August 2022 My recent visit was towards the end of the day, they were down to the last of their white bread. Their wheat bread was actually pretty good. This time, I was impressed by the generous portion of meat on our number 6 and 8. They were out of turkey but they allowed me to sub it with any other meat and their roast beef substitute was delicious! The guy who dressed my sandwich did a great job of not rushing and double checking if I was ok with everything before he slapped the two sides together. I gave Mike's way another try and even though the bread got soggy on my leftover, I grew to like the tangy flavor. My only critique would be the counter around the pick up area needs more frequent attention. Overall, we enjoy coming here for dinner take outs. read more

I ordered online been waiting 40 minutes and they were taking care of people coming in instead of us. Which I could have just gone in and ordered it and got it way faster. It said it would ready at certain time but it was done 20 minutes afterwards. Very disappointed in how it was handled. read more

Their service is slow and very unorganized. The staff working are unfriendly and always flustered, and the store could use a major deep clean. It's a bummer when you order online, and then stand around for an extra 40 minutes after your pick up time waiting for your food to be made. This has happened multiple times unfortunately. read more

Well Mike and I are no longer beefing and my club sandwich was a 10/10 today. The young lady with dark hair went out of her way to make this sandwich to perfection and even stopped making the sandwich to go get the pickles in the back because they had just came in. This girl understood the importance of the pickles and is the real MVP of the day. Outstanding job done actually by both the ladies working the front counter. read more

Couple of visits here in the recent past. It's an Ok place. Service is not real fast. They takes a lot of time especially if you order at the shop. Never tried app orders. Once I had to wait for around 15 mins to get my sub. not particularly impressed about the service. Food is still okish. Once the sub was very greasy - no idea why! This place is always neat and clean; got a nice vibe. read more

Great subs! Not since The Sub Shops disappeared have I had subs like these. The Italian is great. The tuna has oregano, which sounds weird but it's great! read more

Well I come here three times a week and in the beginning I was treated politely but the last couple times I've gone in they weren't very pleasant, I could see they were busy but there was three people there I ordered my food and was waiting there was a guy on the grill and they put my order right in front of him and so I paid for my sandwich and watched as the guy finished the one he was making and then started taking care if that person then he just went on to something else, I was just standing there and then they noticed and someone new came out from the back and they started making my sandwich. Just felt like I got put the the back of the line as far as being a walk in. Last time I was here they took my order and I order a giant every time as I said to the woman but she only made a regular and handed it to me I said I ordered a giant so she had to go make the other half but when I got home it looked like the sandwich was just thrown together and kinda smashed, I'm not sure what it is that I did to these people but it seems like if I go in on certain days I get treated politely and other days I get treated rudely it just sucks because I'm a regular customer and like going there but I shouldn't be treated rudely at any place your spending your hard earned money at read more

The guy that made my sandwich today really pushed me out the door and will never give them my money again!! So first I asked him for extra mayo on both sides he picked up my sandwich and some fell on the floor he then makes it my fault by saying this is why we don't put mayo on both sides then was mad I asked him to fix it what he dropped on the floor he did it with a attitude then asked me if I wanted it mikes way I said no then he asked me do I want salt and pepper I said no then asked me after I already said I didn't want that on my sandwich then he was cutting my sandwich I asked him NOT to cut the other side so what's he do he cuts it and looks at me and said that's the way we cut it what a asshole I'm telling all my friends about this and won't be back jimmy joins might be a ways out for me but I'll make the trip no thx to that guy that hates his job!!! read more

Consistently (more often than not) don't complete orders correctly. Of my most recent app based orders, 8 out of 10 had an error. Check your takeout bag before leaving the store. It feels like staff are hired based on their ability to fog a mirror - no other skills needed..... read more

Giving A Top 5 for this place 1. Very Satisfied 2. Awesome Staff And Very Friendly 3. They Have One Of The Best Sandwiches 4. Line Is Very Fast And The Making Of Food 5. Place Is Clean And So Much more good things can say about this place list goes on plus staff is amazing and very helpful will definitely be getting another sandwich here and have eaten here several times before love this location read more

I just ordered a catering box for my retreat. The ladies were super helpful with suggestions.they offered to put all the wet ingredients and the vegetables in separate containers for pick up as not to make the sandwich soggy. The catering box comes with four giant subs cut into six separate sandwiches a smaller size. I purchased a catering box gift card at an auction but the total price had I not would have come to $84. I'm super excited did this is going to help me not have to prepare a lunch for my group. read more

It was great I order a R 6 no prov plus pep everything was great and toppings were put on correctly. vin and oil was right on. only thing was lettuce was not end to end it had slipping ends which made some of the toppings fall out besides that great work. * From a former employee * read more

I'd never tried this place, but we got a coupon and said - hey, let's see what the deal is. The coupon was for $2 off a sub, which when you see the prices you'll be glad you brought a coupon. I was a little taken back by the prices, but then I realized they use REAL deli meat and slice it to order - not like Subway or other places that have tubs of ready-to-go meats. We ordered hot subs, and WOW they cook the meat right there on a real proper grill. I knocked a star off for the pricing, which is going to keep me from going back (until another coupon shows up!) And I'm hopeful another one comes soon cuz I want to try one of their cold sandwiches - they look good too! read more

Gonna make me wait In line for almost half an hour. because y'all were unorganized and fell behind with online orders. (Which would have made little difference because if i ordered online I'd still be waiting 30 mins or more) They should have more people working to prevent things like this from occurring. I had to spend all that time waiting and they couldn't even get my order correct. They could of at least offered me a discount or coupon for my next visit like any other establishment would.. Worse part is they gonna charge me $11 for a sandwich after i had to wait over a half an hour for it unacceptable. read more

I know it's a chain sandwich shop, but I had a very good experience here recently. I got an Italian sub and it was very tasty and a good sized sandwich. The employees were friendly and the service was fast. If you're looking for a good, quick lunch or dinner, I recommend Jersey Mikes. read more

I love jersey mikes subs and go for the roast beef. This location is disgusting. The tables are filthy..the floors dirty.. napkins are empty and the dispensers are equally filthy. Four people working and they let people eat in filth. No roast beef either because they forgot to make it. We ended up getting three meatball subs.. all cold..one on wrong bread and took 25 min to get the last one. The location Marysville is clean. I would avoid this one and try another location. read more

As far as sandwich chains go, this is one of the better ones. Firehouse is a little better but these are always fresh and tasty. The service varies and the cleanliness of the restaurant is inconsistent but I've never had a bad sandwich at any of their locations and I've been eating there for around 12 years. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Fast Food Near Me - Monroe, Washington

Horrible service, asked three times for an order, stilled asked again. They have 3 people standing there doing nothing. Don't go here worst of their locations, hands down!!! Would put a zero if I could! read more

I absolutely LOVE Jersey Mike's...I always talk about their amazing sandwiches and I was so excited when they opened one right here in my town. We usually get really great service and they always make our sandwiches right. My main issue right now for giving 3 stars is that they seem to be having an issue with keeping meat in stock. I went there two weeks ago and they were out of roast beef (I always get the club with turkey, roast beef, and bacon) and almost out of rosemary Parmesan bread. Tonight my husband went and they were out of roast beef, bacon, and rosemary Parmesan bread. I appreciate that they try to make up for it by adding extra ingredients and they are always super nice about it, but at some point they should correct the way they order food, especially the more popular items. Honestly no a big deal, just annoying when you want your favorite but can't have it. read more

The #5 is my fav - Mike's way plus pickles. Yes, it's a chain - but this place hires some good people that make it better-different than the others. A great and hefty sandwich for a fair price - served up by people who are good at their job and do it with a smile. Tip - order a giant and then ask them to wrap it as two regulars... I call it the 'now and later' sandwich - one for now and one for later. Another tip - yes, I do tip them. read more

First experience with Jersey Mike's. Very impressed with the choices...difficult to choose! I can imagine everything is great! I loved my lunch so much I contemplated going back for dinner! I will be back soon! Friendly responsive staff and clean restaurant! read more

So far, so good. I do love JM's, it reminds me of home. (tri-state area girl right here! PA, NJ, NY). Some days they are spot on with the sandwiches, other days they go hog wild with the oil & vinegar. I love watching my sandwich being made right in front of me, including the sliced meats. One question tho', you can't be from the east coast and not offer a philly cheese steak without the Whiz. Where's the Whiz??? However, despite the no Whiz issue, I am delighted to see TastyKakes!! Let's see some coffee cake Tastykakes, okay? I love my subway, but i'm glad JM's is in town. read more

I just recently moved back to Monroe from Mill Creek. I was a very frequent flyer at the Mill Creek Jersey Mikes. I absolutely loved the happy energy and music playing in that store and on top of it, they always remembered my name and order and greeted me with a smile.... the Monroe location on the other hand I am very disappointed in. I have gone into this store many times now and the employees are always rude, and not a fun happy environment to walk into. I feel like I can cut the tension with a knife. I keep going back because I love a good sandwich as well as give people the benefit of the doubt and remember everyone has a bad day... So far it's been a bad day every day I've been there. read more

Depending on the location, Jersey Mikes can be good or bad. But so far I am very happy with the Monroe location. Bread is good, they pile on a good amount of meat, and the hot sandwiches are great. I've had nothing but pleasant employees make my sandwiches, too. Oh, and the roast beef is killer! It's a nice change-up from subway which I tend to get sick of. I'm very happy they opened in Monroe! read more

Horrible, I was ordering my food and they didn't pay attention to anything. They where very rude and talked to me in offensive language.

Wow! Staff greeted me with smiles but were not pushy or fake. Very clean place. My order was filled with care and wrapped with precision like a present. Mikes way number 7 was mouth watering delicious. Thank you for your professionalism and taking pride in your jobs. I'll be back. read more

Really not happy and not gonna ask my mom for subs from here again , will keep going to subway which has more options. The girl working tonight at 7:36 pm September 1st 2021 was pretty rude and my mom started to give the sub order and then said how she wanted the subs the girl cut her off as soon as she started to mention that part and said we do that after so my mom didn't tell her how we wanted the subs and when they were made the hot sub was made incorrectly the guy working there was visibly upset by it and reminded me twice that only cold subs are to be talked about after well when you're standing at a part of the counter where you can't see that and somebody cut you off and tells you know you do that after instead of saying you do that after for cold subs but do you need any changes for hot subs would've been a simple statement that would've prompted meTo let them know any changes I needed made to the hot sub it's a shame because this is one of my moms favorite places to go but there's a lacking in customer service. Keep in mind we just spent over 50$ on subs read more

Customer service is on point! Olivia the manager is so kind and always greets me and my family by name. Love the sandwiches and have never left with no less than excellent service and food! It's one of my favorite places to eat in Monroe for subs! read more

We ordered 4 subs for pickup last night, 3/15/2021, with extra meat on each and what we got were 4 STALE BUNS, regular meat, and TONS of sides on them, for $57. We called the store to discuss and we're told by whomever answered the phone that he made all 4 subs and they were all to spec and no offer to make things right. We are very dissatisfied customers and want to warm against this place so you can avoid disappointment. read more

I've enjoyed Jersey Mike's since I discovered them on advice of a co-worker at the local hospital. I have returned many times since. We work swing shift and are always there very close to closing time. Even still, I can always count on two things: they will always be very nice (even when they are tired and more than ready to go home, I'm sure) and I will always get a delicious sub made exactly the way I want it. There are a few annoying things I could live without, though: they are frequently out of my favorite bread- the Rosemary Parmesan, I will almost never see the same person twice (and if I do, it won't be for very much longer), and my favorite fountain soda will assuredly be out or very watery). I've had one very frustrating (albeit laughable) encounter with an employee in which I had to explain that ham is indeed a pork product and came from an actual pig (yes, seriously! I thought FOR SURE she was messing with me, but nope. She was 109% convinced ham was not from a pig!!). I have had several very positive ones, though, that make up for it. One was that upon seeing that I'm a healthcare worker, one guy gave me a bunch of buy one/get one coupons and thanked me (which we really do appreciate and he was SUPER nice. Miss him.). BEST EXPERIENCE YET, however, was tonight! The young guy taking my order over the phone (Jacob), after hearing my request for a sub with everything but pork products actually asked me if I would like him to clean the machine before making the sandwich to make sure it was free of any pork leftovers. (My co-worker's religion requires complete abstinence from any and all pork products). I was absolutely taken aback! Not only did I NOT have to argue with him about the validity of my "ham is from a pig" argument, but he actually took it beyond fulfilling my order without argument to a level of respect and understanding that I did not expect. JACOB is a glowing example of outstanding customer service and even though I am at the end of an absolutely exhausting shift and can barely keep my eyes open, I felt compelled to just say thank you to Jersey Mike's and Jacob (while I eat my leftover #7...on Rosemary Parm.) Thanks, Jacob! You are doing an amazing job and my co-worker said to let you know that he appreciated it very, very much- the sub is great, the respect is even better! read more

I've been coming here since it opened it is my favorite sandwich shop in monroe. I always order the #13 no matter who makes it it always comes out the same. A fresh new change on subs in Monroe. Finally a sandwich that fills you up and is quality between a bun. I have been to this new location 3 times since it opened and they have not disappointed me yet. The meatball sun is my favorite so far with the philly a close runner up. The meatballs are fresh and the bread is soft and hold the sauce well. It's about $10 with chips and a drink so not the cheapest place to eat but I would spend $10 here than $6 down the road everyday. We are planning the next sandwich adventure already. read more

My favorite sub shop to go to. The owners are so downright friendly as well as their whole staff. Subs & sandwiches are made to order. They slice your choice of meats in front of you & prepare each sandwiches according to your liking. Freshness doesn't come any fresher than these. read more

Worst customer service ever! No one's even in this place and it's 6:30 on a Saturday night. Server laughs that I want white bread, but they are all out. Then as I was leaving with my family because their out of bread, she says "Good Dont Come back" and laughs with her co-worker. It's hard to say ill never be back, but I certainly won't be if she is there. read more

Best NEW place in Monroe. Great tasting subs, great service, lots of funny comments by the owner who mans the Slicer!

Can you give this place less than one star? What a joke. For the third time in the last six months our local sandwich shop was out of bread. You would think that bread would be an integral part of a sandwich but not with this place. read more
