ABSOLUTELY SPEECHLESS after coming here tonight. We did a mobile order and waited forever literally 20 mins.. I ordered 2 chicken finger plates one was 4 one was 6 fingers. My husband asked for extra fries and PAID for it.. this is what we opened our box and found. Dried up shriveled tenders small as chick fil a nuggets. Nothing like normal Zaxbys chicken... And hard cold fries.. I call as soon as i get home and opened the box and saw this and she starts yelling at me and telling me to bring it back I tell her I live 30 mins away it's 8:30 at night and they close at 9 she tells me "oh well" to put it in the fridge and bring the food back tomorrow for a replacement. Then she hangs up on me. I call back and ask her if she is serious and she said for me to go online and make a complaint and I said are you honestly telling a customer to go complain online and that you won't do something about this and she said yes then HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!!!! This is absolutely absurd. I have never had a bad experience at a Zaxbys before EVER! This was definitely not a $30 good experience.. they should be ashamed. And to make it worse she told me the owner and manager told her to tell customers to complain online......not good business and definitely not good food. They should be ashamed!!!! read more

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I went through the drive through and Jason M was very rude to me family and I. Instead of a nice greeting at the speaker I got a "what do you want" and upon us getting to the window I let him know he was very rude and he let me know what he was aware he was rude "oh ik i'm rude". He tried handing me by drink with the lid half open and juice all down the side I simply asked if he could wipe it off so he wiped off the side that didn't have anything on it and still proceeded to hand it to me. I asked again one for time for him to wipe it off and he decided to give me a whole different cup instead of just wiping it off. I was asked to drive up to online order spot in order to get my food although I was the only person in line. I looked in the bag and I was charged for items I didn't ask for and was given a receipt for me food. I asked for a receipt and he acted as if that was a problem. I took the zax sauce in side that I asked to be changed to honey mustard inside and was given major attitude. I proceeded to try and hand him the sauce and he put my correct sauce on the counter and slide it to me while my hand is out waiting. He turned his back towards me and I asked for a manager once I got to speaking with her Jason proceeded to say "I never said that" and I let him and the manager know that I have someone sitting in the car and someone on the phone that can clearly tell you exactly what you said. The manager was very apologetic but Jason continued to go back and for about what he did and didn't do, it got bad enough that the manager had to send him to the back. Corporate had been contacted concerning this and Jason late day should be today if it was up to me. I patronize at this particular zaxbys to much to be spoke to and treated in such manner. Zaxbys is a fast casual restaurant chain primarily operating in the Southern United States. Prior to my recent trip to Myrtle Beach, I don't think I had heard of them before. I ended up at this location for a late dinner, opting for the Zaxbys Signature Sandwich. While the sandwich was a little too salty for my liking, I thought the chicken was delicious. Brought the fandamily here and tried out a bunch of different things from chicken fingers, to wings, to a full chicken sandwich, to a chicken finger sandwich. All five of us seemed to enjoy what we ordered. Crinkle cut fries are totally of the Ore-Ida type and quality, so those don't amaze at all. The Texas toast wasn't bad. Main attraction here for all of us was one of those Coca-Cola soda machines that has like 50 different drink choices. Awesome. My nephew rocked out a swamp water that he really loved. I'm really not sure what this specific location has against actually putting the sauce that you order, in the bag. The first time I thought, honest mistake. Second time, i figured I should have known to check the bag based off previous experience. Third time, what is going on? I placed an order through DoorDash because my son told me that he wanted chicken with the Zaxby's sauce. I even made sure to pay for extra Zaxby's sauce. When the order arrived, the first thing he asked was, did you get the sauce? He was soon disappointed to find out that not a single sauce had been included in our order. I contacted door dash first to see if they could find a solution. A $6 refund. After spending $50 on chicken tenders I've decided I won't be ordering from this location anymore. I work in the food industry and I'm usually very understanding and sympathetic towards honest mistakes but, like I said, three times.. someone just doesn't care. I also understand that making a big deal over sauce seems silly but when you only decided to order food because your child wanted some Zaxby's sauce, it's frustrating. read more

They did not know how to handle an order that was placed & paid for via app. Was told had to go through the drive thru. I'm at speaker told had to pick up at door that was locked. Then told I had to walk with a cane to the drive up window & almost got run over. The first & last time I ever eat at a Zaxby's. My wife and do our best to find a reason leave positive reviews but this time we could not find one positive experience about our trip to Zaxby's for lunch. Let's start with ordering well that to over 7 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were in the restaurant, finally a lady did come out of the back to take our order by the way she appeared to have been wrestling with the chicken all covered in flour. I think the chicken won- her attitude was horrible! We got our drinks went to find a table found the cleanest one possible well the one that we could get the cleanest! The chicken on my sandwich tasted like it had been cooked when they first opened and the just lathered in Zaxby's sauce, and they put the sauce on the bottom of my sandwich, so it was a messing sandwich! We were eating at about 1 pm my wife had egg roles looked crispy and fried on the outside but completely raw on the inside. My friend and I wanted to try Zaxbys for the first time so we decided to come here! The first thing we walk into was two garbage bags full of trash right in front of the door. Then, the woman taking my order had a tooth pick in her mouth so it was really hard to understand her and she was very rude. It was hard to find a table because every table was completely covered in crumbs, straw wrappers, napkins, etc. We had to clean our own table. The floor was also very disgusting. The food was okay, honestly, chick-fil-a has way better chicken and fries than this place. The only thing that tasted right was my Dr. Pepper (how could they mess that up). The restaurant impressed me in every way, from the clean, handsome exterior, to the friendly cashier and functional serving apparatus, to the equally pleasing dining room (which, I noticed, looked and felt quite apart from your typical fast-food environment). I got my order, quickly and correctly, and proceeded to enjoy a nice, peaceful meal in the company of a good book -- a priceless, if everyday, experience. I would give it no stars if possible. Unfortunately we were stuck with this after an evening of fishing. Lots of places are closing earlier and stopping take out due to Covid concerns in the County. So our choices were limited and the kids wanted this. Wife ordered online while driving, on their very glitchy online ordering site. Show up and no order. So we are forced to go through drive through lane. Female taking our order was rude and very abrupt. We had to repeat order probably 3-4 times to her. She was also having side conversations with her coworkers while mike was live and we were ordering. No wonder we had to give it 4 times. Pull up, no hi or anything just a handout for payment. Again talking to coworkers and no concern for us. Handed us a bag that jammed to the top, why not use two bags??? Then she turns and walks away. So I assume we have our order and didn't have any reason to not assume so as she never talked to us. I start to pull away and she yells that there is one container left. How would I have known? Get back to condo frustrated and open things up. Orders completely wrong. Sauces missing, items screwed up, etc. seriously I told you the order 4 times!!! This is my first visit to any Zaxby's and it was so good! I had the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. All of the ingredients were crisp and fresh! I ate every bite! My boyfriend isn't big on eating just salad for dinner but he ordered the same exact salad and loved it! We placed our order through the drive thru and the cashier was very pleasant. Drive thru was so packed and slow so we went inside. What a mistake! I think they had about 4 employees working. We have our order and waited easily 20-30 Received the order but it was all wrong. They had given us someone else's order. We gave it back to the lady and IMMEDIATELY we're treated rudely. In fact, she told my niece that she would get the right order after everyone else because she didn't like the way she was told about the wrong order. She made a big scene in front of us and about 10 other customers. So the MGR steps in & tells her stop talking to paying customers like that. Looking for lunch while in N. Myrtle. I've seen tons of Zaxbys around, but didn't know much about them. Stopped in and were greeted by the friendly cashier who took our order. Our food came out decently fast. This restaurant is very similar to Raising Canes that we have up north of the Mason Dixon line. Undecided if I will give them a chance again. If it were busy I could see it slowing down. There is only 2 people ahead of me waiting on their food. I wish that I could give this Zaxby's an excellent review because the employees are always so nice and helpful, but geez I never have a good experience here. I used to eat here twice a week due to working right next door, but I'm starting to visit less & less because every time I go I seem to wait extremely long for my food (drive thru and inside, I try both) or my order is messed up in some way. I tried to ignore mistakes hoping they were having a bad day, but it never seems to get better. Please hire more staff for this location from 11am-3pm.
