I ask for three things in the "special instructions"; remove the excess bread from the buns, do NOT cut these half subs in half again, and put the oil & vinegar on the side to be added at home. Two times ago, when I got home, they had followed NONE of those instructions. Then, yesterday, I felt I had to check the order before leaving and discovered no oil and vinegar was given PLUS the extra bacon I ordered for my wife's sub was omitted (but I had paid for it). This was bad enough but when I pointed it out, the attitude was like I had spit in their Wheaties rather than a warranted "I'm sorry"!
