I have always eaten at Subway and must have visited one in at least 20 states. Never in all my visits have I had better service than this location. I know it is a sandwich, but Tessa took pride in her work and made me the best sandwich I have ever had at Subway. She engaged with every customer and had all of us smiling. She paid attention to detail, kept customers informed, asked questions, and made the experience, well, to be honest, a lot of fun! A grandmother having lunch with her grandson was in line in front of me. Tessa engaged with them both and made even grumpy me smile. I have been at this Subway before, and the service was very good, but Tessa made the atmosphere of a fast-food chain seem like a joyful place to be. Making strangers feel welcome might be the hardest job there is, and Tessa made it seem effortless. Please acknowledge the remarkable efforts of this dedicated employee. Thank you! read more

They have been great every time. Exactly what I'd expect and hope for from Subway every time. Not sure why the crappy reviews previously. I stop by for a sandwich after the gym often. Never bad. Owners are nice. Ingredients are fresh. Clean. They don't skimp on any ingredients at all as I've seen on a previous review. Pretty sure that was the old owner hating. The owner is terrible. He want it to give me the burned piece of bread for my sandwich, and got mad at me because I told him I didn't want that burned bread,he started laughing and said rude words to me. He is the same owner of Walmart subway,so never go there,and they put on your subway wherever they want. read more

Place use to be great before the new owners. Now they're so cheap they use the end of tomatoes, old cheese, give you bare minimum everything. The owner put 3 olives on my sub once. You have to ask for more of everything. They also dont take any Subway coupons, and honestly aren't nice at all when they are building your sub. I kept going back because it's so close to my work but from now on it's worth getting in my car and driving to one of the other 4 in town. What a shame. read more

Manager fights with staff and their parents in the store. What I know now that I never really wanted to know: They hire minors, then fire them if they ask the manager to follow the basic child labor laws. They force you to sign an illegal contract that says you will be paid for your training hours if you are still working in four months - but they don't record your training hours. You can't enjoy your food in the store because the manager is fighting with the staff. He told the minor's parents she would be paid for her training in four months, then said it was six months, then changed it to three months, all in the same conversation. He fired her because she can't legally work alone after 8:00. I told them to take it outside - the parents told me to go eat outside - I did - and I will never go back. read more

Awful service. And even worse sandwiches. I went in today & bought 4 foot long subs, the girl working (7-28-15 @ 2pm) was annoyed and not attentive at all. She was so rude. And when making the sandwich, used the most minimal she could. I'm sitting here wondering to myself how on earth this footlong sandwich with literally 3 scoops of tuna thinly spread to where it actually looked like sauce they put on it was going to cost me $7.25. Then, I decided to pass on that sandwich and she threw it onto the counter. So i paid, & the guy in there said "Have a great day!" ever so condescendingly. Now, as my family sits to eat and we have soggy tomatoes, wilted lettuce, & we are now simply going to throw these away and go to the one on Frylands where they actually care about customer service. I will never be returning AND I will be letting my friends and family know to stay far away from this Sunway location. read more

I went in on Father's Day at 6:30pm to order some sandwiches. I was told by the teenage boy there that they were closed but when I started to mention that their sign says different he told me he'd help me anyway but that he'd just have to clean everything up again. I told him that I'd go to the other Subway in town instead, he said no, he'd make the sandwiches but he clearly didn't want to. While he was making the sandwiches he acted like he was put out out with me. Then, after I paid he gave me a look of disgust that I didn't add a tip (I don't to fast food because I believe that's reserved for waiters and waitresses, plus, they should have been open in the first place). I left and decided I wouldn't be back. The attitude was uncalled for and closing early has happened to use 3 different times now forcing us to eat elsewhere. On a side note, another car pulled up to eat with several people in it as I was walking out and boy turned the customer away and locked up the door. My husband, who requested I get Subway for Father's Day because he was craving a tuna sandwich, found he only got half of the tuna he usually gets when he went to eat it. Mostly a great place, with only a few minor things that makes it less than perfect. It would be perfect if they kept the same employees longer so they know what their doing and if they spread all the food out on the bread more evenly without me having to tell them. I hate it when one end has way more stuff than the other end of the sandwich. Thus place always sucks. Now they want $6 for a 6 in and chips plus drink.. $5 for a footlong? No. Your lucky to get what was a $5 sandwich for less than $7 most likely more than $9. I won't support such a mark up. For years we have had a $5 footlong now all the prices are up. I'm here at albertsons buying sandwich makings because it is now cheeper to build your own.
