cookies out and there was no update on my order. I had to go back through the drive-thru to get a worker's attention. At that point, Yulissa processed a refund. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication throughout the experience. There was no explanation for the delay, no apology for the wait, and no effort to follow up after I had already paid, waited, and returned to ask about my order. Mistakes happen, but clear communication and basic customer service go a long way. Unfortunately, neither was present during this visit. read more

Every time I go into this Wendy's it's always can you wait a second..I thought it was fast food most of the time it's takes about 6 or 7 minutes for someone to come to the front just to take your order. I have given this place chance after chance because I work close and it's convenient but it makes you mad when you're in there and they clear out the drive thru before even coming to take your order. They really need to train these people on how to get someone in and out it shouldn't take 12 to 13 minutes to get breakfast or lunch not going back I'll spend my money somewhere else. This is my first time ordering from this Wendy's Restaurant on the Grubhub delivery service this morning. I should have read the reviews on Yelp.com but the reason I didn't read these (bad reviews) about Wendy's Restaurant. I just want to go by my own experience and if I did read these really (bad reviews) on Wendy's Restaurant previously then I would not have placed my online order from my personal account on the Grubhub delivery service today. These customers bad reviews, it does influence me sometimes to not eat out or order online from a specific restaurant. I believe that sometimes things do change for the better. I wanted to give this Wendy's Restaurant location a chance and not go by someone else's opinion because everyone's perspective is very different from mine. I ordered 4 items today. My order was placed on the Grubhub.com Delivery Service on my computer at my home at 8:21 a.m. this morning. My first order was the one quantity of the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit Combo Meal. I selected the one slice of the American Cheese for 40 cents an extra charge. The price is $5.99 this included (one choice of the (Home Fried Potatoes, Oatmeal Bar with Blueberries, tart Cranberries, and chewy Oatmeal, or one Buttermilk Biscuit). I chose the Oatmeal Bar. I love oatmeal! I selected the two quantity of the Oatmeal Bar. For my beverage, I ordered one medium size Tropical Berry Lemonade. This Lemonade is mixed with (Wild Berry, Passon Fruit and Dragon Fruit flavors). It's very delicious! Since this a Combo Meal these 3 items were included with this price of $5.99. The one Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit, one Oatmeal Bar and one medium size Tropical Berry Lemonade. This is an affordable price for what I received. To buy the oatmeal bar separately the price is $1.49. These (4 items) subtotal was $7.48. The Wendy's Delivery fee is $3.49. The sales tax is $1.49. The service fee is $1.40. The small order fee is $2.00. The Driver tip is $1.00. The Driver benefits is $3.50. Total of $4.50 the driver his name is Edwin who dropped my Wendy's Order to me at 8:51 a.m. I did not increase the driver tip today like I usually do every time. This is because I can't afford to keep giving these drivers a $5.00 or more tip each time. The total bill is $21.21. My order was prepared and cooked very fast. Edwin delivered my Wendy's Order from the Grubhub delivery service in 31 minutes. That is great for me their new customer, it showed to me this Wendy's Restaurant is very efficient. This restaurant doesn't open until 10:30 a.m. every day but they are accepting mobile orders from the Grubhub Delivery Service. Edwin was wearing a mask when he handed me my order from Wendy's. I heated up the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit with the one slice of the American Cheese on it. Only for one minute in my microwave oven. I placed it on a plate. Then I also heated up one of the Oatmeal Bars in the microwave oven for 30 seconds. Then I placed a straw in the Tropical Berry Lemonade and sat down to eat my breakfast meal. The Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit with the Maple Honey Butter Spread, the biscuit was very soft, the Chicken Breast was very tender and the breading was very crispy, plus the Maple Honey Butter Spread has a lightly sweetened and delicious flavor to it. I felt really good eating one of the Oatmeal Bars because it is loaded with blueberries that have anti-oxidents that is really good for me and the tart cranberries with the chewy oatmeal. This Oatmeal Bar was very tasty and good. It tasted like an Oatmeal Cookie. I saved the other Oatmeal Bar for me to eat later this afternoon. I was already getting full. I was sipping the medium size Tropical Berry Lemonade. This beverage is so good and refreshing. I am still drinking it while I am currently writing my review now. Everything I ate today for my breakfast meal was very delicious. I also received really (fast service) from this Wendy's Restaurant and reasonable prices. Quality of Service - "Poor" I CHALLENGE THE OWNER of this store to test their employees, visit the restaurant next Friday (same time, same work crew) Please view the comments on starting on the second page ... all POOR scores. I just came from the Wendy's Vista drive-thru. I wait about 5 minutes for my food. I over heard an employee say that the chili was frozen. I ordered the Taco Salad. I drove off, checked my salad ... and there was no chili. I walked in the and told them they forgot my chili. A floor lead told me they were out ... but they were not telling the customers. I ask for a Summer Strawberry salad instead. I left, came home and found a regular salad (No Strawberries). The supervisor of this store needs to TRAIN their crew. I know, I worked at a fast food place before. No Supervisor on shift, they were out of Chili (and did not tell any of the customers) and twice they gave me the wrong order. This man had so much personality, extremely pleasant and full of life. He is one of those people that just instantly brings your mood up just hearing their voice. What a great employee. My rating is based both on food quality and service. The service issue that I'm going to raise is nearly the same EVERY time I visit this location. I've liked Wendy's for awhile due to their chicken nuggets and value. Recently the chicken nuggets changed (they aren't the same crispy) but still good enough and the value makes it worthwhile for me. When I go I typically order the same thing with an occasion add on; typical order is nuggets and fries. Each time I order I ask for 2 BBQ sauces, 2! The trip today went the same as every other. I ordered a 6 piece nuggets and a medium fry, with 2 BBQ. Now I can't tell you why but for some reason NO employee wants to give you more than 1 sauce...I've learned this and it it fact. Because of this, when at the window I always remind them that I want 2 BBQ sauces and they always say ok. When I received my bag I ALWAYS check and did again today, I seen 1 sauce. I asked the gentleman "did you put 2 in here" he assured me he did. I continued looking, mind you there are cars behind me waiting...the employee knew this. I looked at him and said "there is only 1" to which he replied "oh" and handed me another. Now, what is the point of this? If I should only have 1 sauce (according to Wendy's) then charge me for another; I don't mind paying If that's the deal but, to say nothing and be so difficult about it is just annoying. The nuggets were fresh but the fry's were old and soggy, I find that typical with the fry's though. Lesson here, if you want more than 1 sauce check your bag and be prepared for the employees to make a production of giving you another. read more

Had my card for a suspicious amount of time. Went in on the March 15th after seeing the advertisement for the Dreamsicle Frosties. Didn't see them on the menu and neither one of the workers at the counter knew anything about them. When I asked if they could check with their manager, I got a look that made it seem like this was a BIG imposition -- even though there were no other customers waiting to be served. After waiting a few moments, I was finally told they would have them but not until the 19th. We stopped at this Wendy's for lunch today. There were only three people working so it took about 10 minutes for someone to take our order. That quickly dropped to two people working when one of the employees loudly said he had a headache and went out to his car where he sat and ate a burger. We ordered a junior son of baconator plain-just cheese and bacon, small fry and my wife got a taco salad. It was a very long wait for our food and the workers kept saying they were down to two people working. Once we got our food, my burger had no bacon so I went and asked for it to be fixed. Again, lots of comments about how they were short staffed. I finally got my burger took one bite and realized I'd gotten something that had been sitting around for a while. Bone dry, ice cold, cheese not even melted. Disgusting. My wife's chili salad had slimy cheese and lettuce and out of fear of getting sick, she passed on eating it. So, after spending $27 on a meal that wasn't edible, I stopped at the front counter, and thanked them for selling us inedible food, and as a thank you to them they could have it for a snack later. A stunned employee wanted to know what I meant and said he'd make it right-and guess who it was-the manager, and the same guy who sat on his ass in his car eating while his two person staff struggled and served up bad food. You want to "make things right"? Do your job bud. Any competent manager wouldn't even think of walking out to eat a burger and leave only a crew of two to try and hold their heads above water.
