I've been to my fair share of Subways, but this has to be one of the nicest locations I've ever visited. My son and I stopped in for dinner at this Monroe spot after a long day of shopping, and we were immediately impressed. The staff greeted us the moment we walked in and took our orders promptly. I had a Veggie Delight on wheat (piled high with almost every vegetable--no cheese), and my son went with the Roast Beef and cheese on wheat, paired with SunChips and a drink. Everything was fresh and hit the spot. What really set this place apart, though, was the atmosphere. The dining area was incredibly clean, and even the bathroom was spotless--which is always a huge plus. If you're in Monroe, definitely hit this place up. We'll certainly be back next time we're in the area! read more

Had a very poor experience with the staff here. Worker was very quiet could not even hear anything he was saying. Zero customer service skills. I tried to use a gift card and the man said it doesn't work and that was all. No attempt to help. I asked if he could type in the number or try swiping a different way and he refused. Among the top worst user interfaces for online ordering I've ever seen. 50% of the screen is just the subway logo and it's super hard to place an order. And if you're ordering multiple sandwiches, sides, desserts, etc., you have to go through the initial steps to order the second, and the third, and the.......infinity. Don't get the breakfast wrap. It's outrageously priced here in WA state at over $11.00, a tube with a tough lavash meagerly stuffed with bits of "steak," egg, and cheese. Flavorless POS. read more

Had a good experience this trip employees who helped me out were very kind and got what I ordered correct it was clean as well I will be coming back. Have not had one bad experience. Also a bonus front row parking into store and what I ordered was the Italian bread non toasted mayo cheese and shredded cheddar cheese so so good I highly recommend I had it once before plus it's also a footlong but you can have it cut in half since the very first time I've been going to subway I've ordered everything from food drink cookie chip most recently my favorite sandwich being the Italian out of all. read more

I don't normally like to complain but after the experience I had, I feel as if it's necessary to leave a review for others futures experience. I walked in with my friends with the intent of trying the new Foot long cookie, two of my friends were already order and kindly, there was no disrespect or hatred towards the workers, but as I walked in one of the workers said that and I quote "When you guys get your order get out, we do not support loitering" we were not in-fact loitering but ordering, the definition of of loitering is, "the act of lingering aimlessly or as if aimlessly in or about a place" we were not, we were planning to sit down and eat, rude and disrespectful, thank you. read more

me and my friends came in to get 2 foot long cookies and we ordered them and while we ordered a lady said "once you order can you get out. we don't allow loitering." we literally ordered food and were gonna eat it there. this subway has been bad on multiple occasions and constantly messes up my order and has rude workers. read more

Worst place ever! Rude employees! I placed an order online, received confirmation on the order, and drove over waiting 20 minutes outside for the order to be completed. My daughter went inside and to get the sandwiches off of the pickup rack and nothing was there so she asked the person behind the counter and she got no response. So she went out and waited a little longer. Approximately 10 min later she went in again asking regarding the sandwiches and was ignored. So I went in and was rudely responded to that she called and nobody answered, which wasn't true since I had my phone in my hand. She snapped that she had no pepperoni, no salami, and wasn't going to cut anymore since he was closing in an hour. And that since the shop was closed for two days during the holiday she wasn't allowed to open anything else either. I was again snapped at that they tried calling and no answer. So I asked why she couldn't have told my daughter when came in asking about the order, they could not have told her? We were outside patiently waiting but she snapped well I'm busy and they tried to call. So sad that I used to order and frequent this location for both personal family orders and business lunches, bu I will no longer come here. So sad that such an extremely rude and inconsiderate employee lost business! read more

I want to rate this on service and food. One this place is very clean and organized and second I've been to many subways and this one was spot on the girl Alycia made my sandwich just as I wanted not messy or sloppy and was very friendly I will definitely come back to this one and we do have three in this town but from all three I recommend this one. Ordered for Door Dash and had two simple things. 12in spicy Italian and a tuna salad with black olives and a light amount of sweet onion sauce. Driver was good but subway left out the tuna on the salad, as well as overloaded it with sweet onion to the point where there was a standing amount in the bottom of the bowl. Wasn't able to touch the salad. Called to talk to them and give the shot to make it right and the phone rings endlessly until there's a beep. Tried calling 4-6 times. Thanks! read more

Felt good to support to a locally owned subway. Bread was fresh! For once I didn't feel like I got shorted on veggies or sauces in my sandwich. Staff were kind and attentive. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and store was also pleasantly clean. I usually have a hard time ordering from Subway's due to lack of cleanliness but this one made me comfortable that my food and eating area were clean. While I was eating the owner and his family were there and were very pleasant and friendly. Chatted with my husband and I a bit during our visit. I definitely plan to stop back by this subway location on my way through Monroe in the future. read more

Normally I wouldn't rate a subway chain thinking they are all about the same. My mom and I came to pick up dinner for uncle and Travis served us. He didn't make us feel pressured and the sandwich was carefully crafted. He was not just the usual friendly type...he was very friendly, professional and very appreciative of our business. My mom didn't speak much English and she is the hard to please type and she was so wowed by the amazing service she asked me to leave a tip. She told me he purposely avoided the tomato sitting on top that didn't look very fresh and made sure he picked the fresh ones below. It's the small details that count and we surely noticed it!! The best Subway in the area - always friendly behind the counter and are willing to make my sandwich(es) even better than I could make it myself. The bread I want is always available and they are willing to pile on a little or a lot of whatever I ask for. Clean and fresh. Thank goodness Renea was there was to pick up the slack on the long line. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that if you go between 4-5pm there is only 1 employee and the line gets really long. No sense of urgency to make the food and move on to the next customer. There were 6 people ahead of me in line and after 15 minutes there were still 3 people. Can I just say...THE SERVICE HERE IS FREAKING UNBELIEVABLE!!!! no really. all week long i've been dealing with one bad customer service experience after the next, so its a godsend to finally go into a place and be treated like a human being. I live in sultan and make a special trip to this subway because the one by the chevron is beyond terrible. (is it me?? I seem to have all the luck haha) anywho, Jacques really goes above and beyond on the customer service scale. The sandwiches are always very fresh, delicious (a little bit expensive but I can't fault him for that....) and the best part, i don't end up wearing my sandwich!
