Jersey Mikes is my go-to sandwich shop. I always get the turkey provolone, mikes way...hold the tomatoes with extra mayo. Simple order, you can't mess it up. This Jersey Mikes was a disappointing experience. The store was clearly too small for the number of customers it was servicing. The inside was dirty. Maybe it was fresh after a huge rush, but none of the tables were clean, trash was on the floor, and the line was really backed up. Although, they got my order correct. I witnessed a customer whose order got forgotten. The staff was friendly as they could be in that circumstance. And they were all moving at a fast pace...just not fast enough. Would I go out of my way to visit this location? No.... would I eat here again if I was in the area....maybe? read more

Personally I love the service and food here. The moment I stepped through the door the workers made me feel right at home and were very polite and pleasant and answered any questions I asked about their sandwich and condiments and pleasantly asked how my day was. I needed to use a coupon before it expired, so I ran by JM and grabbed a Big Kahuna Cheesesteak (grilled onions, jalepeños, peppers, mushrooms, and extra white American cheese). It tasted pretty good. I think I may have been shorted on the jalepeños though. I think I tasted only one. The line wasn't long, so it didn't take long for my order to be ready. I also grabbed a vanilla cream soda. I don't think I've really had that before. It has a different taste to it. I think i would have to be a certain mood to drink it. It wasn't bad though. read more

I recently came here to enjoy a sub one night. The food was great but it was an incident with the cashier that night that makes me think twice about coming here or even adding this to my favorite restaurant rotation. I hate when things like that happen when it doesn't have anything to do with the food but with other things in the business. I came in around 8ish on a weeknight. It wasn't busy but there were customers steadily coming in. I jumped in line where one of the sandwich makers was slicing meat right there. I was confused as which line to get in because she didn't stop what she was doing she just kept slicing meat and making small talk like which was her favorite sub, the best sellers, and where was I going and coming from. I told her I was ready to order and she stopped what she was doing and took my order. Then I proceeded to pay for my meal. This where my problem came in. I gave the cashier my debit card and she swiped it once and waited. She said that it's that time of night when the card machine takes a while to accept the payment. She swiped it again. She wasn't giving the machine time to process the payment. She was very impatient, there wasn't a line or anything that would make her want to rush. Then she punched my card number in and it finally went through. I went to sit and eat. I purchased the Club Supreme. It's a cold sub with turkey, roast beef, Swiss cheese, bacon, mayo and I got it Mike's Way® with onions, lettuce, tomatoes and The Juice--an exquisite splash of red wine vinegar and olive oil blend, and always finished with spices. It was very tasty, the bread was great as well. Me being a bread lover I couldn't get enough of it. I finished my meal and headed to another local business to get dessert. I gave the employee my card and he said it was declined. I know I had money on it but it was still declined. I had to give another form of payment. So I went home to call my bank and see what was going on. After talking to the customer service rep on the phone I realized that the cashier had in fact charged me twice for my meal which in turn but a hold on my card. The rep said that one payment went through and the other one was denied but the money was still taken off my card and it would take 5 business days for me to receive it back to the card. This highly upset me and made me not want to go to this store again even though the food was great. Maybe after a few weeks or so when my anger will have diminished and I will be able to go back in and enjoy more things off the menu but until then I'm still pissed!!!!! read more

Not usually a 2 start but after last night and the service I wanted yo post. They close at 9 pm and if you go in at 830 expect poor service! Both employees were rude and not helpful! My wife as for a certain kind of chips they did not have out. We could see the boxes of them from the front. The gal stated they didn't have any more but we're right there! No smiles not friendly because it was near closing! Threw the sandwichs together like we were bothering them coming in at 830! I'm sorry but the business is open till 9 and it's the holiday shopping season. If this is the service then my money can be spent elsewhere after shopping!
