Very very pushy. We were the only people in there and we were trying to figure out what we wanted. First time ever in a Jersey mikes. My husband picked up Jersey Mike's at this NBB location last night. He ordered a kids meal but received only the sandwich, no cookie, no drink. Wanted warm sandwiches but told there was no toaster or it wasn't working For the price of Jersey's Mike, it was definitely sub-par. Won't be going back anytime soon. Disappointing! read more

My first time ever to a JM was this location .... and I live in Jersey! But we own an oceanfront condo nearby so I thought I'd try it! I was amazed at how much better JM is than the other guys! Plus this location has ample staff unlike some others. Plus we are in SC six months of the year and have gotten to know the staff well, especially Trey. Foolishly I thought all JM's are created equally but not! The other in Windy Hill isn't up to par. Even the ones I've visited in NJ aren't up to par and I live near the original JM in NJ! This NMB staff knows me by my tip ..... always $2 bill! My trademark! We just got back to our condo here a few days ago! See you guys soon! Go Packers and my NYR are having a special year!!! The food as always was delicious. Our orders were made the way we requested. The place was dirty and I was very disappointed because I have never seen the store dirty. The slicer had meats from previous slicing, and the sandwich area was messy. The staff was not friendly like they have been in the past. This was my first visit to a Jersey Mike's. I never knew that they sliced the meat and cheese for your sub right as you order. Makes for fresh sandwich but was a little time consuming when there was a good-size line. Sub toppings weren't as vast as other sub shops but still enough to make a decent sandwich. Jersey Mike's Subs is one of the best places for subs and sandwiches. They cook the meat while you wait, and they have great toppings to put on their subs. The prices are a little high, but it is worth every penny! I LOVE their steak and cheese sub, with mustard and mayo, and pickles, lettuce and tomatoes. Makes me want to go get one right now! I am sorry to write this review of t his particular store but I am very disappointed. I am a local and this is the 3rd time that I have noticed the quality of the product declining. Today after arriving home we noticed no mike's way oil and vinegar juice on our 2 italian #13 sandwiches. Also the rolls were a little on the hard side. They were very bland tasting. Actually tasted like supermarket subs. The juice and the seasoning made this sub.I realize that I am only one person who always enjoyed your product but after today I will no longer frequent your store. read more

If you love a good sub, but have never been to Jersey Mike's, you should definitely give it a try. They shave the meat and cheese fresh and the ingredients are always fresh and tasty. If Subway and Jersey Mike's were hotels....Subway would be a Super 8 and Jersey Mike's would be the Marriot. This location does not disappoint. I really enjoy coming here for lunch or a quick dinner. read more

I was there with my family visiting from out of town. We decided to go today because it was the charity event which we visit the store every time the event takes place. I ordered my food no problem, my family ordered a hot sub and a cold sub. They got the cold sub but not the hot one we had a very long wait, when my family asked about the hot sub that they had already paid for they were told we are very busy! The person behind my family received their hot and cold sub we asked did you give order to someone else never got answer, ask to speak to manger Trey, he was very rude to my family told her she could just leave! Trey refused to make the sub that they had already paid for! My family member was so upset she walked out he husband was still there waiting for his sub. I stepped up to speak to manger he told me since my sister walked out he didn't think they wanted the sub, the cashier told me the manager told them not to make the sub! Two different stories! I eat at this location often, never have been treated so badly! As a manger he should have tried to fix the problem talk with the customer apologize and just make the sub! He handle the situation poorly! I verbalized to him that he left a bad impression on my visiting family and they would never be back! Problem could have been easily solved if he would have just tried to solve the problem! He may need to be trained in customer service how to speak to people, he is a manager he should set an example for other employees he handled the situation poorly!!!! read more

Stopped in to get subs to go for lunch and everyone was sure glad we did. The service was excellent and we didn't have to wait very long till our order was ready. I had the Italian Mikes' way and it was outstanding. My wife and son both had the chicken parmigiana. They both agreed it was one of the best they've ever had. So, you're probably wondering why I didn't give them 5 stars. Well it was the heat. Not our food, but inside Jersey Mike's. Man it was hot. Granted it was in the mid 90's outside, but it was still very warm inside also. If we had to eat inside it would not have been very enjoyable. In the last year, the customer service at this location has plummeted. In the summer they use exchange students which I enjoy due to the cultural interface. Albeit, many of them do not understand English - as well as I have a hard time understanding them. The end result, your order is never right! Adding salt to the wound is the manager. (An older gentleman with grey goatee) - he is abrupt, rude, condescending and short when you question anything. Summary - although their cheesesteaks are good, I would pay double to go where you are treated with a smile and a thank you. This establishment receives 2 thumbs down! read more

Yesterday was the last time this place will ever see my money again. When we decide to pick up a sub jersey mikes is usually our go to wherever we are. This one is the worst I have had to date. Nothing horrible about food although not as good as most mikes. Problem is they get at lest one sandwich wrong in my family every time. I like the steak but am allergic to mushrooms so I always ask to leave the off. 2/3 times lately I hate to throw a 13$ sandwich in the trash because the person on the grill doesn't pay attention. They mess cold ones up also somehow, either don't care about job or incompetent employees , either way hire someone to straighten this place out and replace anyone needed because the food and service are suffering. read more

First and foremost, the price rating for this establishment has been totally skewed by a previous review. Jersey Mike's is a franchise sub shop with over a thousand locations in the States. While appearing fresh, the food is second-rate, packed with preservatives - this is reflected in the affordable pricing of the food. I ate here once out of necessity, as someone within the family made a unilateral decision to have a quick sub lunch. I would never return on my own accord; one can find the same ingredients at the same or similar price point at a mom & pop shop down the road, and those businesses are struggling to survive with the advent of such franchises popping up nation-wide. read more

Here on vacation and first time my family and I tired the subs. They were so good! We got them twice this week. There are 10 of us. We got turkey, meatball, philly cheese steaks, Italian, roast beef, etc. all of those were so good! I recommend this for dinner or a quick lunch. Pickles are good also :) read more
